Remal Inn Bidiyah

One of the most beautiful experiences we had in sands. The location in the middle of the golden desert dunes is simply breathtaking. The private chalet with its own swimming pool gave us complete privacy and comfort, and everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and always ready to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Watching the sunset over the dunes, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere, and waking up to the beauty of the desert was unforgettable. La posizione e lo staff. Immensamente grazie a Mohammed e Ahmad che ci hanno portato a vedere il tramonto nel deserto, hanno organizzato una cena nel deserto e accompagnato al Wadi. Bravissimi.

La struttura ha solo 3 anni. E' molto bella, ottima posizione, ma lasciata interamente andare con una manutenzione ordinaria inesistente. La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare. Una doccia con pendenza errata (aveva la canalina laterale, ma la pendenza era frontale e il bagno si allagava). Si camminava sentendo le scarpe appiccicose sul pavimento.

Osamh' service is excellent and provide us a lot of choices for dinner and breakfast. Our tour guide and driver Majid for cross desert trip is fabulous and far beyond our expectation.

The hotel was amazing. Crean and the staff was so kind.

The Bengali man taking care of the property was very nice and helpfull.

Unfortunately we were very disana about this place. You can see its a pure investment and money making thing and not taken care of. The Sofa has stains all over, the kitchen is not useable, very dirty. The sponges were so old you couldn't clean with them. There is no table to eat and the outdoor furniture is in the sun without any shade. No rug infront of the door, so you take in all the Sand. Ants everywhere and no Details. Everything is of the cheapest Material. The mattress is still in the plastic package!! So if you move you always here it. Why?! But what was the worst, was rubbish and plastic on the property! So within the fence, trash all around. So so sad. Redbull cans in the flower Pots.

Breakfast was OK-OK. Property size was excellent.

The maintenance of this excellent property was poor. The bath cubical opening was on the wrong side where the shower is placed. The drains were chocked.

The brake fast was below expectation . cheep items provided, compared with the hotel rate it is very poor.

It was so expensive and the pool was cold couldn't swim .the accomodations was so big for 2 adults and child below 5.

Very large house with small swimming pool. Nice diner prepared by a staff member.

Many maintenance issues : We had to call to get some running water, we could not cook because there was no gas, not enough cutlery/plates, shower head leaking, no hot water, evacuation problem in the shower resulting in bathroom being flooded, no toaster in the kitchen for the breakfast.

Really nice villa with pool ! Very good for 1 or 2 nights, next to Bidiya ! And next to the desert 🐪

Property is beautiful, host was helpful and managed to book everything we needed. The housekeeper was really nice and made delicious food. The host had also booked our safari with zaher who was really welcoming and gave an amazing tour around the dessert.

We loved the location and the kindness of the guy who helped us checking in and cooked for us!

Everything was amazing just I would suggest a better cleaning service.

The location was nice, but the stay was ruined by an attempted scam by a person looking after the property.

When we arrived, a man came to the property and took a copy of our passports. After taking a photograph he demanded that we pay him in cash for our stay. We explained that we had paid on booking.com, but he insisted on taking us to an ATM to take out the cash for our stay (excess of £200). He said that "paying on booking.com doesn't work". We immediately spoke to booking.com who confirmed that we should not pay and they had already paid the property in full. Having refused to pay the man in person, he didn't come back when we checked out but we explained the situation to a young man at the property who advised that booking.com take the payments. This attempted scam ruined our stay and made us feel very uncomfortable at the property overnight.
