TheMarketFlat Schöne Wohnung im Stadtzentrum

Appartamento spazioso e pulito. Bellissimo il piccolo terrazzino.

Perfekte Lage, sehr großzügiges Platzangebot

Very comfortable apartment. It overlooked the market and was just fun to watch all the people. Great location for buses around Klagenfurt. Perfect for us

Nothing

Appartamento grande e centrale e ben organizzato

Nulla da dire

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, gemütlich, perfekt ausgestattet, tolle Lage mitten in der Innenstadt.

Everything

Nothing wrong with it!!

Spacious, modern, well-equipped. Basically feels like a second home.

No complaints!

The apartment looks even better in reality and it is way more spaceous than we expected. We were like "Wow! Is all this space just for us??" The apartment is very beautiful, modern and cozy. Interesting design choices, i enjoyed finding new peculiar things here and there :) I especially loved the couch with all the pillows and warm blankets. There is a lot of storage space. I like the heaters as well, there's plenty and you can adjust the temperature on them. Kitchen is well fitted and spaceous, comfortable to cook at. There are lots of basic products for cooking as well. It's also pretty quiet, we weren't disturbed by any noise. Also very spaceous shower AND bathtub! The location is great too - right next to the dragon monument and close to everything else and there's a bus stop right there. Nice view out the windows too! Oh and the little terrace is so cute, i bet it's magical there in summer. My favourite part about the accomodation though is the entrance door :D And the staircase! I will not spoil it, but it's awesome. Might be challenging though for people with mobility problems.

Replacing the pillows might be a good idea, those are a bit tired and lumpy but still comfortable though.

Everything

The decorations are perfect, utensils are well stocked for cooking. Beautiful designs, bed and couch are truly comfortable, the bathroom is beyond beautiful, with bath tub and shower , the owners supply detergent for clothing wash and washer ,for longer stays it is perfect!!the terrace and the location in general is really good. All the stores are close , transport is also very good. I can not say anything bad , the owners are so helpful and their hospitality is 💯 I recommend to anybody who loves a pampered stay!

Thoughtfully furnished, fully equipped, clean and very comfortable appartment with all possible amenities. Excellent location. Easy communication with proprietor.

The location is excellent! The bed was very comfortable! The washing machine worked great. The kitchen was well equipped enough. The place was very clean. The terrace was nice. It is very spacious and nicely decorated. Having a separate WC was great!

The towel warmer in bathroom didn’t work.

The flat is beautifully decorated and feels very cozy, everything that you need for your stay is provided and check-in instructions are super straightforward. The location is also absolutely perfect - shops, restaurants, bus stops and a fantastic market all on your doorstep.

- Stylish and clean - Feels like home - Perfect city centre location - Bus stops to and from airport 1 min walk away (bus number 4) - Wonderful hosts - There were a few supplies already in the fridge/ cupboards available to buy at a reasonable rate. This is perfect if you arrive late/ on a Sunday.

Nothing it’s perfect.

Strategic position for city center and Christmas markets. Clean and warm flat

Nothing

This is a beautiful apartment located across the lovely marketplace in Klagenfurt. The apartment building is historical, the apartment is beautifully decorated. The center is quiet so being centrally located is only an advantage.

There is very little to complain about this accommodation. If I had to make a suggestion, I can say that I personally prefer that some coffee is complimentary upon arrival and then the guest takes care of their own consumption- or the price of the coffee is included in the base rate. I can also suggest putting in travel size body wash and shampoo in the bathroom in case the guests inadvertently forgot to bring amenities with them (this is more a problem in countries in Austria where the shops close early, and are closed all Sunday).

This flat had almost all the facilities and extras any travellers looking for a comfortable stay could want. Its central location is fantastic, the bath and shower were luxurious and the cleanliness and interior design of the flat were modern and extremely comfortable. Everything was easy to use and the extras I didn't expect made the whole experience even better. I didn't travel with a pet but to find dog bowls provided was refreshing to see. Slippers were provided. If you drink loose leaf tea there is facility for that. The TV is of high quality for both sound and picture. Even the fan provided in the flat has mobility options and could possibly be taken on excursions where some relief from sunny and hot conditions could be most welcome. I will absolutely stay again and I am recommending this location to all my friends who travel in the area.

I must state at the outset these negatives are minute, they are examples of one trying to find fault and did not take away from my experience. Reading the guest book I see there were lots of English speakers that stay at the Market Flat. A few boardgames in English may be nice for those that use them when they travel. A miniscule note as I mentioned. Now not necessary in a flat the only appliance I thought was missing was a microwave. If you are staying in the flat a while and get frozen food a quick way to defrost such items would be useful. Once more this is a tiny quibble I only mention because I was trying hard to find fault. This location is still an A+

The location was absolutely perfect. Very close to the center and the apartment was very clean, well furnished and a joy to stay in.

Nothing really. Was a great place to stay and would do so again if back in Klagenfurt.

Lovely flat in a convenient and historic location. The flat had high quality furnishings and appliances and was tastefully decorated with a modern design flair.

Was very warm when we stayed so a fan or air conditioning would have enhanced our stay.

Everything I need is readily available in the apartment. A fully decorated property which make me feel comfortable and feel like home. The location is great and visiting points are close to the apartment. Thank you so much for the host.

The guests with large baggage need to reconsider since he/she has to handle two floors of stairs.

This was a last minute booking and we absolutely loved it! The host was really helpful and quick to respond, the flat was beautifully furnished and had so many thoughtful touches like rituals toiletries throughout and a big bonus for us was the smart tv so we could watch netflix.

The only reason I couldn't rate this property a 10 was the lack of a thick curtain/blind in the bedroom, wouldn't be a problem in winter but not fun being woken up at 5am when you're on holiday. I would book here again, perhaps just take an eye-mask!

The flat is located right in the City centre, close to the big market square. The interior was impeccable, lots of space, very tidy, and the owner was easy to get in touch with in advance. We wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful spot.

Host, Fabian, very responsive. Apt walking distance to train station & bus at door step. Located in city center with market right opposite. Apt gave a luxury hotel like vibe..love it. Try the food in market, the day I went to eat it was mainly local having lunch there. I had a nice moist chicken snitzel . I would stay here again if I ever in Klagenfurt or on transit.

Not the apartment fault, it's how the Austria labour law is - no shops open on Sunday except those in the train station. I assume Sunday is the day to head for the lake, hike or cycling.
