Clean, comfortable beds, great shower and very helpful and friendly staff. Will come back again. Central in the city and good public transportation 👍💝

Die Steckdosen sind, im Gegensatz zu dem, was in China üblich ist, nicht mit europäischen Steckern kompatibel. Unbedingt Adapter mitnehmen

The Location is situated in the heart of Chenggong and is essentially as good a location as you can get. Cleanliness and ammenities where A class! Staff where really exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure the best stay possible as well as friendly interactions and great knowledge on the local area’s and cuisine.

Relaxed but very clean, quiet and comfortable. Good breakfast as well as use of kitchen and laundry.

It was a nice clean room with new facilities

In the room description was written that the room has a washing machine. In reality the was no washing machine in the room. I had to use a common one on the reception floor. It was kind of inconvenient.

Breakfast was good especially the take away option as we had to leave very early for a day trip. The boss was very friendly and seek ways to improve on the service. He recommended a very good restaurant at the mall for our lunch.

Nothing except recommendation to our friends about this hotel.

We stayed twice in Yuxi Hotel. First time was on 14 and 15 March. There were four fantastic young girls who did all their possible to help us. They accompanied us to the bus station on their freetime to help us reserve tickets, to buy a simcard, they reserved taxis with their applications, and put us in contact with a chinese girl living abroad and speaking french to help us in the communication. So again, a big thanks to all of them, their constant help made our first days in Yunnan very smooth. When we came back two week later, they were not their anymore, but the staff was also very hepfull, very kind and very profesional. And thanks to them we tried a fantastic Hotpot just a few minutes away from the hotel. About the hotel, it is realy beautifull, very clean and comfortable. Roomns are incredible with a great view. All in one, our two stays were much more above our expectation. A great thanks again to the fantastic staff and hope to see you again soon.

Everything was perfect

The staff at the hotel were so helpful and friendly. Nong spoke some English and communicated beautifully with us using WeChat. We loved the position next to a shopping mall and that the hotel organised a taxi for us to get back to Kunming South station at 5.30 am - even coming out to the street with us to find it.

It was a little difficult to find the hotel on our arrival but they had sent us the extra directions to find Starbucks and then go to the left so we were able to get out of our taxi quite close to the entry.

Nice townhotel, 34 floor, mall and a lot of restaurants around.

Excellent service provided. They really take good care of you, from every aspect. Super friendly and kind hotel staffs. Room amenities is spot on. They have thought of what you will and may need while staying. Projector in room is like watching movie in a cinema. The room is so comfy we nearly didn't want to go out. Great location too. So many restaurants choices nearby and not too far from metro.

Our room was very large and super clean and the bed was super comfortable. We loved the room and the view. We stayed one night only to get the train from South Kunming station. Therefore, the location was perfect for us - just 10 min. ride to the station. It is next to a shopping mall, so we had everything we needed (restaurants, shops, etc).

The hotel is in a great location, impeccably clean, and the service is excellent. The staff is friendly and even treated us to dumplings. They thoughtfully offered tea and drinks before we left. Note that the hotel isn't a standalone building; you'll need to go up to the 34th floor

The room is perfect and very technological, the building also a mew construction and not too far from the metro station

They are smoking often in the hall and corridors, I also found a piece of cigarette in front of my room. And also the English knowledge is nothing , they don't even know english numbers and basic words. Communicating with them and also find the right floor is very hard

Very well located if you need to take train at south Kunming station or flight. Nice mole and night market to eat. People at reception are very nice.

The insonorisation is good but there are no noise police so a room next to us put to quite loudly up to late in the night and we could ear some of it. But It is probably bad luck.

Amazing room with view & outstanding facilities: free-standing bath, tea/coffee making station, extremely comfy bed with fancy pillows, projection TV & automatic toilet! Owner & staff were friendly & super helpful with check-in & taxi to the airport. Initially booked for location to Kunming Nan railway station but also handy for the airport by taxi. Owner went above & beyond preparing a delicious take-away breakfast due to our early flight.

The staff were very available and quick in answering our requests; we had a late check in and a very early breakfast, which they were ready to provide. The room was very nice and clean. Also, th hotel is close to the metro, which made it easy to reach the KunmingNan station

The view from the 25th floor is impressive. The rooms are very comfortable and it looked very new. The shopping mall next door has an extensive food court.

We had some difficulties to find the entrance to the hotel. We had to leave for an early train, so could not benefit from the breakfast.

The location of the hotel was good, near to Chunrong Street subway station, about 600 m away. Fruits shop and posh shopping malls are just next to the properly. The hotel was located on level 34 of a tall building. Room was very artistically decorated and bed was cozy. The toilet had automatic flash commode with push shower which was not common in China. The shower system was high tech which I liked. Overall, the bathroom facilities were very good. The staffs were very friendly and tried to help us in every way. The view from our room was also very nice as we chose lake view.

The staffs' English speaking capabilities need to be improved to support international travelers. The breakfast included only traditional Chinese noodles that was not suitable for us. They should've arranged some English breakfast like bread, butter, cream, jam, etc. There was not signboard of hotel at the bottom of the building which made it difficult to find the property. I'm marking it 9 only for the staffs English speaking capabilities and Chinese breakfast.
