The studio is in an exceptional location, within a minute walk of 2 lovely lagoon beach clubs, and a 2 minute walk from the downtown area. There are restaurants, shops, markets and everything we needed within a very short walk. We hardly needed to use transportation during our stay. The unit was very clean on arrival, the beds are comfortable, and check-in was a breeze. We’ll be booking it again in the future.

The location is nice.

The ac was not working we asked for someone to come and check it, when he came the ac filter was covered in dust as if it was not cleaned in ages, they told us someone will come early morning to fix it and we spent the first night sweating in the heat and we requested a small fan it was not available as well. Also Villa coconut is right in front of the studio and we could hear the noise all night. The sun light fills the space early morning so you will need an eye cover for that. I guess a shutter will fix all those sound and light problems. Also a small electric stove would be a nice addition to the studio.

Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, 1. Etage, mitten in einer Baustelle, aber: würde ich wieder buchen 😉 Von den fleißigen Handwerkern war nichts zu hören (unfassbar) außer dem fröhlichen Ahlan wa sahlan und für ein paar Tage machen mir auch die Gerüste rundherum nichts aus. Die Lage ist super, mitten in Kafr, 2 mal fallen bis La playa und Gerges, 2 min bis ebaid und downtown. Preis-Leistung top.

Zone en travaux et avec un club boîte de nuit juste en face avec de la musique tard le soir notamment le jeudi et vendredi

what I like about the property is its location and how conveniently it is located near to everything in El Gouna also the price was of a very good value for money. another good thing is that it was furnished with two wardrobes for our clothes which were more than enough to keep our clothings. The host was also very responsive to our messages and was very helpful when we had to check in early. He made it easier for us to get in at 2 instead of 3.

what I didn’t like Is that the apartment didn’t have everything we needed for example we need a stove top to make some Turkish coffee, but we didn’t find anything. The microwave was on top of the washing machine, which was always shaking whenever we wanted to wash anything there wasn’t also cooking utensils like pans pots to make something for breakfast or a quick meal maybe.

Good location, convenient, excellent air con.

Almost overhead of restaurant kitchen so at times very noisy. Couldn’t log on to WiFi at all, no power to TV so when I got power it needed resetting. Short visit so not worth it for me. Just frustrating

Excellent location, in the middle of all the fun next to the club house and all the good restaurants.
