Está apartado del centro de Leh en una calle tranquila y relativamente cerca del aeropuerto. Dispone de un patio donde podemos dejar las bicicletas con las que viajamos y de una terraza con vistas. Nos hemos sentido muy bien tratados y cómodos.

*Charming stay with the best rooftop in town* Small boutique hotel but big on hospitality. Owner went out of his way to help us with everything. Rooms are stylish and quiet. The rooftop restaurant is the real star — relaxed atmosphere, good music, bornfire & great food. Perfect spot for sunset. Highly recommend if you want something personal and not a big chain hotel.

Staff were horrible except the owner who was there for very little time; the workers were ineffecient

Location is close to airport and rooms are very spacious and clean with wonderful view staff are very polite and humble and food is very tasty and fast service I will always recommend this property to any one without any doubt

高山病が心配だったので、空港から徒歩圏内で、レー中心部より約250m低い立地は大きな安心材料でした。 部屋や水回りは清潔で、設備面でストレスを感じることがありませんでした。高所では小さなストレスでも体調に影響するので、この快適さはとてもありがたかったです。 レー到着直後の高度順応を重視する方や、高山病が心配な方には特におすすめできる宿です。

We stay there for one day . Rooms was neat and clean. Staff was very cooperative .

There was a gap below the main door though which light was coming through , children running up and down the stairs until midnight , found it hard to go to sleep

I found myself unexpectedly stranded in Leh during a curfew, and staying here turned out to be a stroke of good luck amidst the grim situation outside. As a solo traveler, I never once felt anxious, the hosts were exceptionally kind and generous, always keeping me informed with clear guidance on acclimatization and practical dos and don’ts. The property itself is very accessible from the airport, with thoughtfully designed interiors, spotless rooms, and every amenity one could need. Their in-house catering was another blessing, even in the middle of scarcity, smart meal planning meant I was always well taken care of. What truly sets this place apart, though, are the hosts. Beyond the comfort and convenience, their warmth and attentiveness made my stay feel safe, easy, and memorable. A lovely stay in Leh, and one I’d wholeheartedly recommend.

A Home Away From Home, my most comfortable stay yet! I recently stayed here while traveling for the Ladakh Marathon, and I can genuinely say it was my most comfortable and heartwarming stay so far. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the warmest and most wonderful hosts. There was an instant sense of belonging, like being part of a family. Everyone was so friendly, generous with their time, and always ready to help – it made a world of difference during my time in Ladakh. The hosts went above and beyond to help me with my diet plan, ensuring I stayed on track with my marathon prep. They also helped me plan a thoughtful and cost effective itinerary for the entire week, which made exploring Ladakh both exciting and smooth. The room was incredibly comfortable, clean, and cozy. Just what I needed for rest and recovery after my workouts. And the staff were very, very helpful, always around with a smile and ready to assist with anything I needed. If you're looking for a place that feels like home, with kind people, excellent hospitality, and utmost comfort. This is the one. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Questa è la mia seconda visita in Ladakh, e ogni volta che vengo, scelgo di alloggiare a Maple House, in quanto le camere sono molto grandi, gli interni ben decorati e tutti servizi moderni come un hotel a 4 stelle. Inoltre il proprietario e' sempre super disponibile e cordiale ed il team del personale è premuroso e attento alle mie richieste. Un'altro vantaggio dell' hotel è la vicinanza all'aeroporto, 10 minuti di camminata in discesa ed ero arrivato , senza dover prendere nemmeno il taxi. Grazie Maple house per aver sempre avuto cura di me! A presto!

The cleanliness, the tasteful decor, the quality of reasonably priced food, the close proximity to the Leh Airport, and the courteous and proactively supportive behaviour of the owners.

Some people might find that view-wise this property has some limitations. We didn’t. For us, the open terrace in front of the rooftop restaurant offered plenty of nice views.

The room was big and beautiful, the food was good and the situation is perfect for an early flight. I will come back with pleasure.

Hospitality and food were great. The staff took good care of us and were humble, and not imposing. The owner was very welcoming and gave great recommendations of restaurants and helpful advice for our motorbike trip. The hotel was perfectly clean. There was a parking spot for the rented bike.

It a cosy property with a family like staff who cares about your concerns :) . I had a pleasant stay at the maple house during the last two days of my Ladakh trip . The owner personally helped me find apricot juices delicacies which I am really grateful for . I was like a deer in the headlights for this one haha . Neither the less it’s very close to the airport , so they do have a pick up and drop off facility present . The rooms are as depicted in the photos . Overall , a really nice place to stay :D

My only concern is the spiciness of the the foods XD .

The personnel was really professional and helpful. The hospitality was excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities and the picturesque view from my accommodation.

We had one of the most memorable stays at this property. Right from airport pick up to checking out, everything was excellent especially the very helpful staff, room service, food and the special arrangements made by the owner to organise bonfire along with delicious dinner. The rooms were on par in terms of cleanliness and had a great view. We would love to stay here again!

Nice location to start your exploration near Leh, friendly owner and nice rooms! The hotel is located near the airport so you can walk in 15min to the hotel.

I had a homely experience at the maple house. The owner and the staff were very cooperative and humble. The rooms have an excellent interior. I like the place so much that I extended my stay for three days.

The stay at Maple homes was more than just comfortable. The rooms were clean and well maintained and true to the pictures posted. The stay has a rooftop restaurant and the view from here is amazing. You can catch flights taking off while having your breakfast. The food and the service provided was excellent. The hosts of the property were kind and welcoming. They live right next to the property and quickly address any concerns you have. They even helped us to plan our trip through Ladakh. We had stayed here twice and will definitely visit again.

The staffs are friendly. Room is simple and clean. Good location to airport can go by walk in 15 min. There are many bus from the big road also.

The hotel had premium rooms and are very spacious. The wifi speed is also good and ideal for Work From Home. The owner/manager is also very polite. I had early flight in the morning and he dropped us right on time. I would love to stay again on this property if I am back.

The only disappointing thing has nothing to do with the hotel but with the location. The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and does not have good restaurants in walking distance. It is not an issue for someone with car or bike. But it is not a major issue.
