It was a very peaceful and lovely place.

Great location and value for money. The bed was big and spacious.

The water from tap in the bathroom basin was barely coming out and the shower flow was covered in hair

Lapa Roof is a wonderful place to stay. It’s situated in a quiet residential area with good security, making it ideal for families. The accommodation is clean and conveniently located close to shops and other amenities. The housekeeper, Martha, is incredibly friendly, easy to communicate with, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We were also able to negotiate our check-in and check-out times with the owner without any issues, which made our experience even more convenient. Overall, it’s a lovely, modern place, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in Fourways. We will certainly be returning.

I could not find the place had to book in a very expensive hotel. Requested my money back no feedback. Did get feedback did not want to refund me even though I wasn't even there. And not by my own fault. D

Convenient location - secure with secure parking. Room was recently refurbished so clean and pleasant. Kitchenette available with coffee sachets and soap and shampoo provided. Great new TV with all the required channels anc comfortable double bed

The pool was green and the area of the property not very neat. There were no coffee in our room on arrival. The mattresses were quite hard.

Nice quiet, leafy neighboorhood, and just a short stroll from a SPAR shopping centre. The upstairs room was very spacious. Perfect for my 3-day work trip.

I asked for a double bed. I received 2 beds pushed together to make a double bed. Very uncomfortable. No place in the bathroom to put anything. 1 hook for a towel. We had to put everything - close etc. on the floor

I love most the sense of peace and homeliness… It’s amazing, I certainly felt at home but in a more extravagant and elegant environment with a top class interior and furniture.

It was value for money and clean.

First of all I couldn't get hold of them on the number provided on the email sent to me. That time I didn't know what to do because my transport had left already. Fortunately there were guards by the boom gate. I walked there for safety then when I spoke to them they gave me an 079 number to try which went through. I am asking myself what would have happened if I didn't think to seek shelter by the boom. I checked in and left to attend my business then came back in the evening only to be met by a dog barking viciously at us and we were already in the yard. Fortunately the lady came out to try and get it to back off but she failed we had to walk backwards outside the gate until she got assistance from another guy which I assume to be the handyman. You can imagine my frustrations.

Martha is very kind and welcoming. I arrived to a clean space, and the room was always kept clean during my stay. The property is in a quiet area. It is close to the mall and other areas of attractions.

The staff were not friendly. The fridge was dirty. We had 1 teaspoon and 1 big spoon. Insufficient cutlery, cups etc. The dish rag provided for washing up was an old dirty rag, disgusting. No soap to wash hands. The soap dispenser in the shower did not work.

It was easy to find and match the pictures on the website. It was super clean. Loved the electric blanket, made the stay extra special.

There were not enough plates and cups, and only two chairs. The towels were hard.

It was a very good location, a bit confusing on the map, but safe and it was clean. It was a self-catering, so could order your own food/take-out. Smart tv, big bed, big shower. I had a lovely comfortable stay

There were renovations taking place on the property so it was a bit untidy outside and on the path leading to the room.
