We had a great stay at the Road. Very beautiful place, good room with AC, nice breakfast and the staff was amazing. Very central and easy to find.

Very authentic decoration, fantastic location and the staff are amazing.

No coffee/tea in rooms. Some rooms are very small . But they do provide on request. Staff are fantastic.

Great riad just off the main square, about 2-3 min walk to the square with the hustle and bustle. Signage outside could be more obvious but was still pretty easy to find with Google maps. One thing to note is that you can't get a taxi to the Riad due to how busy the square gets in the afternoons/evenings, has about a 10-12 min walk with luggage through the square at 10pm but honestly it wasn't even that big of a deal. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast was fantastic, the rooms were clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Morocco!

Host very friendly and available. Room spacious and clean. Very good breakfast on a lovely terrace. Close to main square and in walkable distance to all main attractions.

O Riad tem uma ótima localização, o pessoal é muito atencioso, o pequeno almoço é bom e muito bem servido. O quarto triplo tem um tamanho muito bom embora o wc seja bastante pequeno, ainda assim, se volta-se, procuraria de novo este Riad. A decoração é giríssima.

A única coisa negativa é mesmo o tamanho da piscina, porque em Julho estava muito calor e tinha dado jeito termo-nos refrescado um pouco.

El Riad está a una distancia muy muy a corta a pie de la plaza principal, bares, restaurantes y zocos. Además a poca distancia a pie de los principales puntos de interés turístico. El Riad estaba muy limpio, súper bien decorado y se respiraba una tranquilidad absoluta. Los trabajadores siempre dispuestos a ayudar y muy amables. Los desayunos super ricos con comida típica marroquí y muy abundantes. Un acierto total. Volveremos seguro.

Riad pile poils dans les cordes, pas dans le luxe ni dans le standard bas de gamme que l'on peut trouver à Marrakech, les chambres sont toutes différentes, joliment décorées, confortables, climatisation, très propres, c'est vraiment mignon comme tout, on s'y sent bien! Jolie Terrasse pour le petit déjeuner qui est très complet. Le gros +++ de ce riad c'est quand même l'emplacement, littéralement derrière le café de France à 2 minutes à peine de la place, et avec une multitude de très bons restaurants autour! Un emplacement dans les souks plus au calme. Sans oublier le personnel, d'une gentillesse et bienveillance exemplaires, merci Nour pour votre équipe au top. Le Riad mama va devenir mon QG! Très bien situé juste à côté de la place, et n’est pas trop bruyant ! Le rooftop est très agréable aussi bien le matin pour le petit déjeuner que le soir pour profiter de la fraîcheur. Le personnel est très serviable et à l’écoute, toujours disponible Le service de navette est nikel, il y a la possibilité de demander un panier pour le petit déjeuner en cas d’excursion très tôt

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de petit frigo, mais c’est un détail

Et fantastisk sted med sjel. Midt i medianen, men likevel stille gate. Perfekt beliggenhet. Gruppe på 7 voksne og 2 barn. Personalet kom og hentet oss fra minibuss når vi kom og fulgte oss når vi dro. De ringte til vårt neste sted /by vi dro til uoppfordret, så gjentok det samme seg der også. Anbefales!

El mejor riad en el que he estado en Marrakech, se nota muchísimo la diferencia de calidad respecto a otros riads. Personal atento y educado, limpieza de 10 (limpieza real, sábanas buenas, toallas con buen olor, que en otros riads eso se nota), te hacen todos los dias la habitación y el desayuno muy muy bueno. El día que nos fuimos al desierto nos dejaron un desayuno preparado. Super recomendado para el que quiera un riad en el centro (sin tener que callejear demasiado por callejones) y pagar un precio asequible.

The location was amazing - a walking distance to the main square of Medina. The room was really tidy and comfortable, and more important, very clean.

A localização é incrível, bem perto da Jemaa el Fna, numa pequena rua mais sossegada e fácil de encontrar na Medina. O rooftop, onde é servido o pequeno almoço, é fabuloso! O quarto era bonito e limpo, com AC. Gostei que tivessem serviço de transfer do aeroporto (apesar do preço ser muito mais elevado que táxi), pois chegamos de madrugada e foram buscar-nos a pé ao local onde o carro pode parar fora da praça.

Muy bien ubicado. El espacio es limpio, lindo y cómodo. El personal es muy amable. Lo recomiendo.

Le riad est très bien placé, l'accueil est bon et la décoration jolie.

Nous avions réservé 2 chambres similaires et au final, l'une d'elles était très petite, impossible de circuler et de sortir les affaires pour les ranger (pas de rangement). L'autre chambre avait un nid d'oiseau dans la climatisation... Petit déjeuner très moyen, industriel. La piscine en photo est uniquement décorative.

La ambientación, el personal, Nour y Abdo, hermosas personas, nos sentimos como en casa. La entrada es por una callecita peatonal muy estrecha, pero muy bien ubicada a pocos pasos de la plaza Jema. La habitación que elegimos era la más grande, con un sillón y valió la pena porque tenía dos ventanitas al exterior, lo que daba un poco de luz natural y ventilación. Hermosa ambientación!!! Gracias! SUCRAN NOUR!! ( creo que aprendí por fin)

No tener una heladera a mano para tener algo fresco . Le agregaría una pava eléctrica ya que para llenar el termo para el mate tuvimos que molestar y pedir, a veces no resultaba cómodo.

The location is great, easy access to Jema Al Fna and souks.very clean, very photogenic Riad. Rooftop for breakfast was great, and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.

The rooms and bathrooms are small, but that is nitpicking since it’s a Riad and I did not expect giant rooms. If I wanted an American style hotel, I would have booked one. This felt very exotic, just what I wanted in Marrakech.

We spent 2 nights at Riad Mama for a mother-daughter weekend in Marrakech and had a great stay. Nour was an excellent host, always kind, helpful and welcoming. The riad has a lovely atmosphere, a great location close to the Medina and Jemaa el-Fna. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend Riad Mama to other travellers!

The only point that could be improved is the water pressure in the shower, which was a bit weak. Apart from that, everything was excellent.

La ubicación del Riad es estupenda a escasos 2 minutos de la plaza central, el Riad es muy bonito y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta, además Nour la es muy maja y servicial con todos sus huéspedes y está pendiente a todos, también agradecer a Abdu un gran trabajador, muy simpático y siempre complaciendo a los que nos hospedamos. Además de eso tmb pudimos dejar las maletas en la recepción del Riad a la entrada y a la salida para disfrutar del primer día y del último sin cargar con las maletas. Si volvemos a Marrakech nos alojaremos de nuevo seguro.

I accidentally went to a different room number and found that my key worked on their lock! Not cool. Also, as guests we should not have to pay 20 MAD for water (warm too).

Very beautiful and centrally located riad. The staff was very kind and helpful. We arrived very late and they were accomodating. Had an issue with the room AC but it was promptly fixed. The day we left we needed to leave before the time breakfast was served and they made us breakfast to go. Highly recommended!

O quarto é pequeno e sem janela. A casa de banho é muito estreita e não tem onde colocar as toalhas.

Séjour absolument parfait au Riad Mama, en plein cœur de l’action à Marrakech! Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillies par Youness, qui nous a offert un thé de bienvenue ainsi que d’excellentes recommandations. Il a même transporté nos bagages jusqu’au dernier étage, le service était irréprochable du début à la fin! La chambre était spacieuse, très propre et super confortable. Le riad est absolument charmant, la décoration est magnifique, et la terrasse/ rooftop est superbe! Le déjeuner était copieux, varié et très apprécié pour bien commencer nos journées. Nous recommandons donc vivement le Riad Mama pour un séjour qui dépassera vos attentes!

À noter que les chambres ne disposent pas toutes de fenêtres donnant directement vers l’extérieur, mais cela ne nous a absolument pas dérangées. La luminosité reste très agréable grâce aux fenêtres donnant sur l’intérieur du riad, ainsi qu’à celles présentes dans la salle de bain!

Bellissimo Riad a 2 minuti a piedi da Piazza Jaama el fna, nel cuore della Medina. Camere confortevoli ed una terrazza tra le più belle che abbia visto a Marrakech (ci sono stata molte volte), con una bellissima vista sui tetti e sulla moschea Koutubia che la sera è tutta illuminata. La Signora Nour è gentilissima, così il suo staff (menzione particolare per Younes, un ragazzo dolcissimo e attento ad ogni esigenza). Ci tornerò sicuramente

La rue est bruyante, c est dommage car on entend le bruit depuis la chambre.

Great location, supporting staff.

Wir wurden von Mouad und seinem Kollegen sehr herzlich mit Tee und Gebäck empfangen, hatten Hilfe mit dem Gepäck, denn unser Zimmer Nr. 7 liegt im zweiten Stock, und unser Sonderwunsch zu den Bettdecken wurde erfüllt. Das Riad ist wunderschön renoviert und traditionell dekoriert, die Türen und Fenster sind anfangs etwas umständlich zu bedienen, aber wir hatten uns schnell daran gewöhnt. Das Bett war bequem und das Frühstück auf der Terrasse, zubereitet von der sympathischen Dunja und serviert von Mouad oder seinem Kollegen, reichlich und lecker, jeden Tag mit einer kleinen Abwechslung. Die Managerin Nour hat uns am ersten Morgen sehr herzlich begrüßt und uns das Gefühl gegeben, wie zu Besuch bei Freunden zu sein. Für Informationen oder ein Gespräch hatte sie fast immer Zeit. Vielen Dank an Nour und ihrem Team für die schöne Zeit in Marrakesch und im Riad Mama 🤗

Das Badezimmer ist ziemlich eng und der Wasserdruck gering, was in Ländern mit Wasserarmut häufig der Fall ist, für uns war es aber ausreichend. Es wurde gerade schon eine neue Pumpe angeliefert, vielleicht wurde sie bereits installiert. Das Wlan ist ziemlich schwach und nicht besonders stabil. Wir bewerten jedoch mit 10 Punkten für die Gesamtqualität unseres Aufenthalts 😊

Le Riad est très bien placé, à deux pas de la place Jemma el Fna,, le lit est très confortable. Le personnel est aux petits soins, il nous a accompagnés à 4 heures du matin pour prendre notre navette aéroport.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of the Medina where all the activity was happening. The breakfast was amazing but could have been served on warm plates. Food got cold very fast.

The location is right in the middle of the Medina therefore there is a lot of noise outside the property. Usually starting at about 6am with people going to work on their motorcycle or pushing their trolleys that rattle a lot. It's part of the experience as one of the staff on the first morning commented on the noise.

Location, Polite staff, quiet neighborhood.

Occasionally the cleaning (mattress and one time breakfast had hair), very short space in room, not accessible by car.

La position centrale et la gentillesse du personnel

The location of Riad Mama is ideal , less than a 2 minute walk to the bustling main square Jemaa el-Fnaa. From here you can explore the Souks and soak in the vibrancy of the City . A lot of walking tours set off from here also. Though you are in the heart of the city , the Riad itself is a calm oasis. The hospitality we received from both Hassan & Nour was exceptional , we felt very welcome . Thank you both . My advice would be to book your transfer through Riad Mama as Hassan met us at the drop off point and brought us to the Riad . Trying to locate it yourself would be challenging! Our room , number 4 , was clean and comfortable , a hairdryer is supplied. A continental Breakfast each morning was served on the rooftop by Hassan , his Moroccan Tea is fantastic ! If you are looking for a Riad experience in the perfect location , then Riad Mama is for you . Both the Staff and the Riad made our trip unforgettable.

La colazione veniva servita nella splendida terrazza con vista su Marrakech, terrazza che potevamo liberamente usare anche la sera portandoci da mangiare e da bere quello che compravamo fuori dal Riad. Abbiamo soggiornato in due camere, la seconda molto grande. Tutto lo staff molto disponibile. Ci siamo appoggiati al Riad per organizzare un tour nel deserto con due notti fuori, l'albergo della prima notte e la tenda del deserto erano carine e corrispondevano alle nostre richieste; la macchina che ci ha accompagnato era molto comoda e il nostro autista perfetto alla guida, discreto e disponibile.

Manque un petite bouilloire avec des sachets de thé, café etc… salle de bain trop petite. Petit déjeuner aléatoire suivant les jours et beurre rance sauf s’il s’agit d’un goût local.

Riad Mama is a small traditional hotel, in a very good location near the main square, Jamaa El Fna, many souks and other interesting sights. My room was very quiet, on the first floor and had a sitting area outside it. Breakfast, served on the open air roof terrace, was generous and varied - with different combinations of traditional breads, eggs, fruit, yogurt. I always opted for the delicious mint tea without sugar. The room benefitted from an air conditioner which I used for its heating rather than cooling. The reception staff were always helpful and friendly. At my request, Riad Mama organised an excellent English speaking guide for a 3 hour walking tour on my first morning, a good way to get my bearings.

I had booked a double bedded room, but given the size of the bed within the room (Room 3), free space was limited. Two people or a couple in the room would be pretty cramped.

Świetna lokalizacja, mimo tego cicho. Pokój czysty ale mały. Dwie osoby w przypadku pokoju nr 3 miałyby ciasno. Malutka łazienka w pokoju. Miła obsługa, mogłam zostawić bagaż na czas nieokreślony po wymeldowaniu. Recepcja otwarta 24/7. Bardzo dobre WiFi.

Śniadania mogłyby byś bardziej urozmaicone. Trzeba było wybierać między kawą a herbatą. Nie można było dostać dwóch jak to jest w innych Riadach.

Sijainti erinomainen ja aamiainen katolla oli ihana. Aamiainen perushyvä marokkolainen omeletin kanssa. Sänky hyvä ja suihkusta tuli lämmintä vettä. Kylpyhuone/wc oli tosi pieni, siellä oli ikkuna, mutta ei yhtään koukkua seinällä.

L emplacement est absolument parfait, tout comme la beauté du lieu. Le personnel est très gentil, serviable, discret et aux petits soins. Tout était parfait, merci à Nour la directrice pour sa gentillesse !
