Paikoittain oli pientä likaa, mutta hyvin pientä. Yleisilme kuitenkin siisti.

Huoneisto oli kylmä eikä lämmön säätäminen auttanut. Sauna kun oli lämpeämässä niin huoneisto kylmeni entisestään kun todennäköisesti lämmitys kytkeytyi silloin kokonaan pois.

Sijainti on autottomille vanhoille ihmisille todella huono. Bussipysäkille on kova nousu ja kauppaan pitkä matka.
