Sonador Bush House, 4bedr, 3bathr in Marloth Park

Oh my word, what a gem of a place. One of the most beautiful lodges that I have visited at the Kruger. The house was spotless, neatness overloaded, stunning home. Jaco made sure guests are provided with everything. The home has everything you need for self-catering. The bedding was fresh and clean. The house was immaculate and beautiful. The whole weekend we had wildebeest, warthog and buck all around the lodge adding to the beauty of this lodge. There is a viewing deck which is amazing. We sat having cocktails and watching the sunset. The beauty of the lodge added to my well needed holiday and I came back to my hectic life feeling extremely rested and less stressed.

We really loved our stay. The location was ideal — close enough to the main road for easy access, yet far enough to remain peaceful and private. The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed (and more) for a self-catering stay. The layout, from the entertainment areas to the rooms, was flawlessly functional. Our children especially loved the pool, spending hours splashing around, which made the trip even more enjoyable for us as a family. The experience was made even more special by the animals visiting the property during our stay — such a delightful and memorable experience.

We cannot complain about anything, the place exceeded our expectations.

This property exceeded my expectations. Stunning bush house has that caters for everything you need. I love that all bedrooms and living area have air conditioners which will be great mid summer. Super comfy beds, very clean, love the pool and braai area + fire pit area and the viewing deck is something special to sit and enjoy a drink + the amazing view of the bush while the sun sets late afternoon.

After you book the owner send you a private contract for signing and you have to pay hom a deposit directly before he tells you where to get the keys

Vicino alla casa ci sono pompa di benzina, supermercato e ristoranti molto buoni. La casa è spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. I letti sono confortevoli.

Jaco was a great host he responded promptly to our needs or queries. He is very friendly he also recommended things to do in the area which made it so much easier for us to plan activities.

the place offered peace and quiet, had plenty of visitors (wild animals) coming around the house. extra cherry on the top was it had a viewing deck to enjoy the sunsets.

Sonador Bush House is a well equipped house. We enjoyed the watch tower for sundowners, the pool with a higher edge so the little kids couldn't walk in, the braai area and the fire we could make outside. Zebra, kudu, impala, bush buck, wildebeast, and warthog were all visiting our pool area. We once even saw giraffe. Really nice. The house is about 25 minutes driving from Crocodile Bridge Gate. Marloth Park has a well stocked Spar and, several restaurants and the Giraffe Bar with a nice play area for little kids.

The tiles on the outside stairs and the patio were dangerously slippery. They are not suitable for outside areas that can get wet. When wet you cannot walk on them. The stairs don't have a railing all along. In Marloth Park we didn't like the Two Trees hike. It's not maintained, with a lot of detours, it's one way, it's used as a rubbish dump for building material and it's not 2.2 km but 3 km (one way). You have to walk the same way back to the car, it's nice however that you walk along the Crocodile river.

The house is 100% clean. It's in the peaceful place. We found everything we need in the kitchen. 3 clean bathrooms . Swimming pool is clean and we don't have to share with other families.

Jaco is the best host, that's what matters the most as the house is just a beautiful gem. Everything you can think of is part of the house and shows how far this has been thought out to accommodate everyone, including kids. Definitely recommend, best value for money

The house was amazing. Loved the aircons on those hot days as well as the pool. The beds were very comfy and the house was very well equipped.

The camera facing the patio where you sit. I was told that it was for security purposes and we could cover it while we were there, but just made me feel uncomfortable.

The house was amazing, super clean and had all the luxuries. The solar system and gas for the showers and stove are a absolute bonus. No loadshedding! Excellent home for a breakaway

Breakage rules, I think they must put a person in the house with checklist during arrival and exit. Because you will never know how was the house before your arrival

Value for money.. Very open and had everything we need, bedrooms were neat, kitchen had all utensils and more.

The property is very comfortable! The viewing deck is very special. The solar power is great, especially for the wonderful air conditioners. The decor and appliances are up-to-date, and there are two refrigerators. Also be quite kid-friendly, as there are small chairs and books for the babies to learn Afrikaans (:

The host supplies only one roll of toilet paper. There are bath towels, but no swimming towels. We also ran out of soap pods for the dishwasher.

This home should be called place of tranquility. The photos do not do this beautiful house justice. We have been staying in Marloth Park for many years for our September holiday and this house is like home. Exceptionally clean and no loadshedding! The layout is perfect, and so are the facilities. The owner was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We will most certainly be back.

The check in process was hassle free. Waking up to the sounds of nature and animal roaming around freely was a bliss. The Sunrise and Sunset view from the Roof top deck was amazing. The house had everything needed for catering, we only needed to bring food and firewood/charcoal. The two fridges made life much easier.

Set in a secluded part of Marloth Park with game roaming free around the house. Awesome atmosphere. Beautiful surroundings. The house is beautifull. Well equipt. Modern touches and caters for power outages very well. Constant loadshedding in the area, but we did not even notice it as the house is very well equipt with backup water and power supply. Will definitely stay at Sonador again. Highly recommended.

Having 3 bathrooms was a bonus. The kitchen is well equipped for all our cooking needs. Sitting at the fire in the evenings or upstairs at the lookout was blissful! Two fridges also make life very easy, and the solar backup was just the last thing that made the stay comfortable and enjoyable.
