Location is the only thing good about the place

I’ve stayed here many times but it has gotten bad to worst First. Receptionists are rude and don’t smile. Why bother working as a receptionist? Secondly, rooms are so old and dirty. Beds are stained. AC barely working and had to change rooms. Hair dryer need to come face to face and borrow only for two hours. So am I supposed to come in my towel and get it? Thirdly, taps to wash feet are all broken. What is the purpose of it being there unsure. Pool dirty and very chlorinated. Basically if you only care about location you can stay here

⭐ 1/5 One of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had. If you're traveling with family or young children, avoid this property. The hotel is absolutely not kid-friendly. We requested something as basic as warm milk for a child, and the staff refused to help. The room had a persistent foul smell, making the stay uncomfortable from the moment we checked in. To make matters worse, the lift was not working, and there was no staff available to assist with luggage. Carrying bags without any support is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to provide hospitality. There is no room service, and the staff's attitude was rude, indifferent, and far from customer-focused. Rather than trying to help guests, they seemed uninterested in resolving issues. The breakfast was another major disappointment. Limited options, poor preparation, and very average taste. It felt more like a formality than a proper breakfast service. Poor facilities, poor service, poor staff attitude, and a complete lack of consideration for families. This hotel needs significant improvements in both service standards and guest experience. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone, especially families with children.

La propreté.le personnel ne fait Pas le ménage tous les jours ils faut mendier les serviettes et les papiers wc et surtout être derrière eux sinon ils le font pas .

It was right on the beach and the room was spacious

Abysmal WiFi - couldn’t even get a connection in my room. They refused to offer towel replacements and there were considerable rust on metal surfaces in room. TV remote was non-functional

Tuvimos que reservar una habitación estándar porque no había superiores disponibles y las estándar eran lamentables: viejas y ajadas, con moqueta en el siglo XXI , que daba un asquete; aire acondicionado ruidoso, falta de limpieza... En cuanto al personal, mediocre y anodino. Nada interesados por la estancia de sus huéspedes, a cumplir con el checking y cobrarte la fianza. Cuando te vas, te la devuelven sin más y no les interesa nada más.

Pros : I initially booked the Superior Queen Room, which was quite spacious and comfortable. The resort is located in a central area of Pantai Cenang, making it convenient for shopping, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The breakfast had a good variety of options. One convenient feature was that you could leave your luggage in the room and go out for the day, which made it easy to explore Langkawi without having to carry your belongings around. Overall The location, spacious room, breakfast, and convenience of leaving your luggage in the room while exploring were the highlights of my stay. However, the bathroom facilities, room lighting, Wi-Fi, and housekeeping service could definitely be improved. If possible, I would recommend checking which building your room is located in before booking, as the experience may differ between the older and newer buildings. Nearby Restaurant Recommendation: If you are looking for good Indian and Italian food, there is an India Palace Restaurant located just opposite the resort. The food was good, and the prices were also quite affordable, making it a convenient option during your stay. 100 Ringet deposit , only Cash .

Cons : The room lighting could be improved. Brighter lights would make the room more comfortable. The Wi-Fi connection was poor and could be improved. The bathroom facilities could be improved. The jet spray was different from what I am used to and was difficult to use. There was no bucket or handheld shower option, so I had to rely entirely on the main shower, which was also difficult to handle in my room. A shower cap was provided initially, but it was not replaced during the stay. Housekeeping/room service was provided only upon request rather than regularly. I had to ask multiple times for certain items, including a towel, and eventually collected them myself from the reception. There was a floor drain/opening in the bathroom covered with a lid, which gave the bathroom an unpleasant overall impression. The room I was provided was in the older building. I believe some of the newer rooms, such as the Deluxe Rooms in a different building, may offer a better experience. So, the experience could vary depending on which building or room category you are assigned.

Lo mejor la ubicación: en primera línea de playa con unas vistas estupendas. Tienes en la calle de detrás múltiples ofertas en restauración. Buen precio.

Necesitaría una reforma sus instalaciones, se ven anticuadas y algo deterioradas. También se podría mejorar la limpieza.

Susah nak dapat parking.. 1st day sampai parking hotel penuh... nak parking tepi jalan pon penuh jugak..kena 2 3x pusing..baru dpt parking.. breakfast ok jer ..

It was right by the beach, and by the Main Street where all the shops and restaurants were.

The room wasn’t clean at all, they were stains everywhere, the carpet was dirty, the door wouldn’t open properly.

The hotel is located near the sea.

The parking space is very limited, and the air conditioning in the room is not sufficiently cold. The hotel provides a limited number of parking cards on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests who check in late may not be able to obtain a parking card as they may have already been fully allocated.

Hôtel bien placé par contre demander une chambre dans le bâtiment de la réception car celles aussi dessus de la piscine sont vétustes

El hotel está en primera línea de playa, es un lujo. Tienen unos atardeceres increíbles. Sales y estás en la calle principal rodeado de tiendas y restaurantes. El hotel consta de varios módulos de habitaciones uno más viejo y otro más nuevo. También dispone de cabañas pegadas a la playa. En nuestro caso nos tocó la parte vieja pero la habitación era cómoda, estaba limpia (limpiaban y hacían las camas todos los días) y para estar pegada a la principal calle de comercios y restaurantes, no apreciamos el ruido y descansamos bien. La habitación disponía de un pequeño balcón con vistas al mar, wc con todo lo necesario y reposición de agua y café todos los días. El desayuno está muy bien organizado y tiene de todo. Se desayuna frente al mar y ese momento es estupendo. La zona de piscina está pegada a la playa y es ideal para niños porque dispone de dos toboganes. Está muy limpia. El personal es amable y te ayudan en todo momento.

La moqueta de la habitación tratandose de un hotel de playa, pero la mantenían limpia. La habitación necesitaba un poco de reforma.

Świetne położenie hotelu tuż nas samą wodą, w otoczeniu palm i domków na drzewie. Pyszne i bardzo zróżnicowane śniadania. Duże pokoje i duże, wygodne łóżka.

Pokoje są bardzo zniszczone. Brudne i pozdzierane ściany. Wykładzina dywanowa w plamy. Cały budynek wygląda tragicznie. Polecam wynająć tam domek lub domek na drzewie to wtedy będzie warte wszystkiego.

Chambre propre et assez spacieuse donnant sur la plage. Personnel sympathique. Proximité de tout, la ville, les commerces, la plage.

Close proximity to beach and shops.

View of room, booked was for mountain as advertised on room selection. Actual view was an incomplete building block. On asking for another room I was told they were fully booked. Not impressed.

Situé en bord de mer avec une plage de sable peu fréquentée. Chambres qui mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement mais très confortables. Personnel et service de qualité. Petit déjeuner copieux sous forme de buffet. Dans rue commerçante et animée. Très bon séjour.

Great location, cleaners were very thorough and flexible on when I wanted it cleaned. Booked the hotel based on the pool but didn’t swim in it once. I expected more of a resort feel but it’s not. Beach was awesome. Room was fantastic, layout of the building was odd, felt like I was living a real life ‘back rooms’ movie lol. Great for the money however

For 2 stars it was really good, wished they put some effort into the common spaces. It could be so much nicer in such a prime position

Es war dreckig, die Zimmer waren dreckig, der Pool und um den Pool war es dreckig, nie wieder. Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich, was man von Malaysia eigentlich gar nicht kennt. Sogar im Taman Negara war das Hotel deutlich besser

The view from our balcony is SUPER AMAZING. The beach is just in front of you. Morning walk by the beach was so relaxing.The premium executive seaview room is SUPER BIG. The location is excellent, nearby to almost everything. All walking distance.

Parking is limited. The hotel didn't give us parking card when we checked in the first day. We only got the parking lot beside the hotel on the second day.

I got the premier Seaview room. A really comfortable stay, comfy beds, spacious room, clean bathroom, swimming was great, they have the water slides for the younger and older kids, beachfront property, easy access to the sea. Plenty of parking near the hotel.

The cons are : the breakfast was not that tasty and no toothbrush set in their amenities.

Great location, however the hotel and the facilities need a refresh. The swimming pool and area around the swimming pool appear to be much smaller than expected.

L’emplacement est excellent, juste en face de la plage. Le personnel est accueillant et souriant. La piscine est agréable et les chambres étaient propres. Le rapport qualité-prix est très correct.

L’hôtel est un peu vieillissant et aurait besoin d’être rénové. La salle de bain est assez simple et quelques équipements mériteraient d’être modernisés. Le petit-déjeuner pourrait également offrir plus de choix.

Staff were horrible, dont even bother to carry guest luggage, Wifi dont work in the evening, when you ask for a plate, they inform its not available. They provided torn towel.
