Ballina Town Centre Duplex Apartment

Ottimo per 4 persone, completo di tutto e comodo nel centro della città. Il parcheggio nelle vicinanze è a pagamento, ma dalle 6.30pm alle 9.30am è gratis per cui, organizzandosi un po', si può comunque trovare il modo di parcheggiare. Lo staff è stato veramente incredibile: per un problema che era sorto, si sono subito adoperati per risolverlo nel migliore dei modi, riuscendoci perfettamente 🙂

Finding it was a little hard and parking was hard to find in the beginning but once we knew where the lot was. It worked

Was a little cold so we used the electric heater from bedroom. Lots of stairs but we had been warned about that

Very convenient location for shops, car park and pubs, great music in the Ballina pubs as usual. Host very personable and accommodating.

Stayed 3rd-6th July, the apartment is well appointed clean and well furnished with every thing you could need in very central location easy parking with lots of amenities on your doorstep, pubs, restaurant's, shops takeaway etc, Kate the host was fantastic sent a walkthrough video on the day showing how to access key box for check-in, very quick to respond to messages, highly recommend.

Unfortunately the Booking.com message did not come through on time (it arrived later that afternoon) and so it took a phone call to find the property. Very easy after that with the owner's verbal guidance. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Parking was easy and convenient and a number of good restaurants very close by.

What a cute homely apartment, everything was wonderful, nice and clean & tidy, only a 2 minute walk to Aldi and to the local Bar Square / Paddymax bar where the food was great along with the welcoming bar staff (Frank & Pat) Kate was great with instructions and communication would definitely recommend staying there. We were only a couple, but would be great for a family,

Spacious and centrally located with well equipped facilities. Netflix on the TV was a plus. The host corresponded beforehand with helpful information entailing how to locate and enter the property.

The location was perfect for us, and, as we are mother and son traveling together, the separate bedrooms were a must.

Right in centre of town, parking easy to back of property! All amenities very comfortable and spacious.

Location is excellent and a lovely apartment

The host sent videos showing the exact location of the property and how to get into the building and lock box. It made finding the apartment very easy. I was blown away by the amount of electronic devices available – WiFi, speakers, tumble dryer, super tv services.

There was quite a bit of noise from people in the pubs and surrounding areas. This did not bother us or prevent us from sleeping but I was pleased I had read a review with this information because it did mean it was not a surprise.

Great central location. Apartment was absolutely spotless, very clean and tidy. Lots of facilities/utensils in the apartment provided. Kate was on hand via text to answer any questions and replied fast. If you don’t know the area kate provided videos for parking and various ways to access the apartment depending which way you would be coming into Ballina. Ideal for anyone new to Ballina prior to arrival!
