Grand et facile d accès et proche plage
Un peu cher
Nous avons passé une nuit ici à Coop, c’était très confortable, un bel appartement
Great location, a few meters to the beach, short drive to the cenotes. Has off road parking. The swimming pool was clean and we had it mostly for ourselves. Staff were helpful when we needed the room to be cleaned and when we didn't have water it got resolved quickly.
There is an air conditioner unit in each bedroom but none in the kitchen/ living room area and it was so hot during our stay in July/august. We couldn't spend much time there as it was sweltering hot. The kitchen didn't have enough glasses or cutlery. The mattresses weren't comfortable, need replacing.
Location , friendly responsive staff
Air conditioning didn’t work , had awful first night due to heat . We were moved to another apartment next day which was smaller and less facilities with no suggestion of any recompense. Even a later check out time would have been a nice gesture Also curtains dirty , bed not comfortable
Staff are wonderful, very accomodating, carried are large bags up to our room and down when leaving. Asked how we were doing everyday. Our second room (suite) was modern and nice. Offered us another room while our air conditioner was being replaced and brought us a large fan. Close to bars snd restaurants. On main road so easy to find. Pool is very refreshing and great to have.
Should have proper pictures for each room so when you select a room you are guaranteed what you selected. Did not like our first room, was not what I expected. This would be the only reason I would not go back. They moved us 4 days later but a pain to move and wasted a day of our holiday. Building was older and had odd room layouts. Second room was wonderful. Pool could use some clean lounger cushions. Nice to have a full kitchen but utensils very lacking, need bread knife, sharp knifes, cutting board, toaster, drinking glasses and bags to change garbage and collect recyclables. More hangers a must and luggage racks. Should be at least 4 lawn chairs for big decks. Key pick up after 5pm was a little hassle.
The location was great- quiet area a couple blocks from the main restaurant strip and a building away from the ocean. The pool was shaded and cool the whole time but a nice amenity. The beach was awesome. The room was spacious.
The beds were the most uncomfortable I've ever experienced, the pillows and towels were few (one per person of each), the water pressure was a drip that couldn't possibly wash my hair, and the front desk has minimal hours so you can't get help after 5 pm (say to get extra towels or pillows). For a last minute stay on a busy weekend, it was fine but I'll look elsewhere next time.
Perfect kitchen suites and right by the beach!
Only thing is we brought water in easy. Maybe mats at the entrances ?
Corales is in a great location! My Paradise Beach Club is right behind it. It's a block or two away from most evening noise, but still an easy walk to Town Square. As always, the staff go out of their way to ensure we're well taken care of!
De locatie is fijn. Je loopt de tuin door, steekt over en bent bij het strand
Het appartement is verouderd.
Very nice, highly recommend
IT IS QUIET AND QUANT....YOU FEEL SO SAFE, FREE, AND RESPECTED. ALL THE STAFF IS KIND AND VERY ACCOMODATING- NEXT YEAR I WILL MAKE SURE TO REMEMBER EVERYONES NAME: THE DESK STAFF-NATALIA..JAZZMAN AND ANOTHER YOUNG WOMAN -THEY ACTUALLY LOOKED LIKE SISTERS WERE WONDERFULL----IT WAS GOOD TO SEE DANNY....ESPECIALLY SINCE WE REMEMBERED HIM FROM OUR FIRST VISIT ---THIS WAS OUR FOURTH---WE HAVE TRAVELLED TO MANY CARRIBEAN DESTINATIONS...BUT THERE IS NO PLACE LIKE CORALES SUITES....I WOULD LIKE OTHERS TO DISCOVER THIS JEWEL IN MEXICO, HOWEVER, I WANT IT TO REMAIN..INTIMATE AND QUANT AS IS....LOOK FORWARD TO RETURNING NEXT YEAR...IT'S EASY, AND AFFORDABLE AND THE PEOPLE ARE VERY NICE.
3 eme séjour ici : toujours aussi agréable. Belle situation, tranquille, personnel agréable, très propre et près de la plage.
Very helpful staff and a wonderful place to stay!
The pool always had a film. The reception acted like I was always bothering her. They charge you a fee for a beach or pool towels, and refund it when you leave. The bath towels looked dirty. The kitchen was filthy. The pictures that they show on Expedia or their website are when they first opened the place looks nothing like the pictures. Matter fact the patio and balcony were so dirty and the lounge chairs by the pool were filthy with stains When they showed us our room. There was a dirty pair of panties on our balcony. The room had no iron or hairdryer. That was another fee all around the place was just filthy.
The property is well located, it’s a walking dintace from the Main Street with bars and restaurants and only two block from the beach. Very convenient . The condition of the building is ok, the units are cozy but don’t expect luxury . The first room that we were given had a problem with the AC unit , so the staff offered to move to a different room, that’s was very nice from them.
Great location - very close to the beach and walking distance to many great places to eat and anything you may need. The room was fine for the price, apart from water leaking in through the closed window and all over the floor when the garden was watered. Unfortunately they kept running out of water for showering and when there was water it was cold and the pressure was hopeless. The pool was nice - but closed for a day of our stay for maintenance. The staff seemed nice.
Always a great stay, close to the beach amd all the restaurants. Thank You
Had a lovely time here.
Proximity to the beach and the size of the apartment were on point.
I have read many reviews, and mostly, the complaints are super picky. My only notes were that the sofa was super short (felt child size), and outside, we only had 1 chair at the back. But realistically, we could have asked to fix this. it just didn't seem a big enough problem to care about
Basic building, but perfect location for beech, and 5 minutes walk into the centre. Had a suite with views of the beech. We never bothered cooking, as the local restaurants were such good value, but there is a good supermarket in the town, 10 minutes walk, should you wish to. Staff were excellent. Lots of nearby restaurants, cafes. Some very good. Puerto Morelos looks a bit scruffy around the edges, but it's a really good place to stay. Seems very safe. Spoke to plenty of Canadians, who overwinter there year in year out, who consider it's the best place on that section of coast.
Location was very good, an easy walk to the beach and to a number of restaurants. Parking on the street was straightforward. Bed was comfortable, shower was good. WiFi was very good It was good having a fridge
Kitchen equipment was very limited and very basic. Although the rest of the suite was well cleaned, the cleaning of the kitchen was not good
. The main selling point for the hotel is that it is a 5 minute walk to the beach
The room was only cleaned once in a week and we had to ask for that. Leaning. The shower head needed to be teplaced the bathroom really needed to be repainted.
Great location near the beach. Items for cooking and cleaning very limited. Would have to supply everything to make a meal. No coffee filters or salt and pepper.
Nice hotel. Beds were a little stiff but overall the staff were friendly and nice.
The staff were wonderful. Check-in was easy. The room was not too clean but we still had a wonderdul time. For the price and location, overall a great experience.
Excellent location very close to the beach in a quiet part of town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice building and grounds which were well-maintained. Off-street parking.
Interior needs maintenance and repairs, and could really use some simple upgrades. Plumbing fixtures were loose, old, and cheap. Doors and screen doors were in disrepair. Kitchen could use a deep clean, and has only the bare minimum of utensils. Couches were dirty and one was missing cushions. Having been a rental owner, a few days of rent income and a little effort invested would make this place much more pleasant and a good value for your money.
The hotel was okay. Nothing spectacular, but the location is great and we felt very safe walking from the property to the beach and to access shopping and restaurants.
What a lovely little gem! This apartment is at the quiet end of town, but it was an easy walk to lots of restaurants, and very easy access to the beach. Our apartment was very spacious and very clean- no bugs at all. The staff were so helpful and friendly; they always had a ready smile. Loved the convenient off-street parking (there was also plenty of parking on the street). They provided 2, 5-gallon jugs of water. A very quiet, comfortable stay- would definitely return.
yes, the showers drained slowly, but we could deal with that.
There is no breakfast offered here. The property is maintained. The location is walking distance to town and to the beach. The private patio with the ground ‘garden suite’ is nice to have. The staff is responsive when you need something, i.e. more water, toilet paper.
The kitchen is provided with barebones supplies. I.e. dishes, cooking pans, utensils etc. There is nothing to facilitate with cooking, i.e. salt, paper, oil.
Excellent location with a brief walk to the beach and a small view of the ocean with ocean sound audible. Reception staff very helpful in showing us the booked toom and then assisting in securing a different room when that one was not qcceptable Sheets were old but clean.Water was provided initially in a 5 gallon container. Parking onsite very nice.
Pillows, bed & all furniture VERY old & uncomfortable
If you’re budget traveling this is a great place to stay in Puerto Morelos. The property is in a fantastic location next to the beach. The balcony of our apartment looked out over a beautiful building across the way and had a partial ocean view. We enjoyed that feature! The funky challenges: The kitchen has only the bare bones basics. We would have liked a cutting board, but where’s the adventure in that?! The bedroom has glass walls at the top so when the early riser in your party wakes up, they either need to fumble around in the dark or turn on the lights that inevitably illuminate the bedroom. We did appreciate the lamps in the living room. The AC is only in the bedroom, so our apartment got a little stuffy with the afternoon sun, but the ceiling fans kept it comfortable. We were very thankful to find a smart TV to tune into Netflix. This place is not for everyone with its quirks, but we really enjoyed our stay. I would book our second floor 4B room again.
Great staff and a very clean room. Some construction on the main road but still very walkable to town for groceries, dining as well as music. First time staying ant Theo property and would for sure come back.
The beds were extremely hard
The toilet plugged daily.
Average hotel suitable if you need to book last minute loding and can't find much else in Puerto Morelos. Very bright bedroom - almost no curtains, plus hard mattress and pillows means you need to be exhausted (or drunk) to get a good nights sleep. TV streaming services don't work - it just spins. Lots of junk / storage piled up on backside of unit - views from bedroom and kitchen were old furniture, ladders, and trash bags. No direct beach access. Won't be back.
The place is quite big and is 1 min away from the beach. The bed was comfortable and they separate the trash. The staff was helpful and friendly.
It is definitely not as new as it seems from the pictures. The room was full of mosquitoes and in the night we killed several huge cockroaches. The cleaning staff was doing a great job but the place was getting dirty very quickly due to the fact that we go to the beach daily.
need better amenities, such as better furniture, bigger TV. couch dirty and bed linen stained,
We really enjoyed our 2 week stay at Corales Suites. The room and property are showing a bit of wear and the bathroom’s plumbing is in need of an overhaul, but other than that, it was comfortable, the location was perfect, and the staff were excellent.
The suites were lovely the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was not stocked very much. I’m glad we hadn’t planned on cooking! The bathroom was fine, but they could supply more towels. We were traveling as a group, so I had reserved 3 rooms. One of the rooms didn’t have drinking water. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and we would definitely book again.
Reqlly quiet and peaceful to rest. The sea is just 1 block from the hotel. I like it
Great location. Near everything. Price was reasonable.
The property was amazing!! It was a perfect apartment with everything needed. Host replies very quickly to messages and ready with any information needed as well. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay. Will book again the next time we are there.
Close to beach, and restaurants. It is clean and quiet. Staff were amazing!! And a good price.
No sitting area in this unit Last time we had a couch and chairs to sit with friends in morning and have coffee. Hot water ran out quite quick a couple of times.
I was very impressed with this place. The pool was clean, the location was central, the beach trail behind the villa was conveniant, a 30 step walk to the beach. The staff was friendly. Zero complaints from our family. We will be returning from Canada. Thanks for accommodating us last minute Corales Suites.
Corales suites is perfectly located 1 row back from the beach and a 5 minute walk into the plaza. Chedraui grocery store is 6-7 minute walk and there are numerous restaurants on the same street as the hotel. Very safe to walk around and many people walk at night. Now for the cons-reception area only open 9 am-5pm. After hours you must go around the corner to check in. There are 2 building and they are more like apartments. We were in 5B 1 bedroom but it was more like a studio with a glass wall around the bed area as they only want to have AC for the sleeping area and no AC for kitchen/living room. Kitchen has nothing except basic cookware. No salt/pepper, oil. They provide bottled water and dish soap. They only provide 1 knife and it was really dull. Asked to have a sharper knife at reception and it wasn’t provided. Fridge stopped working after a couple of days barely keeping food cold and ice cube trays wouldn’t freeze. They finally replaced it once it died. Bathroom is pretty bad with a HORRIBLE a shower head which sprays out everywhere except in a stream so can’t wash your hair. We told reception that the shower head is bad and plugged due to calcium buildup and Ivan at reception just shrugged. Very small sink, no counter space. No daily cleaning or towels replaced unless you ask to have the room clean with a 24 hour notice. We had a very small view of the ocean on the balcony. Area is quiet. Bed had a mattress pad so it was ok. Would stay again if they fixed issues.
Beautiful view. Friendly staff. Close to a variety of beach clubs and restaurants. Would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The Staff were very nice.
Actually everything was perfect this is a beautiful blade for escape from your routine
For the price facility is ok. Paid only 73 dollar per night for a suit. Quin size bed and a living room with confotable sofa and kitchen.
Among other good things, I have to say that this property’s management and stuff handled the recent hurricane Beryl preparations excellent.
Everything else seemed pretty good except the TV did not work!
I love the apartment, the terrace, the room and the kitchen
The bathroom The water in the sink was leaky and smelly the first days and then the last days the shower kept blocking and smelling. The staff were super helpful though.
Patio door didn't lock. Area was safe. A little far from town if carrying heavy groceries and bottled water. I would rent a bike for the 2 weeks next time. $10US/day.
This property has an excellent location. It is steps to the beach and there is a beach club right in front. It was very spacious as well. It is walking distance to many great restaurants. The staff was welcoming and very accommodating.
It had some weird smells.
Staff was very nice it was quiet and easily walkable to the main strip and the beach. The property does feel a little older than what the pictures reflect. We had some ants on the day we were checking out and if you didn’t cover the drain to the shower the bathroom smelled like sewer. We had a partial ocean view which had a good sized balcony. Cozy, quiet would probably come back
Nice close to the beach
Owners raised price by a$1000 US, over previous years rate without any increase in service or amenities. Families with unruly children screaming and yelling, roughhousing, are not controlled especially in the pool area. Staff refused to take any action. At the increased price point there were no beach chairs or towels offered as similar priced facilities.
Good size for one person or a couple.
Lack of amenities. Bare bones.
We loved staying at Corales Suites. We had a room on the top floor overlooking the ocean. The full kitchen was nice to save money dining out. Although we did a lot of that too. It was a short walk to many dining options. Corales was kept very clean and the staff was super. The wonderful beach was steps away. And the My Paradise Beach Club was near by. No complaints here.
Short walk to the beach. Great staff. Comfortable couch Cute little pool, but only 3 people can sit in the shade.
Stiff uncomfortable bed, poor quality supplies and kitchen basics. Needs much upgrading to justify the room rates
Short walk to the beach down a sandy path. Quiet location. Short walk to restaurants and cafes. Well equipped kitchen. Spacious rooms.
The room was on the main floor and side windows faced hotel walkway (though not busy).
Pros: location, AC, bed was fine, good wifi, very safe, pretty clean BUT - property could use a giant face-lift. My biggest complaint is that the photos are NOT indicative how the hotel looks anymore. The living room furniture was worn out, so were the kitchen appliances (everything did work, though). No rhyme or reason to any of the decor - just a bunch of random pieces of furniture and a couple of art prints. Shower head spewed water all over the place. Guest services were very limited, nobody there after 5. Had to go downstairs to get new bath towels, which is when I also found out that you have to request housekeeping to clean your room. No lamp in the bedroom area, had to take the one lamp out of the living room area. Pool area could be better by adding more plants and cleaning up some. Just a little work and this place could be really cute, but as of right now, it's pretty dated. They also need a guest book that explains things like housekeeping, how to get more bath towels, etc. No hair dryer in the room, but I saw in another review that you can get one from the desk with a deposit. Overpriced for Mexico, but not terribly. More of a 90 dollar a night place, IMO. Everyone that worked there was nice, and housekeeping did a great job once we figured out we had to request cleaning. All of this being said, I'd probably stay there again if there was nothing else available (better) in that specific spot - location really couldn't be beat and the staff was friendly.
No water in building twice during the week, no coffee machine , no water in fridge, had to ask for housekeeping
Excellent location! 1BR suite has plenty of space. Staff, when available, were polite and helpful. We had total loss of water 3 or 4 times, once we were able to contact the staff they were able to get it up and running. Kitchen was poorly equipped for anyone who planned on cooking. I must admit that I basically just made do with what was there. If I had asked the staff for more, like a pot with a lid to make rice, they probably would have helped.
My friends and I came to Puerto Morelos for a 40th Birthday and the Corales Suites was perfect for the 4 of us. Amazing location behind the beach and Paradise Beach club and a quick walk to town for dinner, drinks and great music. The property itself was clean, but a bit dated. Beach towels and hairdryer require a deposit for use. I'd definitely stay again based on location, price & great staff.
Not what it used to be. They aren’t maintaining the facilities well
Couches are uncomfortable they need remplace the tv and wc toilet Doors lock
There wasn’t any breakfast and the location was good close to the beach!
We got there shortly after 5 PM and they had already left so check in was that another hotel a few blocks away. For $200 a day you would expected the entire room would be air-conditioning not just the bedroom.. It is near the ocean, but definitely not oceanfront. Very simple, clean accommodation. no service to speak but at least the checkout girl got us a taxi to the airport
Location and how big the suites are. Big bed. Plenty of storage. .
It could use better cleaning and new shower heads. Plus the sewer smell is bad initially. Understandable for Puerto Morelos. Could use more than 2 towels in suite if staying longer than 1 day. Also more pillows.
View and proximity to beach awesome
Price
Nice space, clean and reliable. Ivan es super genial
Very minimal hospitality in terms of amenities. It would be typical to provide more towels or paper towel or sugar, salt and pepper etc
Like the location of the hotel And how everything is walkable and with many beach clubs close by. Very quiet even when full capacity.
The location was a short walk to a lovely beach. The Paradise Beach club is directly behind on the beach and your can use free chairs and tables there is you order something to eat or drink. There was no breakfast at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is onsite free parking and free beach towels that you can use with a deposit down. The two bedrooms were comfortable although the second room had two much smaller beds.
The property is dated and at times there was a sewer smell in the bathroom. There is no common sitting area other than a kitchen table and four chairs.
Nothing
These people are a fraud! They show photos of a beautiful, sun lit room as a suite! After you pay,and arrive, they place you in a wide tunnel room with only one window. The bedroom is boxed in and the air conditioner is located just above the bed....so cold air blows down on you as you attempt to sleep on a rock hard bed. There is new condominium being built right next door, and the construction noise starts at 7am every morning. This will be going on for years! When we attempted to contact the complex manager, they told us that this was the SUITE that we had reserved. They argued with us, and told us that the SUITE in their photos was not available! We stayed for 17 days, and there was NEVER anyone in that SUITE the entire time we were there. Our balcony overlooked an alley, and another building directly in front of that. We had NO HOT water for the first 3 days! Towels were like sandpaper against your skin! Kitchen was not stocked with enough cooking supplies to even cook a meal! This is the most misleading rental property that we have EVER stayed in! Be careful.... everything is NOT as their website shows!
Great location with a great beachclub across from the street. Walking distance from various good restaurants and the center
The location, cleanliness
No drinking water provided, no coffee pot, glasses or cups. There was a small patio with a table but only one chair…the room was meant for 2 people. The fan did not work correctly…we advised the front desk but it was not fixed. There was nothing to place toiletries on in the bathroom, just a small space under the sink. The front desk was only open from 8:00 to 5:30.
Location and staff were fabulous. Comfort of bed and other furniture was awful in our partial view suite. Faucets need washers. Shower head needs to be replaced. This place has loads of potential, that is not being met other than the super helpful and caring staff.
Overall a nice experience. The property is not “beachfront” as described, but only a block away. I’d say my main complaint would be the couches. Two dirty, uncomfortable mismatched love seats. They looked like they were picked up off the side of the road. Otherwise, everything was clean, location was nice. Parking was limited inside the gates, but available on the street out front.
