Чисто все и комната и белье и полотенца, близко к аэропорту, удобная кровать. Приятный, отзывчивый персонал.

Неудобные на мой индивидуальный взгляд подушки.

Это 3 раз что я останавливаюсь в отеле. 2 ночи пришлось в этот раз и это конечно тоска, тк в Арнавуткое самом неприятно,сплошные стройки шумят и скрежещет грузовой транспорт вокруг, и делать в этом посёлке нечего. Если открыть окно то сильный запах от топлива самолётного очень чувствуется. Но на 1 ночь советую этот отель для для отдыха в номере между рейсами. Если закрыть балкон то самолётов ее слышно и есть кондиционер.На балконе кстати высокому человеку опасно стоять если выпил или устал можно упасть запросто, перила слишком нтзкие. Можно сходить в пекарню за отличной фисташковой пахлавой по 650 лир, в аэропорту за 8 км отсюда точно такая же по 130 евро за кг. Напротив чуть ниже отеля через дорогу супермаркет BIM, очень недорого покупаешь себе всё что хочешь и пожалуйста, завтрак в номере.У них в номерах есть и холодильник,и чайник, чай/кофе лежат в номере ,но я купила и заввривала любимый турецкий кофе Mustafa Efendi,он в супере BIM в 2 раза дешевле чем в России. It is the 3d time that I stay in Vera hotel. This time it was 2 nights. Everything is smelling clean. The only thing I didn't t like is that nobody cleaned my room in the morning 10.09 so they didn't t put water But I called to the front desk and I had water in 15 min in my room so the front desk staff is very good and they speak English without any problem. There are also one guy that speaks Russian! And he gave me water for my room at 1 a m when I called. Next time I will stay again in this hotel between flights, if they will still have the low price in Booking.com Ребята на ресепшн молодые и вежливые, особенно хочу отметить высокого парня который говорит пр русски,он просто 10+, жаль не помню имя его отметить.Ночью он по моей просьбе принёс мне в номер воду тк когла я заселилась все было хорошо и чисто но вода в бутылках почему то не стояла. (В Турции вода для чая/кофе нужна бутылочная, а не из под крана) Смело рекомендую этот отель.

Не было уборки номера 10.09 хотя я выезжала на следующие сутки 11.00 и заплатила 63 евро за 2 суток, но возможно это потому что я заселилась в полночь и у них было отмечено что заселение прошло 10.09 а не 9.09. Это единственный минус но он не помешал моему пребыванию. Также качество вешалок в шкафу ; их очень мало и качество их плохое. Не соответствует уровню отеля

Я советую этот отель, т.к. он недорогой, но удобный. Очень внимательный персонал. Недалеко от отеля есть места, где можно поесть.

Претензии больше к трансферу: нужны более четкие инструкции, чтобы найти его в аэропорту. И водители очень быстро ездят, при этом еще и по телефону говорят.

Новые номера, приятная цена, услужливый персонал. Отель новый, многое еще в пленках. Персонал помогает во всех вопросах - организовать питание, такси. За свои деньги - ТОП

Ottimo hotel per un lungo scalo, a 15 minuti dal terminal IST, fornisce servizio navetta andata/ritorno a pagamento, eventualmente raggiungibile con il bus H-6, il biglietto si fa sul bus, pagamento con carte internazionali, fermata a pochi metri dall'hotel. Camera pulita, è possibile ordinare cibo d'asporto in reception.

The staff was friendly. Close to the airport.

The room was not very clean, a bit warn out. There is a light in the closet that doesnt turn off so you need to sleep with this light on. No AC in common areas.

Propreté et belle chambre.

Attention au tarif proposé pour les transferts et la nourriture (vraiment vraiment excessif) Privilégier uber : environ 20 euros pour l’aller-retour à l’aéroport contre 45 euros proposés par l’établissement ! Prix de la pizza : 15 euros !!!!! Il y a pas mal de restos au pied de l’hôtel allez-y. (surtout pas celui sur le même trottoir, à gauche en sortant , un véritable Canular)

Ne znam odakle ovakva ocjena nerealna! Ovaj hotel je još uvijek u izgradnji, a ovo sto je izgrađeno je već u raspadu. Žice vire na sve strane, stolarija nije završena, recepcija je u poluraspadu. Prvi i drugi nisu završeni.

Персонал и наличие кондиционера в номере

Простыня постоянно скатывалась, за три дня в номере даже мусорные пакеты не поменяли, в ванной комнате не очень чисто убрано. Из хорошего - по просьбе дали новые полотенца, есть возможность постирать одежду (платно), заказать еду, персонал отличный

Excellent service and very comfortable rooms. Check-in was smooth, and the hotel had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Definitely one of the best options close to the airport.

Everything was good. Nice hotel near the airport. Around 10-15 minutes from airport to the hotel. No problem with uber ordering. Highly recommend this hotel!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr nahe zum Flughafen und schnell zu erreichen. In 15min ist man am Flughafen.

Leider ist der Fluglärm etwas stark. Ansonsten ist alles gut gewesen.

Kein Vierbettzimmer bekommen trotz Buchung, Zimmer war nicht besonders schön, 5 Klima Anlagen Lüfter aufm Balkon. Lüften nicht möglich gewesen.

Hôtel bien placé pour prendre l" avion. Situé à 15 minutes en voiture de l' aeroport et à 20 minutes à pied d' une station de métro ( compter environ 50 minutes pour arriver dans le centre touristique d'Istambul) Personnel sympathique. Literie confortable Possibilité de commander une navette ( 30 euros) pour dépôt à l' aéroport.
