The bed is hard so owner could maybe look at a more comfy mattress!! The Shower leaks slightly onto the floor so the owner should just address that small issue!!

We only stayed for one night and didn’t need to use the freezer, but the freezer door didn’t close properly.

Self check in process is a bit frustrating at first if you're not used to that way of checking in. But once checked in it's all good. Also I'd like to suggest a coffee/Tea station with everything needed for drinking a cuppa in the morning. There was only a cuppuccino sachet no other option for coffee or tea and no sweetener too. Please put Milk/Tea/Coffee and Sugar or sweetener.

"There was no water for the entire day upon our arrival at the property. No cleaner came to clean the property even once. We also had issues with the door safe on the day of checkout, and there was no one available to assist, which made it very stressful."

The fact that we have to clean the apartment and do the dishes. If we have to pay for cleaning services we should be notified in time or the service should be included in the bill. Internet service also gave us a problem for the fisrt two days.
