Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Das Appartement war sauber und gut erreichbar. Hamid war hilfsbereit und gab uns einige Tipps. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt.

Mieszkanie jest w idealnej lokalizacji, kilka minut spacerem do plaży. Niedaleka odległość do sklepów i przystanku autobusowego. Czysto, wygodnie i bezpiecznie. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, jest wszystko co trzeba do przygotowywania posiłków, ciśnieniowy ekspres do kawy. Dla rodziny 2+2 to idealne miejsce.

Все сподобалось. Це дуже класні апартаменти в приємному маленькому комплексі із власним басейном. Ми мали тут дуже гарний досвід ночівлі і денного перебування. Не описати словами яка класна квартира і класна терасса. Наявність ролетів та клімат контролю сильно покращила наш сон. Дуже крутий телевізор із купою міжнародних каналів оцінив наш 13ти річний син. На дивані дітям теж було зручно спати і круто, що диван як 2 окремих ліжка. Наші різнополі діти могли спати окремо. Ліжко в спальні теж дуже зручне, а от подушки для нас були трошки завеликі. Постільна білизна, рушники, капці для дому та тераси, все було ідеальне! Ми купались в басейні кожен день, він дуже глибокий та достатньо довгий і широкий. І ще тут дуже швидкісний інтернет!

Не маю претензій ні до чого. Гарні апартаменти.

Iki tobulybės mums pristigo tik lygiavertės patalynės visiems svečiams, nes miegantiems ant sofos nebuvo antklodžių buvo tik pledai ir paklodė.

Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden und leicht erreichbar entlang des Hauptgebäudes. 5 min Gehzeit, bergab, zum Strandzugang. 20 min Gehzeit zum Souk El Had (dort kaum Parkplätze). 5 min Fahrt zum königlich-marokkanischen Supermarkt Marjane. Schöne, gemütliche und saubere Schwimmbecken in Anlage. Jede Art von Fragen und Anliegen werden vom Gastgeber sofort beantwortet und/oder bearbeitet. Kurze Zufahrt zu Hauptverkehrsstrasse - wichtig für Ausfahrten ins Umland von Agadir. Keinerlei Lärm durch z.B. Strassen etc.

Where do I start! I had the best stay ever! I was made to feel right at home as soon as I arrived. Let me begin with the kindness of this host. I rather stupidly forgot my debit card and did not have any cash with me for local restaurants, so I contacted the host and told him. Within 10 minutes we managed to come to an agreement and he drove from his house and provided me with cash so I could eat and enjoy my holiday. How kind!! Arrival: he organised a taxi to pick me up from the airport and it all went perfectly. Apartment: Wow what an amazing apartment it’s exactly like the photos and more. It felt very homely and very clean. Location: couldn’t be better He is very proud of his city and wants to encourage tourists to come to agadir; when you do come, please stay at his apartment, you will get the local experience and the most genuine host. Thank you my friend, I will return very soon!

Nothing! Slept like a baby and felt so relaxed

Nowoczesny i wygodny apartament przy plaży. Tylko 2 minuty spacerem. Wyposażony w ekspres do kawy, lodówkę, pralkę. Świetny, duży taras przy apartamencie nr 4. Super pomocny właściciel. Kontakt natychmiastowy. W basenie czysta woda, choć jest niepodgrzewany i w lutym woda była lodowata. Prysznic na zewnątrz przy basenie. Bezpiecznie. Otoczenie apartamentowców, więc nie nastawiajcie się na roślinność przy basenie. Natomiast wszystko rekompensuje plaża i ocean.

Cement, prace remontowe i wykończeniowe w niektórych mieszkaniach.

Замечательные аппартаменты, очень уютные, комфортные для размещения троих взрослых человек за счёт удобного матраса на диване. Комнаты были чистые, очень приятно пахло свежестью. Порадовала огромная обустроенная для отдыха терраса, а также кофемашина, прекрасно работающий wi-fi и плазма с большим ассортиментом для просмотра. Территория аппартаментов хорошо охраняется, рядом большое количество парковочных мест. Хост был вежливым, все подробно объяснил и показал, посоветовал отличные места для посещения. Было очень жаль, что мы остановились на короткий промежуток времени и не остались подольше

Very nice apartment; it was extremely clean, had all the facilities we could have wanted/expected, and very helpful host when we needed any help. Also, a nice location.

Tutto perfetto! Struttura nuova, pulita e stupenda. L’appartamento è dotato di QUALSIASI cosa possa servire (dai cosmetici per il corpo, ai farmaci, alla macchinetta del caffè, lavatrice e utensili di tutti i tipi) NON MANCA NULLA! La struttura è moderna, pulitissima e super funzionale, posizione fantastica e piscina super! La cosa che più ci ha soddisfatto è stata l’accoglienza impeccabile del proprietario Marou! Gentilissimo e disponibile (ci è venuto pure a salutare alle 5 di mattino!) Siamo rimaste soddisfatte oltre ogni aspettativa !

Cozy apartment very close to the beach, restaurants and other services such as surfing school. The host is extremely friendly. Pools, coffee machine and everything you need is there.

Lack of dining table in the apartment, there is one on the balcony though. The bed in the living room could be bigger, it’s not expandable so only for one person but overall comfortable. There is a bit too much humidity in the bathroom therefore a bit of smell in the appartment.

Apartament w pełni spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Dzięki lokalizacji w spokojnej, cichej okolicy oraz możliwości całkowitego zaciemnienia pomieszczeń mogłyśmy naprawdę wypocząć – co nie zawsze jest możliwe w bardziej hałaśliwych częściach Agadiru. W zaledwie 5 minut można dojść spacerem do plaży z pełnym zakresem usług (nauka surfingu, jet ski, ratownik) oraz do nadmorskiej promenady idealnej na wieczorne, klimatyczne spacery. W okolicy znajduje się też wiele bardzo dobrych restauracji. Spokojne otoczenie przełożyło się na wysokie poczucie bezpieczeństwa, co było dla nas szczególnie istotne podczas wyjazdu w damskim gronie. Sam apartament był doskonale wyposażony – kuchnia z pełnym zapleczem, pralka, szybki internet Wi-Fi oraz smart TV z dostępem do platform streamingowych i kanałów z całego świata. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje właściciel, Hamid, który od początku służył pomocą – polecił nam świetne restauracje, doradził w kwestii atrakcji oraz zorganizował transport z pobliskiego lotniska. Z pełnym przekonaniem polecamy ten apartament.

Nie mamy absolutnie żadnych uwag – pobyt był bez zarzutu.

Spacious modern apartment with a large balcony. Hamad the owner was very friendly and helpful. He arranged for a driver to collect us from the airport (though both we and the driver had some trouble locating both the apartment and Hamad when arriving in the dark) and kindly drove us to the coach station on departure.

Prije svega objekt je predivan i udoban. Opremljen je svim potrebnim sadržajima, pa nas je iznenadilo to što smo imali i mašinu za pranje odjeće kao i odličan aparat za kavu. Nalazi se na odličnoj lokaciji, u blizini plaže i noćnih klubova. Za domaćina nemamo dovoljno riječi hvale kako nas je prelijepo ugostio i pomogao nam tijekom boravka. Još jednom mu hvala što nam je uljepšao boravak u Agadiru.

I loved everything. It is just like the pictures. . Every staff member does look after the guest, they also have 24h security for your safety. I feel welcome and safe. Rooms beds and sofa super comfortable. They have everything to make your holidays feel like you are at home. Is worthy every penny spend it on it. Just 5 mnts to the beach, and 7/10 mnts walk to loads of restaurants and shop. Go for it, you won't regret it

Le bruit de la route, mais à priori elle est en travaux, c'est temporaire. Les commerces sont loin. On doit prendre la voiture

The owner was very nice and kind - he even pick up us from bus stop and drive to the apartament. The apartament was clean, comfortable and nice. I would choose this anytime!

Great apartment. Had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Good size balcony. Pool was well maintained. Not far from the beach which was stunning. Would stay again. Communication with Host was excellent.

Comfortable check in and check out, good contact with the host by WhatsApp. Location really great, just few hundred meters for main boulevard in front of bery nice beach. Rooms clean and comfortable, kitchen dark without windows. Apartment is much smaller than stated at booking.com as half of the area is really huge terrace.

I'd highly recommend this apartment. Everything was perfect. We opted for the airport pickup which was a great choice. The apartment is large and comfortable and had everything we needed. I just wish we could've stayed longer!

The appartment was very cozy and very quiet despite being not far from the city centre. It was much spacious than what could be seen on the photos and was very clean. Our host Hamid always made sure we had everything we needed and was always reachable when we had a question to ask. I must say he was fantastic. We felt safe there as there are guards at the entrance of the building, the two swimming pools (not heated) were available and the beach was only at a 5 minutes walk. We went to this appartment to chill and escape the grey and cold of London and we would have gladly stay much more. We highly recommend for couples who want to escape from where they are.

Exceptional apartment on a safe, clean complex with 2 swimming pools. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. The apartment was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. It has a well furnished, large balcony. The complex was quiet and relaxing yet within easy walking distance of Agadir beach, restaurants and shops.

Our stay at Olivia by Atlantic was absolutely perfect! First of all, Hamid is an exceptional host. He kindly picked us up from the airport and made our trip unforgettable by taking us to explore not only Agadir but also other stunning cities like Taroudant, Marrakech, Imi Ouaddar, and Taghazout in the comfort of his car. He knows the tourist spots like the back of his hand and was an invaluable guide throughout our stay. The Olivia apartment itself is spotless: very clean, modern, and located in a calm, highly secure residential complex. We particularly loved the two well-maintained swimming pools. Plus, the location is ideal, just a few minutes away from Agadir’s tourist promenade. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing vacation with an amazing host who goes above and beyond. We highly recommend it and will definitely come back

Very beautiful apartment. Very well presented, clean, and comfortable.There is security on the apartment complex so we felt very safe staying there with a child. A few minutes walk to the beach, and another few minutes walk to the a number of restaurants. Above all, the host was amazing, very good communication, very helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable. I would book this apartment again.

What can I say? I have been to many places around the world and stayed in many more accommodations in such places. But this accommodation in particular has touched my heart deeply. It is a very unique experience. When I tell you, you only need your clothes to stay here, trust me on that. As all the amenities are provided. I will only go through the stuff that are not mentioned by the host and not to be seen from the photos. For the kitchen: starting from cooking equipment to an extensive collection of maroccan spices. The living room equipped with huge TV with many paid subscriptions (Netflix and so on). For the toilet and shower: starting from shampoo and shower gel to ear cotton swap and hair cover. Even top quality slippers are provided. It is very impressive. Now moving to the style and comfort: the Appartment itself is very stylish, it has a very luxurious touch which provides ultimate level of comfort. The host is someone who is always seeking perfection. And for achieving ultimate level of guests satisfaction, the host would do the impossible. Man comes to Olivia by Atlantic as a stranger and leaves as a friend. If I ever come back to Agadir, I would not stay anywhere else.

I stayed in this apartment for one night (09/08 - 10/08) with 3 friends of mine and everything was perfect! The booking process was excellent: even if we booked the evening before our stay we didn't find out any kind of problem. The host was very kind with us: not only he invited us to have a traditional local dinner with him, but he also helped us to extend our stay: since we were travelling without a predetermined plan, we decided to spend one more night in Agadir. Unfotunately the apartment was already booked for the following day so he helped us to find another accomodation. with respect to the apartment, it is excellent: it has two swimming pools, private parking, two big couches, smart tv with netflix and other web apps, kitchen, washing machine and a huge terrace. On overall our stay was excellent and I'm looking foroward to book my next surfing week in this apartment.
