El lugar esta muy bonito, pero si es necesario precisar, que es para parejas jóvenes, no hay rampas o acceso para personas con movilidad limitada, todo el trato es por teléfono, cuando llegamos la alberca estaba sucia, salvo eso, todo muy bien

Un poco mas de seguridad, no hay nadie que te dé información sólo por teléfono, la puerta de entrada muchas veces se encontraba abierta, igual el estacionamiento, es sobre calle

Alejado de la playa y zona de restaurantes. Es obligatorio alquilar moto/coche para poder moverte. El aire acondicionado tenía una fuga generando charcos de agua en el suelo de la habitación.

C'est une grande maison avec plusieurs chambres dans un quartier en développement. C'est différent d'un hôtel standard mais c'est probablement ce qui fait le charme de Puerto Escondido et après quelques jours ici, je suis très satisfait de ce type de logement. La taille de la suite et la qualité des équipements à notre disposition vis-à-vis du prix en font selon moi un excellent deal. Sans certitude quant à ce à quoi d'autres voyageurs s'attendent, je dirais que c'est un 4+ étoile, ce qui est une de plus que ce qui est affiché sur ce site. Tout s'est très bien passé, on a bien dormi, c'est très calme, les équipements était parfait pour nous, comme par exemple le frigo plus grand que les mini-bars habituels, la taille du lit, la climatisation (il y en a probablement partout dans cette ville mais en tout cas ici j'en ai été satisfait), le divan et la TV, en oubliant pas le service de nettoyage que nous avons bien apprécié. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la disponibilité via Whatsapp. Il y a d'autres équipements que nous n'avons pas testé, principalement par désir d'aller à la plage : la grande cuisine, la piscine et probablement d'autres choses. N’oubliez pas d’aller jeter un œil à la terrasse au dessus, spectaculaire.

Es cómodo en relación al precio

El lugar aparece como hospedaje solo adultos, y tuvimos 3 días de huéspedes con niños. La ubicación no es la mejor, consideren que no es en la punta zicatela y si no traen auto o moto, llegar a la playa a pie es retirado, cansado por el tipo de calles y super oscuras. La alberca es muy pequeña, es como un jacuzzi comunitario

Yo agregaría bote de basura en la recámara, secadora para cabello y plancha para la ropa. El stand para colgar la ropa demasiado incómodo muy alto.

Me encanto mucho la estética del lugar, todo estaba muy limpio y cómodo 100% recomendable sin duda me volvería hospedar aquí.

Como sugerencia, que en la habitación tengan cortinas black out porque cuando amanece o con la luz exterior pasa un poco de luz.

Excelente lugar para descansar, camas cómodas, si considero regresar, aunque debes de tener en cuenta que no esta tan cerca de las playas

Los cuartos están en excelentes condiciones, muy bonitos, todo muy limpio.

Las recamaras son muy grandes y limpias, además que el diseño en la arquitectura está increíble

Me gusto la cama era cómoda y las almohadas también, ideal si quieres descansar después de un día lleno de actividades, el frigobar es de lo mejor, puedes guardar tus bebidas y alimentos y las cajoneras excelentes para acomodar tus cosas sin que estén desordenadas y la atención 10/10

Casa Kame is located a bit outside of the centre of Puerto Escondido and therefore really nice and quiet. There is lots of opportunities to hang around at the property, the pool is small but we didn't really use it as we went to the beach most of the time. The rooftop terrace is lovely too! Rooms have everything you need and the bed is really comfortable too!

I wish they would've offered beach towels :)

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Kame, the hotel is located in a very quiet area of the city, where you wake up to birds chirping, 15 minutes walking from the beach and 20 minutes from shops and restaurants. My partner and I had a few bad experiences with accommodations before arriving to Casa Kame so finding the small oasis, was so relieving. The staff was friendly, the rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was amazing. What truly impressed me, though, was their honesty and professionalism. After my stay, I realized I had accidentally left a pouch with my travel money in my room. I contacted them, and they confirmed that they had found it. They even took the time to do a video call with me to show that everything was still there. Though it took time to arrange and at points communication could have been quicker, they went out of their way to ensure I got my money back. Their commitment to customer service and integrity truly stands out. I highly recommend Casa Kame, not just for their hospitality, cleanliness but also for their trustworthiness. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism—I will definitely stay here again!

The facilities and rooms themselves are very nice. There's unusually good water pressure for the area. The design is really nice. Everything is comfortable and well designed.

When I showed up I was able to get into the place with the key code they gave, however in my room there were a few problems. I had paid for a seaview, but this room was definitely not seaview. Also one of the blackout shades in the room was broken and resting in a corner of the room so privacy was an issue ( you could see into the room from the road) and also it was SO BRIGHT in the morning that I slept terribly the whole time. I wrote to the manager about this on whatsapp and no one responded until THE NEXT DAY at which point I was told this manger or whomever they are did not have any wifi the day before. OK. The problem is they must have known they had a guest checking in that day and if there had been any problem with the key code or getting into the room or wifi or anything I would have had NO WAY to reach the management, which is just irresponsible. Later there was a problem with the kitchen which I told them about and they never fixed. But mainly the problem is that I was told I could have a partial refund for paying for a seaview when I was given a room with no seaview. (see the picture of my supposed "sea view." who would pay extra for that?) But the refund never came. I was told to contact bookings.com who handles their bookings at the end of my stay, but lo and behold you cannot contact bookings.com about a stay that has already happened. So I have to take it up with my credit card company, which is just stupid and such a dumb problem they could have easily avoided.

The best hotel in Puerto Escondido, amazing architecture, super clean and good location

Beautifully designed down to the small details. The bed was one of the best I’ve ever slept on in my life. It felt like such a treat to stay here, I only wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The area is a bit far from the action and is in development - lots for fancy properties around getting built - so I recommend getting a motorbike to move around.

Very beautiful, clean rooms, excellent bed and shower and amazing facilities (kitchen, pool). Amazing price/value. Really sweet housekeepers. Easy check in with email with codes for the front and room door.

No reception or staff besides housekeeping some hours a day - was a bit a weird vibe. There were some long-term renters with many dogs that walked around and barked. We were unlucky in the sense that one night at 3 am there was a long, drunken argument between some guests, there it would have been really helpful if there would have been a reception/personal. The front door was broken and always open (was repaired though). Location a bit far away from the shops, if you don't have a scooter.

Beautifully decorated, perfect size room/studio with sitting room/kitchen as well. Lovely and quiet with my own little terrace. Felt very safe for a woman travelling on her own. The location is a tiny bit out of the way, but v easy to have a quadbike or motorcycle to get done to the beach etc

The architecture of Casa Kame is breathtaking and beautiful. The rooms were super spacious and clean, with a separate living area and a small kitchen. Having a private fridge was amazing. The hotel also has very nice communal areas – a large kitchen, a patio and rooftop terraces. There are outdoor showers, which are great when you return from the beach. When we arrived we thought the small pool in the courtyard was mostly decorational, but we ended up dipping in at least twice a day to cool down. The hotel also as a dispenser with cool drinkable water, which is a godsend in the hot climate. The fact that we could check in already at 8am was amazing as we arrived early by nightbus. The staff was kind and flexible. When we arrived there was a small issue with the AC in our room and the staff immediately took care to fix it and offered to move us to a different room should it take too long – great service! As other reviews mention the area around the hotel isn’t fully developed yet, but if you ask me that is a good thing: Lots of nature and clear views to the ocean! And where else would you ever complain about a 15 minute walk to the beach?

Hotel is ok but it’s far away from the town and you have to walk down a dirt road to get to the nearest shops/bars/restaurants for 15m. No street lights at night so you have to take a taxi or use torches. There is also no staff around and the digital concierge inflated prices for private transfers so I wouldn’t recommend using that. Also, no breakfast or even coffee available in the rooms or shared kitchen so you have to walk into town every day to get it! Bed’s a bit soft too…

We loved our stay at Casa Kame! The property is beautiful with a great pool and rooftop area to relax. Rooms were a great size and cleaned daily. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the La Punta area (approx a 15 minute walk to the Main Street).

Amazing place and customer service

This is a hidden gem, brand new you can smell it, Francia and the other ladies will assist you with anything you need, it´s a bit far from la Punta and the rest of Brisas de Zicatela, in the middle of nowhere, very quiet and peacefull!

there is no pavement on the street nor lights, so is a bit tricky to get here by foot after sunset, cause it gets really dark! Is hard to get a taxi drive you here cause they wont get passengers to return to the main street/area. I stayed in 3 different areas in puerto escondido this one was my favorite by far cause it is so confortable (AC and HOT SHOWER), I will defenitely come back only if I have a rental (car or scooter).

The best hotel in Puerto Escondido, i’ve stayed in many hotels and Casa Kame is by far the best one, rooms are amazing, very clean and beautiful. The hotel has amazing architect design. Casa Kame is also very close to everything.

The staff was very friendly and David even let me use his surfboard. The internet is fast and the place is very quite. Would recommend to anyone.
