Zepsuty prysznic, można troszkę poprawić czystość, trudny wjazd do garażu.

Für uns war es nachts aufgrund der großen und stark befahrenen Straßen leider deutlich zu laut für guten Schlaf. Das war schade, da uns die Wohnung eigentlich sehr gut gefallen hat.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Spacious, clean & comfortable. Excellent location. No AC so we were quite warm even with the fans. Well equipped kitchen but would have been an extra added touch to have some paper towels, one day starter coffee kit/tea, etc. would recommend.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Das Apartment befindet sich fast im Zentrum von Klagenfurt. Es war alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Erklärvideo hat das Ankommen sehr gut beschrieben.
Da das Apartment an einer sehr stark befahren Kreuzung liegt, ließ sich der Lärm der vorbeifahrenden Autos nicht vermeiden.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Sie entspricht genau dem, was auf Booking versprochen wird. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet – nicht nur mit Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine, sondern auch mit Tee, Kaffeefiltern und Kaffee. Als wir das Fehlen einer Mikrowelle angesprochen haben, stand der Besitzer noch am selben Abend mit einer Mikrowelle unter dem Arm vor der Tür. Sehr aufmerksam! Die Lage ist super, wenn man gerne in Altstadtnähe wohnt. Der Verkehrslärm vom Ring ist zwar extrem, aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man davon überhaupt nichts. Der Lift fährt direkt bis in die Garage, was das Ein- und Ausräumen des Autos sehr angenehm macht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Türen gehen von selbst auf bzw. zu, wenn man sie nur angelehnt hat. Wer das nicht gewohnt ist, sollte ein wenig darauf achten, damit man beim Umdrehen nicht versehentlich gegen eine Tür läuft. Ansonsten war wirklich alles tipptopp!

The accomodation is next to a busy street which can be quite loud. However this is only the case, when the windows are opened.

The only downside was that it could be a bit noisy because it's on a busy intersection, but overall we had a good stay.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Apartament duży i wygodny, blisko do centrum. Zapewniony parking podziemny na miejscu. Ogólnie bardzo pozytywnie.
W apartamencie nie ma klimatyzacji, więc konieczne jest otwieranie okien. Tymczasem na zewnątrz panuje ogromny hałas z powodu ruchu ulicznego. W kuchni jest kuchenka elektryczna - indukcyjna, niestety patelnie znajdujące się na wyposażeniu, nie są przeznaczone do indukcji i nie da się z nich skorzystać.

the apartment does not have air conditioning, there are two fans that cannot cool the air and two humidifiers that can only make the air in the apartment even worse. the only solution is to open the window and below is the intersection where the guys tour their motorbikes in the evening so there is no sleep before midnight

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Sehr gute Lage, Raumaufteilung und auch Parkplatz - über einen Link erhält man 1 Video, so findet man dann leicht den Stellpatz; super tolle Dan Küche. Sehr gute Betten und auch Schlafsofa.
Wirklich schlimm war der Geruch aus dem Bad. Der Aufenthalt im Bad musste aufs Notwendigste reduziert werden. Wir haben alle Zimmertüren geschlossen gehalten und Fenster waren sowieso offen. Vom Abzug? Bitte, bitte durchchecken lassen!!

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Exceptional location - easy access to all the main roads what makes your arrival easier, only a few minutes of walking distance to the heart of the town and 6-8 minutes of driving distance to the lake, the Happ reptile zoo and Minimundus. Easy entrance to the apartment thanks to a useful video guide we received the day before our arrival. A lot of huge windows - a lot of light! Nice view and suprisingly nice air when opening the windows despite the daily traffic in front of the building. Traffic noise was completely gone until 8, 9 PM so we slept like babies. 😊 We prepared all our meals in the apartment and found all the necessary cooking equipment in the kitchen. Bonus for celiacs: exceptional gluten free bakery in the near (less than 10 min walking distance). The most of all, we were truly delighted with the incredibly kind host, available at all times of the day, ready to help with any kind of advice. A slightly narrower garage shouldn't be a problem for standard vehicles or experienced drivers. Otherwise, there is a plenty of parking space on the street, even completely free parking zones not very far away (you can check Parkopedia), we even noticed there was a specious garage near Heidi-Horten-Arena for 6 EUR per day ...so, at the end of the day parking is also worry-free!

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Apartman je uredan, prostran, čist, moderan i sve najbolje. Mi smo boravili samo jednu noć, ali apartman ima sve za više noći. Nalazi se uz prometnicu ali je ima jako dobru izolaciju da se ne čuje nikakav promet vani. Jako je blizu glavnim trgovima (poput Alter trga) da vam nije potreban ni automobil nego možete normalno obići i pješke. Kreveti su prostrani. Meni je malo tvrdi madrac (ali ja sam malo izbirljiva što se toga tiče i možda nisam mjerilo). Definitivno se vraćamo u apartman kad sljedeći put budemo dolazili u Klagenfurt (naravno ako bude slobodan u tom periodu).

Reviewed Apr 4, 2026Lokacija je res izjemna, v samem centru mesta. Stanovanje ima tudi brezplačno garažo, tako je tudi za to poskrbljeno. Stanovanje je zelo veliko in kar je bilo nam super je, da ga lahko s pomočjo rolet popolnoma zatemniš (radi spimo v temi :)). Zelo prijazen gostitelj. Zelo toplo priporočam.

Reviewed Dec 21, 2025Für Familien ist die Unterkunft super, da der Wohn-Essbereich sehr großzügig ist. Auch der kurze Fußmarsch in die Innenstadt ist positiv zu erwähnen.
Leider war für uns als Nichtraucher der Geruch sehr unangenehm und kaum auszuhalten, die gesamte Wohnung hat nach Rauch gerochen. Die Nähe zur Innenstadt hat leider auch eine Schattenseite, der Verkehrslärm vor der Wohnung ist extrem, auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist dieser kaum zu überhören.

Reviewed Dec 2, 2025Appartamento molto bello a due passi dal centro. In zona ci sono molti bar, ristoranti, supermercati. Il parcheggio è un plus non trascurabile. La città si gira comodamente a piedi.
Purtroppo c'è un odore persistente di umido o di scarico che pregiudica un po' il soggiorno.

das Apartment ist direkt an einer Hauptstraße gelegen, bei offenen Fenstern etwas laut, die Dusche ist nicht optimal und erzeugt leicht ein "Überschwemmung" im Badezimmer, kann man sicherlich leicht nachbessern

Nothing really, just be aware that the allocated car parking space is two floors underground and is quite a tight space. We were fine with a VW Golf but a larger car might struggle especially a big SUV!
