Kun saavuimme paikalle suhteellisen myöhään illalla (noin 23.00), avainboksia ei löytynyt ohjeistetusta paikasta. Tovi hommaa ihmeteltiin ja etsittiin, kunnes soitin vuokraajalle. Pari kertaa sai soittaa ennenkuin puhelimeen vastattiin. Kävi ilmi, että paikan siivooja ei ollut muistanut/osannut jättää avainboksia oikeaan paikkaan, se oli sisällä asunnossa. Avaimet puolestaan oli heitetty postilaatikkoon, johon meillä ei ollut pääsyä. Lopulta vuokraaja sai toimitettua meille avaimet ja pääsimme sisälle noin yhden aikaan yöllä. Meille luvattiin hyvitystä tästä mutta vielä kahden viikon jälkeenkään ei hyvitystä ole näkynyt. Lisäksi ilmaiset autopaikat ovat täynnä koko ajan. Siisteydessä parantamisen varaa.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2025L'appartement est fonctionnel, bien équipé et au calme. Il permet de rejoindre rapidement le centre de Tampere. Il y a un petit supermarché à côté et un restaurant "Harlem" sympa à 5mns à pieds. Les instructions du loueur sont claires et sérieuses; il est très à l'écoute et disponible. Les parkings proches permettent de se stationner pour 4 heures gratuites entre 8h et 17h et sans limite en dehors de cette période. Attention de bien vous stationner sur les emplacements en pavés, sinon vous aurez une amende de 60 euros....
Pas de fenêtre pour une bonne aération de l'appartement.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2024My husband, son and I stayed for 4 days to see the European Open Disc Golf tournament. The apartment worked out perfectly for us. It was in a great location close to both the Tampere and Nokia courses with plenty of restaurants and a grocery store nearby. We also enjoyed running right from the apartment to the lakefront recreational trails. The apartment had everything we needed including dishes, pots, pans, spices, etc. we also really appreciated having a washer and drying racks. The beds were really comfortable and the apartment was nice and quiet. We slept well!
