Nosso Check out foi antes do café da manhã, mas uma sacola com Sanduíche delicioso e sucos nos entregaram e ainda nos serviu uma xícara de café. Roupas de cama de algodão egípcio muito brancas e cheirosas . Restaurante a noite para jantar maravilhoso . Cardápio de qualidade , ambiente agradável. Nos recebeu com Frutas e Vinho em nosso room. Pricey but I guess worth it

Everything, it was so cozy and beautiful. The location was perfect. It is such an incredible boutique hotel. The breakfast was the BEST we ever had. Table service and the most breathtaking view from a roof terrace. But the most amazing thing was the people. Tolga and Cam are beyond nice and helped us having a perfect experience in Istanbul .We already miss you.

A lovely and cosy hotel in the heart of Sultanahmet. The rooms are quite small, but charming, comfortable and beautifully designed. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, fresh and varied — definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

We booked this hotel largely because of the terrace and expected a fully open view of the water. However, part of the terrace was covered with curtains, probably to protect guests sitting near the windows from the sun. Unfortunately, this blocked the view for the tables farther back. It was a little disappointing, as we had especially looked forward to enjoying the open terrace and panoramic view.

To the staff working on morning of 6th September, you are all AMAZING! Thank you for making our trip comfortable, and full of special memories. Starting each day with a 5 star breakfast on the rooftop was very special.

Our room on the first floor had minimal natural light and was very compact for 2 people which made it tricky to open suitcases and move around comfortably.

Helt unikt hotel med en fremragende beliggenhed. Værelset var lækkert og sengen god. Der var også helt stille om natten, da hotellet ligger i en sidegade. Vi følte os allerede ved ankomsten meget velkomne og nød vores dage på hotellet med sublim service både til morgenmaden (som i øvrigt er utroligt lækker) og til middag med smuk solnedgang og den skønneste udsigt. Stemningen på hotellet er helt speciel, fordi det er et mindre hotel, og alle på hotellet gør alt for, at gæsterne skal have et godt ophold. Vi vil med stor glæde genbesøge hotellet og restauranten næste gang vi er i Kas.

Közel a legtöbb nevezetességhez, pár perc sétára a Boszporuszhoz. A személyzet olyan kedves és segítőkész, hogy alig találok szavakat . Szuper tiszta szobák. A reggeli kiváló. Az utolsó nap korán hagytuk el a szállodát és egyből felajánlották, hogy csomagolnak szendvicseket az útra . Bármikor Őket ajánlanám és bármikor visszamennék !

Это не совсем относится к отелю , но в ресторане немного резкое обслуживание . Нас было 7 человек , первыми на завтрак вышли 3 человека (официант не знал что еще 4 присоединятся ), вынесли завтрак на них, и когда появились оставшиеся 4 человека , то официант ничего не добавил к столу, мы разделили между собой то что было на столе. Вид в ресторане потрясающий и подача блюд красивая А к сотрудникам отеля никаких вопросов нет , все было безупречно

Se trata de un hotel con encanto que sería un hotel boutique en España, es una antigua casa restaurada con una ubicación privilegiada y una decoración excepcional. A esto se añade una terraza con vistas al Bósforo con un desayuno estupendo que te sirven en mesa. El trato fue excelente, tuvieron un detallazo en el cumpleaños de mi pareja y en la habitación asignada. Nos hemos sentido muy cómodos, como en casa.La ubicación es inmejorable

La verdad es que los comentarios que había leído se reflejaron .Tanto el sitio ,la amabilidad de los empleados ,el desayuno de diez .Ademas cuando uno viaja a un sitio que no conoce quiere que la zona sea tranquila y sin problemas.Eso lo cumple sin problemas añadiendo que se puede ir andando a todos los sitios

Das Hotel an sich sieht ziemlich gemütlich und traditionell aus - im positiven Sinne. Das ist ne 10/10...das Personal war freundlich...das Frühstück war sehr ausgefallen. Man hat kein Buffet, sondern man setzt sich da an den Platz und dir wird dein ganzer Tisch mit Zeug vollgestellt...eigentlich ne komplette Verschwendung, weil das NIEMALS alles weggeputzt werden kann. Man muss aber auf so türkisches Frühstück stehen mit Antipasti und irgendwelchen Kartoffeln mit Sucuk oder was die dir da nicht alles vor die Nase setzen. Internet war gut und joa - alles andere war auch in unmittelbarer Umgebung, also da gab es nichts zu meckern. Sauberkeit war da und das Bad war auch klein aber fein.

Dieses Bett - Kollegen...die dünnste Decke, die ich jemals erlebt habe. Ich hab mir n Arsch abgefroren in dem Zimmer, weil diese Klimaanlage vielleicht "aus" angezeigt hat, aber das Ding geblasen hat - könnt ihr euch nicht vorstellen. Bin froh nicht krankgeworden zu sein. Das Gemütlichkeitslevel des Bettes würde ich auch eher auf ne 4 von 10 schätzen, aber das ist natürlich nur mein Empfinden. Wirkliche Ablageflächen für Klamotten oder deine Tasche gab es jetzt nicht - das brauch ich leider immer, aber ja...keine Ahnung - wahrscheinlich projizier ich meinen Aufenthalt auch zum Teil auf das Hotel.

Un très chaleureux accueil avec une boisson offerte au moment de l’enregistrement. La chambre était petite mais confortable et la salle de bain avait tout le nécessaire. (Notre chambre n’avait pas de vue mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé). L’hôtel est idéalement situé pour visiter Istanbuhl, dans une rue calme mais proche des commerces et restaurants. Excellent petit déjeuner sur la terrasse panoramique avec un service impeccable (mon seul regret était que les baies vitrées étaient fermées et la salle climatisée)

Central location 5 minutes walk to Blue Mosque and public transport, Topkapi and Hagia Sophia. Area is full of restaurants. The room is not big but cozy and very clean, and silent (our room was facing the street on the rear but looked well insulated from noise anyway). Breakfast (very abundant) is on a covered terrace with a nice view of Hagia Sophia and Bosforus. Staff is super kind and warm: on our arrival they offered us tea and sat with us half an hour helping to plan our next days in Istanbul. They spotted on my passport that the second day was my birthday and the guys at breakfast prepared a cake with birthday greetings and music! Not only, once back at hotel in the evening we found in the room a basket of fresh fruit with an bottle of Turkish champagne and two glasses! At the end of our last day we went back to take our luggage and refresh (there's a guest restroom at ground floor) and they offered tea and coffee and gave us a nice bracelet as a gift for my wife. Special thanks to all the guys at breakfast and Cem for his kindness and smiling welcome each morning.

This is my second time staying at the Tria Hotel…. The first time was in 2010. While both stays were excellent, the renovation, including the gorgeous rooftop restaurant made this stay extra special. All the people at the front desk were so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was incredible. The rooms are comfortable and clean and decorated very well. The location is excellent. It is in the Sultanahmet, a short walk from the Blue Mosque and the Sophia Hagia, as well as the Cistern and the palace. I highly recommend this hotel! You will love it. Oh…the staff will also arrange airport transfer and tours for you! All excellent.

Месторасположение, приветливый персонал и чистота в номере. Локация действительно просто отличная, рядом Султанахмет, мечети, Топкапы и трамвай Т1. Очень приветливый персонал, уборка в номере была хорошей, завтрак турецкий , достаточно вкусный, но однообразный , не более, чем на 3-4 дня.

Очень маленький номер, в котором вообще нет мест для хранения, даже в шкафу, размер номера - примерно в размер большой двухспальной кровати. На фото ощущение, что номер выглядит больше. Но мы ничего не меняли, так как действительно там только спишь. В остальном, номер был достойный и чистый. Из минусов еще , что не пополняли воду, только в день приезда, дальше покупать нужно самим.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Tria Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were were very helpful. They recommended local attractions, restaurants and Turkish baths - all great recommendations! The rooms were very clean and the restaurant was very good for breakfast.

The rooms are very small, the bed can be improved by adding mattress toppers and they can invest in some good quality pillows.

Everything location, cute hotel, breakfast at the rooftop with a magnificent view, rich and local breakfast, served by very gentle and friendly staff. Reception staff also very good and very helpfull it was the first time in a long time that a reception took time to sit with us and explain and recommend the sites. Perfect location to see the main attractions. Standard room is a bit small, bed and shower great, decoration is special and authentic. Staff made one feel really welcome. Congratulations!

The location is amazing and makes the trip so convenient. It is also located on a quiet street so we slept really well. The staff were soooo friendly and helpful and just made our stay even more special. Breakfast was included- the portion was generous and the food was high quality. Would love to go back for a second stay!

We don’t mind the size of the room as we know what we pay for. But the shower area in the bathroom didn’t drain well/properly and it was flooded one night. We coped and managed but would have hoped this never happened.

The breakfast at a terrasse restaurants on the rooftop was a very pleasant surprise. I liked the approach to the breakfast with serving traditional Mezes, they were different every day and all very tasty. Very attentive personnel, in particular Jam. The atmosphere is majestic with the view to the Golden Horn bay! The hotel offers wonderful location to attend the biggest tourist attractions of Istanbul, 6 min to the Blue Mosque, Haya Sofia and suitable for exploring the historic center.

ВСЕ!! А особенно персонал!! Я вначале поездки потеряла мужа, так как он прилетал позже. Меня успокоили, дали воды и даже вызвались позвонить в аэропорт. Помогли заказать трансфер и наш любимый хамам! Вид из ресторана просто потрясающий! Номер небольшой, но очень уютный. На пару дней то, что нужно! До исторического центра рукой подать. Но мы с удовольствием почти везде ходили пешком.

Limpieza de habitaciones y en general en todo el hotel es impecable. A cualquier hora te sirven café o té turco u otras bebidas gratis en el lobby.

The staff were exceptional, and the WhatsApp communication ahead of my arrival—providing additional tour guidance—was greatly appreciated. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe and warmly welcomed throughout my stay. Upon arrival by taxi, I was assisted out of the car, my baggage was handled and taken up to the room, and I was offered a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room, which was a lovely gesture. The breakfast was delicious, the room was luxurious, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable—I had the best sleep. In addition, when I requested a one-hour extension to check out due to a delayed walk through the city, management kindly accommodated this despite a new guest arriving later the same day. Finally, as I was leaving, the front desk arranged a taxi within minutes and presented me with a beautiful handmade bracelet as a farewell gift. The level of customer service at Tria is reminiscent of a bygone era. I cannot express my gratitude enough to the entire team for making my one-day stopover such a highlight of my travels. I will definitely be returning to Tria.

The location of the property is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the main square and the Blue Mosque. The hotel is tucked away, so you will definitely get a good night's sleep with no noise disturbances. The breakfast is excellent, and having it on the rooftop terrace is truly something special. A very big thank you to all the staff, who were amazing and made our six-day stay welcoming and enjoyable.

The location was very convenient for the major sights in Istanbul - the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Dome and the Topkapi Palace. The reception desk was full of suggestions, advice and guidance. Their knowledge was extensive.

The hotel is very dated style wise internally; the area has changed since I was last there, some ten years ago, and now the local waiters outside the many restaurants endlessly try and coax you into their restaurants, day and night; the hotel is really a guest house in that you have a room and you are given a breakfast, but there are no other facilities. The restaurant on the top floor is run by somebody else (hugely expensive house wine). The breakfast is overwhelming in terms of loads of dishes of this and that but otherwise really deprived of quality other than the eggs. The management kindly upgraded our room to the fourth floor due to the room which we were initially offered being somewhat still carrying the smell of its previous occupants.

The hotel is small but has everything you need. The room was modern with decorative features with a view of the Bosphorus. We appreciated the lift up and air conditioning in the room as it was very hot. The staff were all friendly, helpful and kindly took our luggage up for us. The rooftop terrace restaurant was able to meet my dietary needs even though I have multiple food allergies. (They did appreciate the card I had translated into Turkish through the Equal Eats app.) Great location, just a few minute's walk to the Blue Mosque as well as lots of cafes and shops.

I'm allergic to perfumes as well so I could have done without the pot pourri in the foyer but it wasn't a big problem.

Были в этом отеле вдвоем с мужем в июне 2026 г. Все просто прекрасно! Очень внимательная и гостеприимная хозяйка, с полной поддержкой по любым вопросам. Культурный, обходительный персонал гостиницы. Номера небольшие, но чистые, с приятным ремонтом, все работает - душ, кондинционер, фен. Есть чайник и приветственная вода с чаем. Халаты, тапочки, душевые принадлежности имеются. Шикарные завтраки с видом на Босфор, внимательными официантами. Завтраки очень плотные, есть нам до вечера не хотелось, все свежее и разнообразное, каждый день новый десерт, вкусные фермерские сыры. В номере есть темные шторы и хорошие кровати, что максимально способствовало отдыху и восстановлению сил. Телевизор с каналами на русском языке. Отличное месторасположение, в самом центре - 8 мин. пешком до Айя- Софии. В общем, гозяева гостиницы заботятся о том, чтобы ваш отдых прошел максимально комфортно в теплой обстановке. Всем будем рекомендовать этот отель. Большое спасибо персоналу за наш замечательный отпуск!

We had two rooms and 4 people in our group. Property was perfectly situated in the Saltahanamet District but yet tucked away from the business! Property was clean, inviting, warm, and just the right size. Was very quaint. Staff was very pleasant, hospitality, friendly, and professional. They went the extra mile when assistance was needed. The two front desk managers Tolga and Birol (I believe this if the person…I am not recalling everyone’s name) were exceptional and made us all feel welcomed and were willing to assist in anyway they could.

Excellent breakfast in rooftop restaurant with views. Comfortable room. Price competitive for Istanbul.

The hotel was ideally situated to visit the sites at Sultanahmet and near to transport to take you to other parts of Istanbul. The staff were welcoming, kind, happy and made us feel very much at home. Breakfast was tasty, Turkish, varied, plentiful and of a high standard. The room was fine for our stay with a comfortable bed, ample storage space, clean and spacious bathroom with modern shower and good supply of toiletries.

Очень удачное расположение до всех достопримечательностей, но при этом в очень тихом переулочке, куда не заезжают машины, не ходят туристы и не слышно ресторанную зону. Персонал замечательный, каждый день менялись полотенца, в номере всегда чисто! Советую безусловно данный отель, административный персонал безумно душевный! Спасибо большое, вернемся к Вам обязательно!

Завтраки для меня чуть сомнительны, нас было 4 человека и нам на стол ставили те же наборы закусок, что и для одного - грубо говоря 2 колбаски, 2 сыра и тд. Управляющая нам говорила, что всегда можно попросить дополнительно, но как то не особо персонал радовался нашему прибытию на завтрак, возможно, это я предвзято отнеслась, но просить не хотелось откровенно говоря.

Отель расположен в очень удобной локации и в тихой улочке рядом с центром событий. Максимально располагающий персонал, готовый прийти на помощь в любой ситуации и ответить на все вопросы. Завтрак на террасе с приятным видом, мы наблюдали дельфинов после завтрака с балкона террасы!

Наш номер находился прямо у лестницы и было шумно. Это было дискомфортно.

Petit déjeuner copieux mais pas très qualitatifs, Organisation d’une visite par un guide francophone, sympa mais c’était la tournée des amis commerçants où comment faire cracher 230 euros non justifiés à des touristes étrangers… nous avons mieux découvert la ville les 2 jours suivant sans guide.

The location of the hotel was perfect, all the sights were within walking distance. The breakfast was amazing, and the service throughout the hotel was very pleasant. A cozy, small, and lovely hotel.

- the initial room we stayed in was extremely small, you literally had no space to open your luggage, except if you put it on the bed. However, they moved us into a bigger room soon after, so everything was resolved

Schon der Empfang im Hotel mit einem leckeren Kaffee war sehr herzlich. Die stets bestens gelaunten Birol und Tolga an der Rezeption haben uns jede Frage beantwortet und sehr gute Tipps für den Aufenthalt gegeben. Alle im Hotel, angefangen von der Rezeption , dem Zimmerservice bis zu den Mitarbeitern im Restaurant waren äußerst freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Hinzu kommt die Nähe des Hotels zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir empfehlen das Hotel mit seinem Restaurant sehr gerne weiter.

Kleiner Kritikpunkt ! Gerade in der Nachtzeit . Das Zimmer 202 könnten besser von der Tür nach draußen Schalgedämmt sein ! Sie hören vom Zimmer 202 die Stimmen der Gäste wenn sie aus dem Lift aussteigen!

Camera piccola, un giorno alle ore 13 la camera non era ancora pulita e poi l’hanno sistemata poco e male. Colazione non eccellente come avevo letto; ti arriva lo stesso vassoio con formaggio e altre cose tipiche abbastanza buone ma non buonissime e per chi non è abituato non è il massimo. Niente yogurt e cereali, poca frutta. Niente di eccezionale.

Tria was a beautiful place to stay for five days. The people that worked there were fantastic and everywhere we wanted to go was walkable from the hotel.

Свежий ремонт в отеле, все в хорошем состоянии и красиво. Очень приветливый и вежливый персонал, особенно Ирина. Оперативно помогали с любым вопросом, давали рекомендации по активностям в городе. Расположение удобное, 5 минут до Ая София, а оттуда до трамвая. И столько же до набережной, где можно сесть на автобус. Отель помог с трансферами с аэропорта и обратно. Всегда угощали вкуснейшим кофе и чаем. Уборка в номере тоже была ежедневной. Завтраки хорошие, вид из ресторана невероятно красивый, каждый день из окна наблюдали стаю дельфинов.

Номера маленькие, но я поняла, что в Стамбуле в основном везде маленькие номера. В любом случае нам это не помешало получить приятные впечатления от поездки и от пребывания в отеле.

The staff members went above and beyond to help us arrange different needs we had. The location is excellent to visit the main attractions. We easily walked everywhere, to Galata tower, balat neighborhood, grand bazaar, Egyptian Bazaar, and the mosques. It was quiet at night time as it is not on a pass through street. A 24 hour market is 1 minute away. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic…more than we could ever eat in one sitting. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace to have our meal and overlook the sea. The staff were attentive, kind and friendly. The shower was also excellent- modern and good water pressure.

Close to historical city center, extremely walkable. Extremely hospitable staff! Great views on rooftop terrace!9

Дуже зручне розташування. І дуже привітний персонал :допомогли з трансфером, з картою для транспорту, зорієнтували по головним памʼяткам . Смачний турецький сніданок.
