Sea Breeze Cottage

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist whenever needed. The location was convenient and peaceful, making the stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail throughout my visit. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to others. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

There was no proper parking allocated but they did indicate at the time that the space was under construction.

The bed was very uncomfortable, absolutely no Air-com , only a fan which was very noisy , so didn’t sleep .

The place is beautiful and so clean. Everything is still new. The host is amazing. Its right by the sea. Looks exactly like the pictures. Loved everything about this place.

Irene is very friendly and accommodating! I read on previous reviews someone noted how good the cottage smells! I understand why. A lot of attention to detail in how everything smells. From the scatter cusions to the bed throw. It is just fresh clean and calming. The kitchenette is very well planned out. You can just walk everywhere. The beach is a stone's throw away. Highly recommended

More directional instructions provided before arrival would have been great, but the host was very lovely once we figured out where the property was.

Excellent place to stay, very neat and tidy, staff as well as host cannot be improved upon. The fixtures and fittings top notch, the guest house with the most pleasant smell when you walk in, absolutely clean would expect to pay double amount charged Exception at a very reasonable price. Classy upmarket

The unit was adorable, functional and neat. We have OCD so the minimal look was appreciated. Host is extremely kind. We loved the beach views even if the weather was against us. Definitely will be visiting again 😊

I stayed at Sea Breeze for 8 nights in April. There is very little I would complain about as I really enjoyed my stay there. Firstly Irene is a lovely host, check in was easy as clear instructions were sent via WhatsApp. She also provided me with recommendations for the local restaurants and was responsive to any queries I had. The room itself is more akin to a small apartment and was much nicer then I had expected it to be. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was also equipped with some basic appliances such as a coffee machine , airfryer and iron which I found useful. My room was cleaned during my stay and a clothes washing service was offered for 100 rand which was great value. Location wise, it is a very safe and quiet area, about a 40 second walk from the beachfront and I enjoyed walking along it each morning when getting breakfast and coffee. A selection of restaurants are within a further 3-5 minute walk. If I return to Melkbosstrand in the future I would be more then happy to stay again.

Very nice location, beautiful, modern, clean.close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Felt really safe walking back late evening. We should have stayed longer , so definitely we shall come back on our next visit.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the studio apartment in Melkbosstrand. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. One of the highlights was its proximity to the beach and all the nice restaurants and cafes. Its right in the center of Melkbosstrand. What really made our stay special was the warm and welcoming hospitality of the host. She was always available to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. We highly recommend this studio apartment and we will definitely come back in the future.

The location was simply perfect! A 2 minute walk to the beach where you can dip, all restaurants, coffee shops within walking distance as well, very safe and quiet neighborhood.

This apartment was amazing. It has everything one could possibly need, everything is new and clean and comfortable and within walking distance of the beach and restaurants and shops. The host was great and very helpful.

The host was amazing, the cottage had everything you could possibly need. Love the small touches, the cottage had rusks, muesli, tea and fresh lemons. The beach is right there and great little cafes around. Would definitely stay here again

Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated room a stones throw from the sea and some of the best restaurants in Melkbosstrand. Wish I could have spent a second night!
