Reviewed Sep 6, 2026The is the most calm and peaceful place you will find in Chapinero Norte. The most economical too. The owners and people that work here are also the best you will find. Very nice and respectful. A coffee house is attached. Everything you need on the same street. Restaurants. A bar up top on the tarrece open on Friday and Saturday. Grocery store. A place to do laundry. Everything that is needed. I'm very happy I finally decided to book a room here. Extremely pleased in all aspects.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026Es un hotel bonito, alternativo, está muy bien ubicado en chapinero y cerca a varios restaurantes, los recepcionistas muy amables, la terraza que me recomendaron para trabajar estaba bastante descuidada en limpieza y había mucho escándalo de la calle, pero las habitaciones cómodas, TV, ducha caliente y buenas almohadas.
El wifi regular tirando a mal y el aseo de la terraza.

L'établissement était très bruyant. Situé sur une rue qui n'est pas très passante mais l'isolation n'est pas suffisante. On avait l'impression que les fenêtres étaient ouvertes.

Me gusto mucho quedarme aca en el Mosaic House. Muy limpio, comodo y cerca de muchos cafés y restaurantes muy bonitos. Gracias a Juan y a Vanessa por su atencion à todo.
El hecho de que los visitantes no puedes quedarse despues de 9:00 pm (sino cobran 50 000 pesos).

Reviewed Oct 5, 2025It's not too far from the Hospital Militar (and you don't have to climb any steep streets to get there), which was the main reason for my stay. Close to main roads, so you should be able to get to other places easily (if traffic helps). Kind and helpful staff.
The bathroom had a very strong odor (like a mix between silicon, detergent, and humidity) that leaked into the room and was quite overwhelming. Some of the surfaces could be cleaner, specially in the bathroom as the walls and the door were smeared with dirty stuff. The windows let all the noise from the street outside enter the room, which can be troublesome if you are a light sleeper.

They had too many water issues and too many rules and restrictions as if you are in a college dorm. Rules such as you can’t play loud music or have party with your friends . Visitors can visit you free until 10pm. Don’t have room service often. Also most of the time the water heater turned off while you’re in the shower and left you to bathe in the ice cold water. Additionally, they don’t have hot water running in the face basin.

That the last day (24 hours) there was no running water And that there was NO accommodation or slight refund for that day I doubt I stay here in 6 months when I have to return for extra dental work I had performed because of the water situation/ some sort of accommodation.
