Nos cambiaron la habitación sin aviso y nos dieron una inferior sin ventanas, con la cama sin hacer y la limpieza justita. Además nos quisieron cobrar una tasa y no nos rebajaron el precio por el cambio de la habitación.

Gérant très accueillant ! Nous a proposé de boire une bière qui s'est fini en repas dans un restaurant local vietnamien. Propose également une loop. Bon rapport qualité/prix : 1,5 millions de dong/j /personne. Le prix comprend chauffeur, repas, hébergement et activités. Possibilité de départ dès le lendemain. Fait voir à la fois les lieux touristiques et des lieux plus éloignés. Autre avantage, on n'est pas dans un groupe. On était 2 lors de ce séjour avec chacune son chauffeur. Seul bémol, les chauffeurs ne parlaient pas anglais, mais on peut se débrouiller avec les téléphones. Une option anglophone (avec d'apres le gérant un anglais de base) est possible mais prix à 1,7 millions de dong/j/personne. Je recommande cette loop ! Enfin, tout le long de notre loop, le gérant prenait de nos nouvelles pour s'assurer que tout se passait bien. Il s'est également assuré de nous réserver des billets de bus pour notre prochaine destination à notre retour de la loop à des prix un peu plus avantageux. Bref, gérant très prévenant tout au long du séjour ! (Attention il ne parle pas anglais, mais la communication par téléphone se fait tres bien).

The location is just near the center and the owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us book a bus from Ha Giang to Sapa. They also provided a very good transportation and tour and driver during our ha giang loop

I found VietHung hostel by chance on Booking.com VietHung hostel locate at enterance of Ha Giang. And private room and domitory... My bus...Hanoi>HaGiang...drop off in front of hostel. Very cheap and clean ...many restaurants near hostel ...above all you can rent a almost new motorbike at hostel...If I come back Ha Giang...I will stay again.

It's not perfect but cost-effective

Family was very friendly, was a good spot before the loop. Motorbikes to rent and they can give you some tips about the loop.

Lovely, clean homestay with very friendly staff. They gave me lots of advice before my trip to the north east on my motorbike and even invited me for family lunch because it was very hot and I had a long way to go. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet and friendly place to stay

Simple, cheap accommodation.

Not clean. Lots of bugs. Mattresses was uncomfortably hard. Mould on the pillows and when I asked for a pillow that did not have mould on it the owner gestured to show that it was a stain and not dirt. I explained what mould was and that it is bad for health. He gave me another pillow eventually but it was still a bit mouldy.

The hostel location was really convenient, and they had all the modern facilities you xould ask for. Plus, the staff were super friendly and always ready to help out.

The room is lovely, with a big bed, and it's incredibly clean. I was really impressed when I first booked a room here.

PRICE, LOCATION, KINDNESS

Great value for the price. We arrived at 4am, but still could check-in into our room, which we really apreciated.

The beds were a bit hard, but nothing that would bother us that much.

The hostel has a good location: close to the bus station and the city center. Family very helpful. Very nicely furnished and clean accommodation.

More of a friendly family hotel than a hostel. Has been recently built as very high quality for the price. Broke my shoulder on the way into town and they could not have been more kind and helpful.

-Thien, the owner is an amazing person, he really did everything to make sure we have everything we need (3am check.in, morming breakfast, went with me to put petrol in the motorbike and half way trough we were out of petrol, so he walked with me and the motorbike to the gas station to help me, he was also renting motorbikes, but I didn't t know and booled from another place, he gave advice regarding the route, stored our luggage for the days we went to do the loop) -basic good breakfast (great value for the money) --we could have a shower after the loop and before the nightbus for a very reasonable price -bus station for the night bus rhat pucked us up was in front of the hostel -very clean inside, everybody needs to leave the shoes at the entrance of the hostel -good AC Recommend the place. Great value for the money and it is very fair to give 10 out of 10 for a hostel at that rate. They do everything for the customers.

The hosts were very kind and accommodating, providing a softer mattress to ensure our comfort. Additionally, the room was impeccably clean.

The bed was very very hard

I spent one night here to recover after I did the four day loop tour. Everyone here was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and had some amenities like toothbrush, soap, etc. They had free water as well. Shower was warm. Free breakfast and they happily accommodated my vegetarian diet. Great value overall!

We were able to check in really late (11pm) The family that owns the place is lovely and even invited us for lunch the next day! The location was convenient! The room was really clean!

The mattress could be better

The room was big and clean and the owner was really nice. He even invited us to have dinner with his family. Would recommend 👍🏼

Owner was very friendly…had a beer with him and was really welcoming and did his best to make me feel welcome

It’s was clean and great location to start off doing the loop…it was great value
