Amzar Motel Cenang

This was our 3rd time staying here over the span of 4 months, we have seen the renovations done to the lobby and the wifi being fixed. But our 3rd stay was extremely disappointing.

When we arrived our room was dirty. Walking up the stairs were dirty, covered in feathers and bird poop. Understandable, it happens. But our balcony was covered as well and it was filthy. Our sheets had stains and small rips. The tap ran constantly. Hot water was sparse. Towels were very small and thin. We were provided one chair for the balcony. We paid double for 1 night in a deluxe room and the room we had previously without balcony was much nicer. So disappointing as we wanted to support this place through and after renovations. Very sad.

Sangat berpuas hati dengan bilik yang kami menginap. Akan datang kami akan menginap di sini lagi.

lokasi sesuai dekat dengan kedai makan ,pusat membeli belah,pantai .malam tidak sunyi meriah and fun

Bilik tidak bersih which is dirty floor , aircond tidak sejuk , tombol pintu washroom rosak ,pili air pecah dalam washroom , kakitangan hotel tidak mesra dan tidak membantu , bila di minta untuk meminta extra towel tapi tidak dilayan diendahkan saja.

Très bien situé, à deux pas de la plages. La chambre est agréable.

Assez mal isolé, on entend beaucoup le bruit du couloir.

Banyak kemudahan disini..tempat parking,sangat selesa, kebersihan terjaga,staff terbaik, service pun terbaik👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ terima kasih..

Not to clean and seem like they didnt do housekipping. and shower cannot be used. And we cant control the temperature for air contioner

Cafards dans les logements, fourmis qui pullulent à l'entrée des chambres. On a demandé à changer mais c'était pire que dans la chambre de base. Je pense que même si le prix est abordable on peut trouver mieux.

The location was in walking distance to beach and shops.

Leider wurde das Zimmer eine ganze Woche nicht gereinigt, vom Personal, sowie auch der Abfall nicht wurde.

Расположение супер в центре, пляжа, много ресторанов , рядом магазины duty-free Есть балкончик где можно курить. И сушить вещи, правда вид во двор.

Было не очень чисто, к сожалению только вообще одно полотенце для душа и не дают полотенце для рук Ну очень очень маленький холодильник. Мебель совсем старая . Кровать так себе не очень хорошо

I loved the view of Pantai Cenang from my room balcony because I booked a sea view room, and I was very happy with it. I also appreciated the parking provided, so I did not have to worry about where to park my vehicle. The location of Amzar Motel was easy to find and close to restaurants and other shops, which made it convenient for dining and shopping.

I was a little disappointed with the air conditioner because it was not cold enough. The water pressure in the bathroom was also quite slow, and the TV did not have a signal. In addition, the ironing board and iron seemed quite old. I hope Amzar Motel can take these matters into consideration for future improvements.

Close to the beach. This is a very basic stay.

Our room backed onto someone’s house. So every night when trying to sleep they had the TV on full so it was not quiet. The restaurant next door is loud too till about 11/12

A good location, nice room..

I paid an extra amount for room with a window, but it was a window to the stairs only..And also almost all days of my stay no wifi..

La habitación es en planta baja y te is un porche que se podría colgar ropa y dejar zapatos. El colchón y almohadas eran muy cómodas.

El Desagüe de la ducha estaba cruzando el inodoro, al bañarse uno moja todo el baño. La habitación que nos tocó estaba un poco distante del acceso.

The location was very good, in the middle of all the restaurants and a short walk to the beach. We had a sea view room with balcony.

Super lokalizacja, praktycznie przy samej plaży.

Recepcja jest otwierana dopiero o 10:00 więc jeśli ktoś ma rano samolot to nie odzyska kaucji co jest słabe. Ja miałem samolot o 11:30 więc mogłem poczekać ale próba wcześniejszego wymeldowania się nie udała, dodzwonić rano też się nie da. Pokój jak większość w Azji nie ma żadnego wygłuszenia więc wszystkie dźwięki z zewnątrz słychać bardzo wyraźnie co może utrudniać spanie w nocy.

Dostałem pok ój bez okna o czym nie było napisane. Niski standart ale lokalizacja bardzo dobra.

The GPS coordinates were wrong. I had to look for the motel myself, asking the locals because my roaming didn't work. 500 meters difference in scorching weather The internet didn't work. Big cockroaches inside. The AC failed in a room, so I got another one.

we encountered serious hygiene and cleanliness issues that made our stay unacceptable. - There were numerous ants on the balcony and inside the room, including in the bed. - We found visible lizard droppings all over the window area. - The bedsheets were dirty upon arrival. - There were cockroaches in the bathroom. Due to these severe issues, we were forced to leave the property after only one night, despite having booked and paid for four nights. We immediately informed the receptionist and asked whether a full or partial refund would be possible given the circumstances. Although we had selected a non-refundable rate, we were advised to contact the owner directly to request assistance. He didn’t want to do a refund or answer nicely.

sehr nah am strand der gut ist, sand ist extrem fein ähnlich backpulver, das wasser im meer leider nicht gut, ich schätze wegen den ganzen jetski und booten die im wasser durchgehend rumfahren

unnötiger deposit, im zimmer waren die schrank türen raus gerissen und standen einfach neben dem schrank. Vom Balkon führte eine Ameisenarme unter der tür ins zimmer in die Wand... die lage treibt den preis sehr hoch, außer der lage nix gutes, personal war ok

Location was 20 steps or so fr Cenang beach minus the noise of others which are located right on the beach - live bands, heavy traffic, restaurants, beach activities.

Well, it is not St Regis or even Pelangi Resort - bed sheets have seen better days, mattress not as springy. But it was worth the money paid.

the location was great and they let us move room as we had no wifi in our room. nice big room and aircon nice shower and towels provided

when we arrived there was a false eyelash stuck on the wall in the bathroom from the person before so clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The staff were breaking their fast when we arrived so we had to wait outside reception from 6:30-8:30 till they came back and then when we were checking out they were also breaking the fast so we weren’t able to get our deposit back which sucks.

Kakerlaken ( in Malaysia oft unvermeidlich). Wir bekamen Insektenspray und mussten das Zimmer einige Stunden auslüften lassen. Das Internet hat nur 4 Tage funktioniert, obwohl wir noch 3 andere Zugangsdaten bekommen haben., sonst waren wir ohne Internet verbunden.
