Positiv hervorzuheben ist die insgesamt sehr angenehme Ausstattung der Unterkunft. Besonders die Fußbodenheizung hat für zusätzlichen Komfort gesorgt, ebenso wie die zwei vorhandenen Toiletten. Die Einrichtung war insgesamt schön gestaltet und umfangreich ausgestattet. Auf der Terrasse standen gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten sowie ein Gasgrill zur Verfügung, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich aufgewertet hat. Außerdem gab es eine Sauna, die wir zwar nicht genutzt haben, die aber ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist. Überraschend war auch, dass ein Airfryer zur Küchenausstattung gehörte. Die Küche selbst war insgesamt in Ordnung ausgestattet und für einen Drei-Personen-Haushalt vollkommen ausreichend. Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft durchaus empfehlenswert – vorausgesetzt, die genannten Kritikpunkte werden zukünftig behoben.

Während unseres Aufenthalts sind uns einige Mängel aufgefallen. Der Föhn hatte einen Wackelkontakt und war daher nur eingeschränkt nutzbar. Im linken Schlafzimmer (mit einem Bett) funktionierte das Deckenlicht nicht. Zudem waren auf einigen Couchkissen sowie auf dem Polster der Recamiere-Futon-Couch Flecken vorhanden, und die Couch selbst hatte einen unangenehmen Eigengeruch. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ teilweise zu wünschen übrig. Der Filter der Spülmaschine war stark verschmutzt und wurde von uns zunächst gereinigt. Außerdem befand sich vor der Spülmaschine ein klebriger Abdruck auf dem Boden, vermutlich von einem früheren Gerät. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft in Ordnung, jedoch besteht in Bezug auf Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung noch Verbesserungsbedarf.

Extravuode olohuoneessa oli lian kova, siinä ei aikuinen oikein pystynyt nukkua.

Locatie was oké. Sauna was fijn. Goed te vinden.

Open haard mocht niet worden gebruikt, waarom niet was niet duidelijk. Vuilnis stond naast de kliko's opgestapeld. Pannen stonden vies in de kast.

Maison magnifique et très chaleureuse non loin du centre de Rovaniemi. Tous les équipements sont disponibles.

Nous avions demandé un lit bébé que nous n’avons pas eu dommage.

This beautiful luxury private accommodation exceeded all our expectations. It was fully equipped with every comfort one could need, offering a truly relaxing and high-end experience. Located in a quiet and peaceful area.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich toll und gut ausgestattet; naturnah und dennoch in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto im Zentrum von Rovaniemi. Tagesausflüge in die Amethysten-Miene oder Auttiköngäs sind mit dem Auto innerhalb von ein bis zwei Stunden erreichbar. Wir konnten uns sehr gut dort erholen und haben die Polarlichter genossen.

Leider war der Außenbereich (Tisch, Stühle und Grill) dreckig. Die Stühle und Tisch mussten wir erst einmal selbst reinigen, den Grill haben wir nicht genutzt.

Nice location, a bit outside of city, but with reasonable bus connection. Nearby forest nice for walk. Distance from the city indeed make it possible to see northern lights from the backyard.

Loved the heated flooring, especially in the entryway and bathroom. Great window overlooking the backyard where we could watch the kids playing in the snow. The apartment looked new and was very stylish.

Perhaps needed blockout curtains in the bedrooms to block out light from the street lamp.

It was nice to have the space during our trip. It was close enough to town and were able to be picked up for some tours. Management did assist when contacted.

Unfortunately there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, the microwave was dirty inside and so was the oven. One room had a double bed and was uncomfortable, and the other room had a mattress on top of a timber frame on the floor. This was also uncomfortable. The fireplace is not operational. For the price we paid, this was definitely a disappointing stay, and we would not recommend this property.

Cute place for couple nights. Kitchen has all the stuff you need for cooking. 17 minutes drive to santas village.

Comfortable, spacious apartment with all the kitchen appliances available. Sauna was great and kids loved that Netflix was available.

It wasn’t a big deal but the place was quite cold when we arrived. It took us a while to make it warm.

Everything clean, all the facilities, a very good location, it was better than what we expected, absolutely worth it, congrats to the staff

Amazing stay. Clean, comfortable and in a good location close to the nature. A Finnish house completely private to yourself. Everything can be found in the house, kitchenware, washing machine, dishwasher, sauna, private garden, private parking with snow cover and so on.

The chalet/apartment but perfect in a lovely place with plenty of snow. Only issue would be the location was slightly difficult if not expensive to get around but that isn’t a host problem. Loved our stay here

Ease of access into property, very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed, sauna was fantastic after a day of playing in the snow, the views of snows everywhere were beautiful and it was so peaceful. Would def stay again.

If I had to pick something it would be minor-the pillows were a little soft for us and we couldn’t work the dishwasher even though we followed all the instructions, def wouldn’t stop us booking again

New, clean and very comfortable. Chalet was as described and had everything we needed. We had a fantastic stay.
