L’appartamento si trova in sona centralissima a poche centinaia di metri da Piazza Syntagma, comodissima per tutti i mezzi pubblici. La struttura si trova al 6 piano (con ascensore) di un palazzo non “nuovissimo” si tratta di un appartamento di circa 35/40 mq composto da ingresso con piccola cucina soggiorno con divano e TV, zona letto e bagno, completamente ristrutturato e con finiture molto belle e moderne, con aria condizionata, molto silenzioso pur essendo in pieno centro… ottimi sia check - in che check - out, gestiti da host da remoto e tramite whatsapp. Siamo stati seguiti da John che si è sempre dimostrato disponibile, veloce nella risposta e pronto a dare suggerimenti. Struttura davvero apprezzata e consigliata per un soggiorno di 3/4 giorni - Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

Localização excelente, bem na rua principal (Ermu)... muitos bares e restaurantes próximos. Vista para a Acrópole é perfeita... enfim amamos.

The place is in the best location in the middle of ermou, also very modern and clean. On the way out we accidentally left the keys inside (the door locks up) and in an hour someone came to unlock the door for us so we could get out luggage 🙏🏻 super helpful

Nothing major, but some small things are not 100% - can’t open the freezer’s door, bathroom sink has 0 rim so you can’t place nothing next to it like toothbrush, etc, we brushed our teeth in the kitchen sink. also no shelf/space next to the toilet so had to put things like wet wipes etc on the floor

La ubicación, fácil acceso, el anfitrion nos contacto en día anterior con la información super clara. Noa quedamos 2 veces.en distintos apartamentos y muy bien los 2.

El edificio es bastante feo pero la verdad una vez que entras al.depto está todo impecable

Très central. Dans la rue commerçante principale entre Syntagma et Monastiraki donc très prêt des commerces et métros. Vue sur Mark et Spencer. Apartement moderne, très propre et lit très confortable ! Personnel très aimable et réactifs. Très bien insonorisé.

Problème d'écoulement des eaux dans la douche, Immeuble un peu vétuste donc ne pas s'attendre à un endroit très pittoresque :) Mais dans l'ensemble rien de contraignant. J'y reviendrai sans problème.

The location

The quality of the room was poor. The building was old and extremely less maintained. For what and how it is advertised, it does not cut the mark. Very dissatisfied especially for the money i paid. No cleaning or maintenance done on the following day either. The room smelt of smoke even through the air conditioner. Stains on the sofa and curtains. Very poor hygiene. No communication from staff once I arrived.

Location was great and where you want to be. Close to Ermou, the heart of Athens. Air conditioning was fantastic.

The internet wasn’t great and working out the TV.

Great apartment, comfortable and close to everything you need. Smooth check in process and communication.

Buskers are permanently situated outside the apartment. They do not stop from morning to midnight. We found it incredibly difficult to sleep.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but in this case I feel it’s important to share my experience. Unfortunately, this stay was a major disappointment and, honestly, one of my biggest booking mistakes. I chose this hotel based on its positive reviews, which is why I also feel it’s only fair to leave mine. We are a family of four with young children (aged 3 and 6), and this was clearly stated at the time of booking. However, when we arrived at 10pm, only the main bed was prepared. There was no arrangement for the other two of us to sleep. After a long day of travel with small children, this was extremely frustrating. I tried contacting the responsible person, and only after nearly two hours were we given clean sheets so I could prepare the sofa myself. There were no spare linens available in the room. The issues didn’t stop there. We were provided with only three towels for four people. On the fourth day, I had to contact them again to request fresh towels, and even then, we received just two towels and two bed sheets the following day. There is no cleaning service at all. We were given only one roll of toilet paper for the entire five-day stay. The room was noticeably dusty, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned from the very beginning. It should also be noted that the property is extremely noisy. While the location is central, it is directly above a busy street with noise from people outside lasting until around 23:30 every night. With two young children, this made it very difficult to rest. There is clearly no soundproofing. Overall, while the location is convenient, the lack of basic cleanliness, poor organization, and inadequate amenities made this a very unpleasant experience.

Konumu çok iyiydi. Ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi. Yatak aşırı rahat ve konforluydu.

Pencereler ile ilgili bir sıkıntı yaşadık, ev sahibi sorunu hemen çözdü ama Akropolis manzarasına bakan camı açamadık. Yine de odanın manzarası muhteşemdi.

abbiamo soggiornato in due nell’appartamento Deluxe. la vista sul Partenone dalla camera da letto era magnifica. la posizione, a due minuti da piazza Syntagma, è super centrale e comodissima per visitare le principali attrazioni del centro. una nota di merito merita anche l’host che è stato sempre pronto a risolvere e a rispondere a qualsiasi nostra richiesta. tutto perfetto!

Good location downtown. Modern design.

Noise from the street late at night of people shouting and screaming . Noise to be expected in a big city but without sound proofing it was very loud even with the windows closed. Be warned and bring earplugs.

The host was very accommodating and helpful. He helped with the check in process and went above and beyond for a comfortable stay. The hotel is located in a very nice, convenient location right at the main shopping area with restaurants. Big space, comfortable bed. Definitely would stay here again

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Athens, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were also warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Thank you!

Uno dei 2 ascensori per salire al 6^ piano non dava troppa sicurezza!!

Konum çok güzeldi. Bir çok yere göre içerisi de güzeldi. Rahattı. Bütün ihtiyaç gereçleri vardı. Ütü Saç Kurutma makinesi kahve makinesi her şey vardı

Temizlik kötüydü. Koltuk üzerinde kadın saçları vardı. Tuvaletteki yerde kapı arkasında saçlar vardı. Televizyonun kon ulduğu masada erkek kılları vardı.

Ήταν πολύ όμορφα διαρρυθμισμένο το δωμάτιο με όλες τις ανέσεις που θα μπορούσε κάποιος ταξιδιώτης να ζητήσει. Η θέα της ακρόπολης απ' το κρεβάτι ήταν μαγική. Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ εξυπηρετικός κ μάλιστα μας άφησε να αφήσουμε τα πράγματα μας στο διαμέρισμα λίγο περισσότερο από ότι έπρεπε κανονικά μέχρι να κανονίσουμε τις δουλειές μας στο κέντρο πριν την αναχώρηση μας για αεροδρόμιο

όπως όλα τα ωραία βέβαια σίγουρα υπάρχει κ ένα τίμημα.. ναι μεν το διαμέρισμα ήταν στο κέντρο κ στα 2' με τα πόδια απ' τα πάντα, αλλά σίγουρα δεν είναι για χαλάρωση ειδικά τα σαββατοκύριακα που περνάει από κάτω πάρα πολύς κόσμος κ έχει αρκετή φασαρία.

The place was very central, was nice and clean. Communication with the owner was excellent. Very close to Metro at Syntagma. Would highly recommend.

Basically everything was very good.

The only minor concern was low water pressure for the shower. Additionally, there are buskers on the street below that create noisy conditions at night until late in the evening. This is not the fault of the management or the apartment, however.

El sitio está muy bien ubicado, es muy tranquilo, es cómodo, moderno y acogedor. Cada vez que vuelva a Atenas me gustaría quedarme aquí.

La cafetera no funciona bien.

Προσεγμένο καταλυμα, σε καλή περοχή με όλα τα facilities.

Όλα τα ειχε στο ελάχιστο. Δηλ είχε για 2 ημέρες για δυο άτομα, 2 κάψουλες καφε, 1 χυμό, 4 φρηγανιές, 2 νερά!

Τοποθεσία φανταστική ,στο κέντρο , να μεγάλο, εξυπηρετικός ο υπεύθυνος παρα πολύ γενικά πολύ καλή και ευχάριστη διαμονή

Λίγο λερωμένος ο καναπές μάλλον στιγμιαία παράληψη τίποτα σπουδαίο

Place was under construction. Host not responsive when picking up the keys. Hard to figure out how to get the key and get in.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία σε πάροδο της Ερμού, περπατάς παντού εύκολα, ανακαινισμένο δωμάτιο ωραίας αισθητικής. Εύκολο check-in και ο διαχειριστής ανταποκρίθηκε σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε

Δεν υπήρχε σαπούνι στο διανομέα σαπουνιού ούτε αρκετά είδη μπάνιου ούτε θήκη για χαρτί υγείας. Δεν υπάρχει μέρος για να βάλετε είδη προσωπικής υγιεινής στο μπάνιο. Ο καναπές δεν ήταν στρωμένος αν και κλείσαμε για 3 άτομα και δεν υπηρχε πετσέτα μπάνιου για το 3ο άτομο. Ευτυχώς ο διαχειριστής ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα και τα αποκατέστησε όλα

The location is perfect. Altough it is located right in the center, it is also very safe. The flat is located 10 min walk to Syntagmatos which is the main bus stop direct to airport. Also all main historic places are right in a walking distance. And as a bonus, you can see the Pantheon from your window.

De locatie is top. Ontbijt doe je gezellig buiten deur. We hebben elke dag ergens anders gegeten.

There was no soap in the soap dispenser and no toilet paper holder. No place to put toiletries in the bathroom. Bed was not very comfortable to walk around.

Η ευρυχωρία του διαμερισματος και το κεντρικο σημειο.

Δεν υπηρχε καποιο ηλεκτρικο ματι για να βρασεις κατι.Δεν υπηρχαν προϊόντα για πρωινο μονο μερικες ατομικες συσκευασιες με μαρμελαδα μελι βουτυρο και φρυγανιες.Ο καναπες- κρεβατι δεν εχει καλυμμα οποτε δεν καθαριζεται και μενουν σταμπες απο τη χρήση.Το χαλι αν δεν καθαριζεται τοτε ισως δεν χρειαζεται. Η τοποθεσια ειναι στο κεντρο της ερμου οποτε και εξυπηρετεί αλλα υπαρχει και πολυ φασαρια ιδιαίτερα απο αυτους που παιζουν μουσικη στο δρομο μεχρι αργα.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν άνετο, ευρύχωρο και σε καλή τοποθεσία. Είχε ωραία αισθητική και άνετο μπάνιο.

Το βράδυ είχε φασαρία από τις καφετέριες και τον πεζόδρομο

Airconditioning was powerful which was nice, but unfortunately made much noise, especially at night. Other than that to place was wonderful.

Great location, major attractions within walking distance. On arrival, John arranged a taxi for us at the airport and we were able to have a late checkout. Clean, a comfortable bed and great ammenities.
