Sehr außergewöhnliches Haus, das man so sicher nicht noch einmal findet. Prunkvolles Zimmer Royal. Mehrere Dachterrassen mit fantastischem Blick über die Stadt.

Leichter Abflussgeruch im Bad. Schwierige Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber vorab. Es hat letztendlich alles geklappt, eine Antwort wäre aber schön gewesen. Etwas einfach gehaltenes Frühstück.

Riad situé en pleine medina donc tout est accessible à pieds. Riad authentique, donne l’experience d’habiter pour une nuit dans un musée. Personnel sympathique et accueillant.

La chambre est peu aérée donc peut donner parfois l’impression de manquer d’air.

Riad magnifique et intimiste. Un accueil délicat du propriétaire attentif à ses clients.

Everything was great! Just the rooms are a little dark, but I think that is ok, since the Hotel is pretty old. Overall great for the money!!

We had a wonderful stay in Meknes! The room and bathroom were both very spacious and comfortable. The people were amazing so kind and welcoming, and even with the language barrier, they always made an effort to help us and make us feel at home. Breakfast was really good, and the location was absolutely perfect for exploring the city. A lovely experience overall!

Smell old, but i guess that is ok. the riad is more than 200 years old 😁

C'est un Riad très typique!! Pleins de couleur et des chambres de milles et une nuit! parfaitement situé en plein centre, un parking pas loin. Le personnel est vraiment très aimable et très serviable. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et copieux.

Les douches parfois trop petites, la literie très dense.

Expérience magnifique, les logements sont tellement bien fait, l’architecture est magnifique et tout est propre. Un vrai petit déjeuner beldi, riche est très bon. Le personnel est très accueillant est ils sont tres gentils Baraka Allah wa fihom. Je conseille très vivement

Prachtige riad op een goede locatie! Ontzettend lieve host die ons heel lief en goed geholpen heeft toen wij beide helaas ziek zijn geworden tijdens ons verblijf. Nogmaals heel erg bedankt daarvoor!

Bis della colazione, posizione, panorama dal terrazzo. Abbiamo avuto un imprevisto di viaggio e siamo arrivati dopo mezzanotte: il proprietario ci ha aspettato anche se siamo arrivati in orario fuori dal check-in

Tutto perfetto, unica pecca avevamo raggiunto un accordo con il titolare per tenere le valigie fino alle 3 PM, ma a mezzogiorno ci ha scritto che ce le avrebbe tenute fino all'una.. abbiamo dovuto modificare i piani di viaggio per riuscire a prenderle in tempo. Letto matrimoniale poteva essere un pelo più grande.

You must stay in this riad if you are visiting Meknes! It feels like you are spending the night in a museum. :) The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. It was also completely quiet at night, so we had a great sleep.

Le personnel très accueillant et au petit soin. Nous avons été surclassés. Nous avons trouvé la première nuit bruyante à cause de la rue. Le responsable nous a proposé une autre chambre donnant à l'intérieur. Le Riad est très ancien et très bien entrenu La décoration est du 18ème siècle, les couvre-lits sont brodés avec raffinement, les vitraux colorés donnent beaucoup de vie et de charme à l'endroit.. La terrasse est très agréable pour y prendre le petit déjeuner. L'emplacement du Riad est idéal pour visiter Meknès et proche des taxis. C'est une ballade hors du temps. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Note pour le gérant : Pas de passage de nettoyage pour la chambre, pas de changement de linge de lit et de toilette, attention aux prises sorties des troues muraux et aussi des câbles apparents.

Accoglienti, gentilissimi premurosi. Una colazione eccezionale con vista su Meknes Piccolino ma caratteristico. Avevamo una stanza con 2 letti matrimoniali e sufficientemente ampia per 2. La scala a chiocciola è un po' strettina ma ci sta con il resto del Riad.

Forse il bagno è un po' stretto ma nell'economia della stanza va bene, penso che di più non si potrebbe.

The location was perfect

Access to the room is via an incredibly steep and high staircase. It felt genuinely dangerous to navigate, especially with luggage. ​While the bed itself was okay, the blankets were heavy but provided almost no warmth—the worst of both worlds. This was the biggest letdown. It was nearly impossible to shower comfortably, and the basin was so tiny that you couldn't even rest a toothbrush on it.

Le Riad est magnifique, que ce soit les chambres, l’entrée, ou la terrasse qui a une très belle vue. Il est facile à trouver et est bien placé dans la médina. De plus, l’accueil est vraiment parfait, ils parlent français très bien et sont d’une gentillesse incroyable. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, sûrement le meilleur que j’ai mangé lors de mon séjour. Rien à dire!

Il gestore è di una cordialità e squisitezza unica. Il Riad è splendido, pieno di dettagli e di idee. Ottima e colazione e bella terrazza. È anche in pieno centro, a pochi passi dalla Bab Mansour e dalla medersa Bou Inania. Poiché Meknes come destinazione non è in cima ai consigli dei social (ingiustamente) si spende molto meno e si sta molto meglio!

This is a beautiful, cosy riad in a great location - walking distance to the medina and the ancient areas. It’s historic - over 230 years old - and it’s very traditional - full of colour and character. The breakfast was great and our host Abdul could have been more welcoming or helpful.

Álomszép belső terei vannak ennek a riadnak. A tulajdonos és a személyzet tündériek, a reggeli kiváló. Közel van a palotához, Baab Mansourhoz és parkolóhelyhez is.

Het was een over de top riad qua uiterlijk. Heel veel ruimtes, veel houtsnijwerk, ijzeren smeedwerk, veel planten, heel kleurrijk, mooi dakterras. Heel vriendelijk personeel.

De matrassen/ hoofdkussens van de bedden waren niet zo comfortabel. Het gebouw had hele smaller trappen. Dus niet zo handig als je een hele grote koffer bijhebt.

L'accueil et le service sont parfaits. L'hôte est très prévenant et à l'écoute. Le riad est idéalement placé pour découvrir la médina de Meknès mais aussi Volubilis et Moulay Idriss. Nous recommandons.

Super netter Besitzer - er hat es sich nicht nehmen lassen, mich morgens um 6 Uhr zum Parkplatz zu begleiten und mein Gepäck zu übernehmen. Das Riad ist super schön und aus dem 18. Jahrhundert. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im EG. Diese können manchmal feucht sein, nicht aber hier. Alles ist top gepflegt und sauber. Eine schöne und einfache Unterkunft mit einem top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Magnifique Riad qui n’a d’égal que la gentillesse d’Abdul, le gérant des lieux. Un merveilleux moment passé dans cette belle demeure idéalement située dans la Médina.

Um Riad muito tradicional em Meknès. Dono do Riad muito simpático. Tivemos o apoio de Mohamed, jovem funcionário, em procurar transportes, restaurantes e o que visitar. Ainda nos ensinou a falar Darija e escreveu o nosso nome em tifinague (escrita de Imazighen - berbere).

The building is beautiful and the staff are wonderful. Breakfast in the rooftop is idyllic.

The room was cold, with a firm mattress and a tiny sink in the bathroom so my feet got wet when I walked my face and brushed my teeth.

Antieke Riad in het midden van de media. Ideaal voor backpacker en onafhankelijke reiziger. Ontmoeten van mede-reizigers op het dakterras. Zeer Behulpzaam personeel.

Het was koud (eind maart) en muf. Weinig luxe en comfort.

Tout l'emplacement idéal et calme, le propriétaire Abdel hilah d'une gentillesse, serviable (lunettes cassées, réparées en un rien de temps et gratuitement 🙏🏻🙏🏻) rizlène la femme de chambre adorable est également serviable un grand merci un vrai plaisir de faire leur rencontre. Un vrai riad décoré avec du bois de cèdre l'odeur y est présente et nous avons adoré un vrai dépaysement, la terrasse fleurie un havre de paix. Délicieux petit déjeuner.

Rien j'ai vraiment tout apprécié, un lieu délicieux où les rencontres et échanges y sont faciles.

Light cannot be turned off fully, was flickering all night 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️ Two little nice beautiful parrots was very quiet at evening.. but wasn't in the morning 🤪😳😂 I was thinking to cook it for breakfast at 7am 🤪😂

Un très bel accueil par le personnel et le propriétaire qui nous a proposé une autre chambre pour le même prix mais bcp plus grande. Lieu magnifique, hors du temps, inscrit dans la culture marocaine. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Malheureusement, le matin de notre départ pour Meknès, nous avons eu une forte fièvre et avons dû annuler nos vacances au Maroc. Nous avons informé le Riad Hiba que nous avions réservé et payé d'avance, et Mohamed nous a conseillé de demander un remboursement auprès de Booking.com, ce qu'il accepterait. J'ai été très touché par une telle gentillesse et j'espère pouvoir me rendre prochainement au Riad Hiba à Meknès pour rencontrer Mohamed et le remercier personnellement de son honnetetè Bonne année, Mohamed, et tous mes vœux de bonheur et de réussite et à bientôt !

In januari is het behoorlijk koud, de verwarming door de airco houdt het maar net warm. Ontbijt is buiten op terras dus eten met jas en muts😅 Electriciteit viel een paar keer uit maar dat werd heel snel door gastheer verholpen.

We felt like we were in a fairy tale. Beautiful rooms. Interior in traditional Moroccan style. Beautiful decoration. Also high level hospitality.The Riad is located in the old quarter of Medina and everything around is so authentic.

A bit difficult to access the upper floor

Beautiful rooms and lovely roof terrace! The staff were very kind, helped me practice a bit of Arabic and provided warm blankets as we stayed in winter when it was quite cold. The breakfast in the morning was generous, really tasty and filling. Thank you!

The lock on our room didn’t work, but we were the only guests while we stayed and felt very safe.

The breakfast was excellent, the host was very helpful, the house had a traditional interior design. Beautiful.

Good location it the city center, really nic staff. We left at 6 in the morning and men from the hotel helped us with our legguage to take them to the parking.

Small shower, quiet uncomfortable bed

Owner was extremely generous and kind and the room was very clean. Future guests should be aware that the steps to rooms and rooftop are extremely narrow and windy. Bed was very comfy and coffee good

Nice quiet location in the medina. Everything at short walking distances. The owners were super friendly and helping with luggage, even if we didn’t need it. Breakfast was one of the nicest we had and was served on the rooftop. Room had its age but we liked the authenticity.

The host is very accommodating, his friendliness makes us feel at home. Due to our late arrival, he guided us to the local restaurant without a doubt. The Riad is a hidden gem in the Medina, we were delighted to view the other rooms in his Riad as each room has its unique design. Highly recommended.
