Far from center. Water had problems. We told a few times we needed cleaning but at the end they just changed the room completely saying the water in our room had problems.

Great staff - everyone at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful, we were allowed to check in early and check out late, which was very kind of the hotel. The room was very spacious, the beds were comfortable, everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen is a bit small but quite well equipped and comfortable. Location is far from the old town but close to the sea, and there is a hypermarket within a 5 min walk. Generally, it was the cheapest option on Booking.com, we expected something very basic but in fact it turned out to be a great choice. Will surely stay again.

Hat für unser Zweck genau entsprochen: wir haben mit einem gemieteten Auto alle Sehenswürdigkeit der Stadt und auch den Ausflug zu der wunderschönen Daymaniyat Insel während des Aufenthalts in diesem Apartment gemacht. Dafür war die Lage und der koslose Parkplatz ideal. Für einen Badeurlaub ist es allerdings nicht geeignet. Dafür haben wir dann später ein teueres Badeurlaub-Hotel reserviert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
Dem Zweck entsprechen alles gut. Vielleicht Vollkornbrot zum Frühstück. Und etwas Obst? Aber konnten wir dann in dem nahegelegenen kleinen Supermarkt besorgen. Und Frühstück selbst im Zimmer gemacht.

The location is excellent, with supermarkets, restaurants, and everything you might need nearby. Beach is only 3 minutes walking. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we were very happy with our stay. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Reviewed Jan 31, 2026Nettes, freundliches Personal. früher check in gegen 10 Uhr war kein Problem, da wir bereits morgens gegen 6 Uhr gelandet sind. Sehr preiswertes einfaches Frühstück, Omelette mit Toast, Butter und Marmelade oder Honig, dazu Kaffee oder Tee für 1 ORM.
Baustelle gegenüber und bei offenem Fenster lauter Straßenverkehr

The shower is small (the curtain is a bit annoying). The kitchenette area was tiny, but more or less as expected.

A mio avviso la colazione andrebbe rivista, con un assortimento più ampio (magari utilizzando la formula del buffet)

Reviewed Dec 30, 2025Die Lage des Hotels in der Nähe des Flughafens ist ideal für die An- und Abreise. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Das Meer mit sehr gutem Fischrestaurant (neben der Moschee) ist in 7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Waterdruk was echt als een stront in een trechter. Niet tot geen warm water. Bizar gewoon. Geen daglicht in de kamer. Bedden kei hard.

Reviewed Nov 9, 2025The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood, and it was quiet. Our deluxe studio apartment was spacious and comfortable for the three of us, and the AC worked well. There weren’t many plates or cups in the kitchen, but we didn’t need them since there are some good restaurants and snack places nearby. Parking beside the hotel was always full, but we were able to park across the street.
Unfortunately, nobody replied to our messages about the 4 AM check-in and the extra bed, which made our arrival from the airport a bit stressful. It would be great if the hotel could improve communication with guests in the future.
