Absolutely loved this place. We came with our 2 children but would consider it again for a wonderful romantic stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and dishware. There is a massive grocery store / restaurant / beachwear / footwear about a 7 minute walk away. There is a beautiful ocean view - slightly obscured by the school and sporting courts in front. The beach is a healthy 12 minute walk which was a nice way to start our day. We quickly zoomed in on beach clubs to ensure we would never have to bother with chairs / towels / food. We needed service and we got it. Very attentive staff at beach clubs and massages daily. Safe enough for the children to walk back to the house on their own during the day. Probably safer to use the buddy system after dark though. OMG - the roofdeck pool!!!!! HEAVEN!

This one is on me. We needed 3 separate bedrooms. This home had a GORGEOUS main bedroom with a balcony. It could sleep 2 in the main bedroom. But the children slept in the living room. One was a fold-out futon and the other was just a couch. We would have preferred 2 actual bedrooms or 2 actual beds. The staff was extremely attentive when we noticed an aroma of odors from the bathroom (construction workers on a very hot, hot day!) - within minutes, nay, seconds, a cleaning staff arrived and scrubbed every surface.

Private jacuzzi on the terrace and 3 minutes walk from main square in Puerto Morelos. Also excellent communication via WhatsApp for the check in and other questions we had.

Location was great, unit was nice and clean. Furnished well. Kitchen was a great size. Building was safe and modern. Showers and bathrooms were excellent. TV was perfect. Connected to Netflix for some down time zoning out. Online staff were very quick to respond. Rooftop deck with the pool was a great place to lounge. Puerto Morelos was a charming town with less hassle and people trying to get you to buy things. Laid back and lots of stuff happening in the town square.

Beds were on the hard side, not my favorite. Really my only minor negative with this place

Die Wohnung ist grossartig und perfekt eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll ausgestattet . Es ist alles neu und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist sehr gut und Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Das ganze Haus ist schön sauber und oben auf dem rooftop eine wunderschöne Aussicht und Platz zum verweilen mit Tischen Lounge und Pool. Auch ideal mit der Nähe zum Flughafen 25 min Fahrzeit. Vor allem ist die Betreuung und der Service ausgezeichnet. Schnelle Reaktion und hilfsbereit. Mit Code ist der Zugang zum Haus sehr einfach und gut zu bedienen Herzlichen Dank an Maryel

Es gibt eigentlich gar nichts zu bemängeln ausser dass die Bewohner der Wohnung darüber etwas laut waren. Möbel, Stühle bewegen morgens und abends hat man gehört und hat etwas gestört.

The condo was beautiful, well equipped with high end finishes. We appreciated the washer/dryer & the comfortable outdoor seating!

We didn’t receive the QR code for access to the building until the next day! If the cleaning staff hadn’t let us in we wouldn’t have had a place to stay the first night. Although we got into the condo, we couldn’t leave to go out to dinner since we couldn’t access the building, it was a very stressful situation. I emailed, texted and called every number we had & still didn’t hear until the next day! Very poor service!!

Tout était très bien, sauf peut être la climatisation un peu bruyante mais nous avons utilisé les ventilateurs à la place

Our contact person, Maryel, was always easy to reach via our booking app and what's app and always so helpful. We accessed the unit with the code provided. The property is well-maintained and the unit we rented (one bedroom two bath full kitchen and balcony) was clean, lovely, and very comfortable. It was in walking distance of a nice grocery store, restaurants, and beach. The bed was super comfortable and having a washer and dryer was so nice. The shared pool is on the roof. Beach/pool towels were provided. Note: Beach "clubs" are easily available to rent lounge chairs, towels, and purchase food/drink for a very reasonable amount. The beaches are public so if you bring your own towel, there is no need to pay for access. Again the contact person was terrific.

Nothing negative - suggestion perhaps having some bottled water, one small amount of coffee/filter to start us out, and one extra roll of papertowel/toilet paper would be terrific. However, we easily purchased everything nearby. Really lovely and well maintained unit and building.

La publicación dice a 30 metros de la playa, lo que si bien técnicamente es correcto, resulta engañoso. Para llegar a una playa accesible para vacacionar se deben caminar 15-20 minutos. Eso hace que el precio resulte elevado en relación a la ubicación

The property was exceptionally clean and the location was great! Walking distance to everything.

The picture shown for our condo showed a one bedroom with two beds. There were two beds in our room but you had to pull the 2nd one out from under the king bed. If you did that, there was no room to walk to the bathroom. Our room was also listed as a garden view which was actually a view of an empty lot. Not a big deal as we spent little time there but I felt it was falsely advertised.

We were on the 4th floor with a wonderful sea view. The apartment was exceptional. Spacious, well designed and luxurious. It was a v short walk to shops and restaurants and the beach. Rooftop pool was an added bonus. Great views and spotless. The host was very helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend this property.

Too loud in the morning .. You can hear everyone walking around ..there is constant construction sounds , hammers, saws , workers .. hoped to relax and sleep in , not happing here .. very disappointed…

Accurate photos. Clean, spacious, comfy beds and well equpped kitchen (though there's no coffee maker). The apartment is very stylish and has everything you need for a relaxing short or long stay. The futon bed is comfortable for a small person. We were also able to rent beach chairs for 20 pesos/day, which was great.

We thought the apartment was a short walk from the beach as the description says it's next to Playa Puerto Morelos. Well, it is... but there is no path to get there as the beach is fully locked off. You need to walk to the city center (10-15 min) to get to the nearest beach. Also, there was no sea view and the pool area was nice but always quite crowded.

Beautiful and comfortable property. Maryel and the staff were extremely kind and accommodating. It felt like a true retreat. I'd definitely visit again.

Can hear other guests / footsteps from the unit above. It's otherwise very peaceful.

We loved everything, great location, close to the beach and restaurants. The apartment itself was sparkling clean and new and we were grateful for the laundry facilities. Lots of space and a really big nice comfy bed. The kitchen was fantastic, had absolutely everthing you would need.

We were facing the back street, a sea view would have been the cherry on top.

Tolle Kommunikation, viele Infos und sehr schnelle, freundliche Antworten, vielen Dank dafür. Wohnung ist super, sauber, gemütlich und sehr groß (2 Badezimmer, 2 Toiletten, große Küche). Pool auf dem Dach ist ebenfalls toll, es lässt sich dort sehr gut aushalten. Weg in die Stadt und zum Supermarkt sehr kurz (ca. 3 Minuten), viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Absolute Empfehlung!

Strand ist grundsätzlich sehr schön und öffentlich (nicht überall an der Küste so), allerdings wird an jeder Stelle versucht einem das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen. Sogar das Meer wird nach ein paar Metern "abgesperrt" damit auch ja jeder die 30 Euro für einen Schnorcheltrip ausgibt, der dann ein paar Meter hinter der Sperre stattfindet. Kann alles nicht der Unterkunft angelastet werden, aber soll hier als Hinweis dienen. Unterkunft wie gesagt sehr toll!

It was an extremely well kept unit large apartment with 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms which was extremely convenient with a beautiful view and balcony facing the ocean.

Nothing really; they could have added a dishwasher but otherwise the unit had washer dryer and lots of beach towels to use and rewash.

Due to an issue with the water heater we had no warm water for 4 days. And we got electrical shocks by trying to turn it on AND also when touching the water lever at the bathroom. So if we would have small children or a pacemaker we might had big problems or even worse.. The personal did not understand this in our view… We accidentally destroyed a 20-30€ tablet and they checked if we have to pay sth for it… what!? We pay 120€/day and had no warm water and got electro shocks? Sorry!? 20-40% payback ist possible to get for the cold water fact alone… so the reaction was just very bad. This made us giving no good recession. Now it shall be fixed and all good again.. but we cannot know since we are gone.

Es war zwar im großen und ganzen Sauber, jedoch haben sich paar Ameisen eingenistet.

Erg ruim appartement met keuken, eethoek, zitgelegenheid. 2 badkamers waarvan 1 aansluitend aan de slaapkamer. Het was nieuw en een erg schoon verblijf, welke met zorg is ingericht. Vanaf het appartementencomplex loop je zo het centrum van Puerto Morelos binnen. Er is een dakterras met een zwembad waar je uitzicht op zee hebt, fijn om even af te koelen. Je kunt onder het complex parkeren.

Er is geen centrale receptie, het contact verloopt per whatsapp. Waar overigens veel informatie wordt gedeeld en snel bereikbaar is.

Pas de contact personnel. Juste des codes et une réaction au message par booking. Pas envie de vous accueillir. Si l'immeuble est dans un environnement calme et agréable, les appartements sont peu isolés. On entend fort les voisins jusque dans leurs salles de bain. En arrivant vers minuit, pas une bouteille d'eau en accueil. Beaucoup d'appareils mais il faut tout acheter pour les utiliser. Pas une capsule de café ou de thé.

Everything was excellent about our stay here including the location within minutes of the town square.

It would be nice if a railing was installed on the last steps up to the rooftop pool for the safety of the elderly needing some assistance on stairs after the elevator stops.

The condo was very spacious and nicely decorated. The couch was extremely comfortable and a nice place to wind down and watch a movie with the kids. The king bed was comfortable. The large double room has 2 queen beds which are a little on the hard side and the linens not quite as nice. The room is beautiful though and lots of space. The roof top pool was nice for the kids. Not big or deep but they enjoyed playing and swimming and we enjoyed the lounge chairs and the view. I would absolutely return here.

Everything was as described. The apartment was perfect for our needs - spacious, well equipped. We loved the balcony out the front and being able to sit and watch the world go by, the weather, and the ocean. The location is perfect if you want a quieter spot, but only a short walk to the supermarket, restaurants, shops, the square and the beach (note that you have to access the beach from the square). Maryel was very responsive to all our requests/needs and the staff on sight were friendly and helpful. Maryel also arranged transport for us to and from Cancun airport, which was one less thing we had to worry about, and she also arranged drinking water jugs for us (minimal cost). We were also able to rent beach chairs (5USD/week), which we liked. We would definitely stay here again.

Nothing really to dislike - a couple of minor comments: A screen door on the front patio doors would have been nice to allow us to have the door open at times. The code to get in expired on a Sunday morning (which admittedly I had not paid attention to) and there was a bit of a delay getting it reactivated because it was a Sunday. It would have made more sense for it to expire on the Monday (a week after our arrival). And, we did have a lot of noise one evening after 10pm above us. But, overall these were very minor things.

Its the most luxury apartament we've ever visit. Close to dwa and Chedraui market. Very good equiped, very clean. Owner is very nice. You have there everything you need to live like full equiped kitchen with ocen, microwaves. Laudry room. Everything Perfect. Great infinity swimming pool.

El alojamiento es maravilloso, no podría decir nada malo de él, tiene detalles espectaculares tanto en la decoración como en los servicios que prestan. Eso si este el que estuvimos que es el 107, nos han cambiado de apartamento y aunque es el mismo edificio este segundo muy mal.

Great communication throughout: beautiful and comfy apartment - much bigger than expected and really well located for exploring. Free and safe parking. Swimming pool on roof has a great view, as do (HUGE) main bedroom and lounge.

There's quite a bit of construction work going on in the area area, but didn't disturb us.

Scenic ocean view, spacious rooms, enlarged 2 bathrooms, big dinner table, modern cooktop and clean new dishes. Location is pretty close to downtown and the public beach, as well as to the nearest supermarket (5mins on foot).

Not comfortable big foam pillows, which the manager could not replace. The manager is available mainly via WhatsApp, but she is pretty responsive even not in the working hours.

We verbleven in het penthouse. Prachtig appartement! Mooi uitzicht over de zee. Alles is aanwezig voor een fijn verblijf. Comfortabele bedden, mooie kamers. Communicatie verloopt prettig. We zouden hier zeker weer terugkomen.

L'absence de rideaux à la petite fenêtre du séjour car nous devions utiliser le canapé-lit et donc nous souhaitions un peu d'obscurité.

Super logement Très grand, Très propre et très bien équipé Le jacuzzi de cet appartement est super sur une grande terrasse idéale pour des apéro La piscine rooftop est super également avec une belle vue sur mer et des chaises longues devant Enfin l'établissement est calme et ils y sont vigilants. Ne venez pas pour faire des fêtes bruyantes. Tous les accès sont électroniques avec codes pin ou QR

The apartment is gorgeous and very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. It’s also very close to the beach and town. Also, the a/c works well.

The QR code to enter is difficult to use at first and in the morning when the sun beats directly only the reader, it’s nearly impossible to use. Fortunately, a person was on duty to allow us entry. The other issue was weak water pressure. I hope that gets resolved because we would love to return.

L'emplacement, la vue, la propreté des lieux et la splendide piscine en roof top

Appartement luxueux, très confortable et parfaitement équipé dans un immeuble moderne. Propreté irréprochable. Vue sur la mer. Terrasse avant et arrière (jacuzzi sur la terrasse arrière). La piscine se trouve tout en haut de l'immeuble sur une terrasse au 6 éme étage (la taille de la piscine est limitée mais avec une très belle vue sur la mer) L'appartement est situé à 5 min à pied de la place centrale de Puerto Morelos. Belle offre de restaurants (pour tous les budgets) et de commerces. La plage est juste en face de l'immeuble mais il y a des terrains privés qui imposent de marcher 300-400m pour accéder à la plage (ça n'est pas réellement un soucis). Pour info, Puerto Morelos est relativement clame et à taille humaine (notre choix) comparé à Playa Del Carmen qui est beaucoup plus grande et animée (et bruyante).

Tout était parfait. (je suis souvent critique mais dans ce cas, je ne trouve aucun point réellement négatif)

Porto Blu is an amazing place to stay. Its beautiful, the construction and decor are both of the highest quality. The technology and security are top notch. The communication from the property contact was excellent and made us feel very welcome. Honestly, the place was essentially perfect. The only thing that could have been improved would be a softer mattress. Apart from that, it was totally amazing.

Le confort et la beauté des lieux, grand espace bien aménagé, hauteur sous plafond, espace piscine très agréable, proche des commerces et de la plage en 5mn à pieds. Nous avions un appartement pour 8 avec une chambre avec terrasse et jacuzzi, une chambre pour 4 avec 2 grands lits doubles et dans la salle le canapé était très grand et a permis à 2 grands adolescents de très bien dormir également. La Clim était efficace. La cuisine agréable et bien aménagée.

Dit appartement beviel zo goed dat we het voor de terugweg ook geboekt hebben. Het zijn allemaal appartementen in privé bezit en ze blijken allemaal net anders. Let dus goed op wat je boekt, want in de omschrijving is dat niet helemaal duidelijk. De tweede keer was ons appartement veel kleiner en de faciliteiten om te slapen niet goed genoeg (uitschuifbare en kleine bedbank voor 1 klein persoon).

Vlakbij het vliegveld, maar toch fijn aan zee. Fijne appartementen met een zwembad op het dak. Schoon en modern.

Het was de tweede keer dat we dit appartement boekten, maar nu was het veel kleiner dan de eerste keer. En dat was niet duidelijk aan de omschrijving. Naast een tweepersoonsbed, was er een wiebelig uitschuifbed voor 1 persoon en een bedbank die niet lekker uitklapte en voor max 1 persoon was. Voor 2 van de 4 personen was het behelpen met slapen dus. Daarnaast zijn de extra bedden niet voor je opgemaakt, dus dat moet je zelf doen. Verder was het zwembad heet (en dat was de eerste keer veel beter), dus niet heel verkoelend, maar daar hadden we vaker last van deze vakantie.

Logement exceptionnel. L'appartement est gigantesque, 170 m2, moderne, super bien équipé, magnifiquement aménagé, très confortable et le jacuzzi sur la grande terrasse un vrai plus. Le personnel d'accueil est très gentil, et Mariel qui nous renseigne et très réactive et sympathique. Tout était très propre, le parking est très appréciable. Très bien situé, on fait tout à pied, plage, restaurants, courses... Nous avons passé de très beaux jours et regrettons de ne pas avoir pu y rester plus longtemps.

Les équipements étaient vraiment très bien. L'appartement est spacieux. Les salles de bain sont immenses. La literie exceptionnelle ! De grands lits hyper confortables !
