Hairdryer stopped working and just a suggestion to maybe have another single seperate towel rail for a wet towel would be great 😊

This trip we were disappointed. We stayed two nights and put the sign out for our room to be serviced after our first night. The beds werent made, tea and coffee facilities not topped up and it wasnt the usualy service we were used to so were quite disappointed. The room we were in was next to a function room and all the smokers stood outside near our room, smoking and talking loudly

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Being close to where i needed to work was a great plus. You are at the airport and so close to the planes and highway but not once did we hear a car or a plane. We needed to stay again the next day due to some issues and they had availability which was perfect for us. The breakfast buffet was yum, with a wide range of foods. The room was also perfect the bed just right and we had a coffee machine in our room which was great. They also allowed an early check in which helped us a lot.

If your not catching a flight in or out its a bit of a distance, but thats about it no biggy. To catch an uber out of the hotel because its by the airport the cost is crazy it was 140. but to catch a uber from Hamilton East to the hotel was like 20 bucks. so not the hotel itself fault but just something to keep in mind if you dont have your own transport.

Love the gym has a treadmill, bike, row and so much more. Sauna was great nice annd hot! and pool was cold. Had a good cold plunge after the sauna. Amazing will be back again.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026How clean the place was and how my kids loved the stairs as they love two story places. They really loved the single beds and my wife and I loved our king size bed.
Was not able to swim longer in the pool because of the cold season which is not the hotel fault. May they should consider having a covering option for people to still use the pool especially for family with young children.

The bed was a bit hard and pillows too big. Maybe a smaller spare pillow as an option could be considered.

We booked for an affordable last night on our trip for a family of four. We were gutted the sauna was out of order, and we didn't quite realise how far out of town it was when booking (user error).

No fault of the hotel, but loud arrogant guests yelling in the hallways late at night, kept everyone in our room awake until early hours of the morning. They must've been a group and had one room opposite ours and another further down the hallway and stood and yelled at each other from their doors. The restaurant is a no go - would not recommend
