I would like to begin by giving my sincere and special thanks to Amer, who gave me an exceptionally warm welcome from the moment I arrived. He was extremely kind, professional, and attentive to my needs. I truly appreciated his effort in providing me with a quiet room, which was very important to me because the purpose of my visit was to perform Umrah while also working remotely. His understanding and thoughtful assistance made a significant difference to my stay. I would also like to extend my special thanks to Nariman and Doaa, who made the booking process very smooth and convenient through the phone before my arrival at the hotel. Their cooperation, patience, and professionalism were greatly appreciated. A special thank you as well to Ghadee for her kind and friendly attitude and for the excellent way she treated me throughout my stay. Her positive attitude truly added to my experience. I would also like to thank the housekeeping team for their efficiency and for completing the room cleaning so quickly whenever needed. Their hard work and attention to service were highly appreciated. My thanks also go to Raqeeb, one of the restaurant staff, for his warm welcome and friendly attitude. He always made me feel welcomed whenever I visited the restaurant. Overall, my experience at Three Pearls Musalli Hotel was excellent. What stood out the most was the genuine hospitality and the wonderful attitude of the staff. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, respectful, and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel, especially to anyone visiting Makkah for Umrah and looking for a comfortable place with a professional and caring team. We had a lovely stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay especially Hamed at the reception. The breakfast was also really nice, with a good variety of options. As for the location, you cross the street in front of the hotel and take a taxi for 5/10 riyal to the haram its very close, as for going back from the haram we took a taxi from Jabal Omar which included a bit of a walk (5-7 mins). Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Hotel is clean and has high standard

If you miss the bus to haram you can't trek and get the prayer. Also if you miss the bus back to the hotel, you have to pay for a taxi, trekking distance shows about 30mins walk on Google. The distance between the haram and where the bus drops you is about 15 mins walk.

the Breakfast is behind my expectation as normal requirement like fresh umlet require additional payment. which indicates that the restaurant is seized for commercial benefits rather than convenience of guests

الاطلاله كانت جميله والحمام ممتاز وفيه مكواة ملابس وطاولة كوي والباص ماعليه زحمه ويتقيد بالمواعيد المكتوبه

ضيق المكان في الاستقبال والانتظار مقارنة بفنادق 3 نجوم زي ما هو مصنف والحاره بجنبه وخلفه شعبيه ومخيفة جدا يعني لو بنات يخافون ينزلو يتسوقوا ومافيها خدمات حولها من مطاعم وغيرها وعدا عن قلة النظافه من العمال ما ينظفو كويس وريحة الغرفة واللحاف مو كويسه ولا يشيلو الزباله يوميا عند ابواب الغرف تشوفها وانت رايح وراجع وعند الخروج يتصلو يزعجوك انه لو تتاخر عن الساعة وحده الظهر بيدفعوك نص اليوم مو زي باقي الفنادق معك الى 2

المكان اكثر من رائع و كل الناس اللي هناك وخاصه عامر كان حقيقي ذوق جدا ومحترم مش قادره انسي التجربه دي وبالذات كانت اول مره ليا حقيقي من احلي الأماكن وكل اصحابي بيروحوا دايما هناك حقيقي مكان حلو جدا ومريح جدا جدا ♥️♥️

Personalen upplevdes otrevliga, inte tillmötesgående. Väldigt mycket damm på fläkten och ovanför sänggaveln, rent där ögat kan se.. Frukosten var värdelös, väldigt liten utbud. En halvtimme innan frukosten stängde var nästan allt slut, vid ett tillfälle tog teet slut runt 40 min innan stängning, när vi frågade sa dom bara slut. Bilderna är missvidande! Absolut inte värt pengarna. Väldigt långt avstånd till Haram, runt 30 minuters promenad, kolla google maps. Dom har buss men bussen går väldigt sällan och lämnar en bra bit utanför haram vilket bara är tidsförlust, går snabbare att gå.

I checked out after only one night because the hotel was not as described. The location information was misleading. The hotel was described as being 1.2 miles from Masjid Al Haram, but in practice the walking distance to the Haram entrance was much longer and not practical for my family. The shuttle service was also not as expected. It did not go directly to Masjid Al Haram, but only to Al-Masfalah parking area. From there, we still had to walk around 15–25 minutes to reach the Haram. The walking route was unsafe and inconvenient, including crossing busy roads near a highway ramp. The shuttle schedule was limited and did not fit well with prayer times. I checked out early and asked for a refund for the unused nights, but no refund was provided. The hotel also refused to provide written proof of my early check-out. Overall, the hotel was not suitable for my family, and I would not have booked it if the actual distance and shuttle arrangement had been clearly explained.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The facilities in the hotel are good and the shuttle is reliable and runs strictly as per the stipulated times. Good hotel and value for money.

Everything about that hotel was excellent . I was there in April with my mum and my sister and now I went back with my husband, definitely if they were not good I wouldn’t have gone back 🤩 and I’m coming back with my children very soon

It just the distance to haram but to be honest the price is pretty good for the distance, so I don’t mind and if they can improve the service of the bus to be going to haram twice for each prayer time I will be perfect 👌

The hotel management is so stingy, in my opinion. The hospitality is poor, and the drinking water most commonly available in Makkah is a problem to get in the hotel. They offer just 2 pieces of 25CL water for two adults for a full day. Water that can easily get free on every street in Makkah is a scarce commodity in this hotel. They don't clean the toilet they only change the beddings and that is all you are meant to clean your toilet yourself. Then the overrated breakfast with a price tag of SR45 per adult is another shambles no variety you are meant to repeat the same meal every day. I don't know what the management was thinking. The hotel owners dont realise they have golds in their hands with the location of that hotel but it lacks Good customer relations and marketing strategy to attract more customers just like their neighborhood hotel Selat Albait.

L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier très populaire. La distance de 1,7 km annoncée par rapport au Haram est assez trompeuse, car il n’existe pas de trajet piéton sécurisé. Pour s’y rendre à pied, il faut emprunter d'abord le périphérique qui n'est pas adaptée aux piétons, puis une montée assez difficile, ce qui représente environ 35 40 minutes de marche. L’hôtel propose toutefois une navette qui vous dépose de l’autre côté de La Mecque (environ 15 minutes de trajet). De là, il faut encore marcher environ 1,3 km, soit une vingtaine de minutes, avec un chemin plus facile mais toujours éloigné du Haram sur le boulevard Ibrahim al khalil. Le petit-déjeuner est un autre point décevant : il est peu varié, principalement composé de plats salés très épicés et répétitifs. Les choix sucrés sont très limités (des corn flakes sans lait froid et gâteaux type marbré vanille, pain confiture). On est rapidement lasser ; mon mari a d’ailleurs fini par ne plus y aller malgré le fait que le petit-déjeuner était déjà payé. Le personnel est également un point faible : l’accueil non chaleureux, froids et les services ne sont pas proposés spontanément. Le ménage et le réapprovisionnement de la chambre ne sont pas assurés automatiquement : ils se font uniquement sur demande, et encore, de manière très irrégulière. Ce qui est loin du niveau de service attendu pour un établissement de 3 étoiles. En revanche, les chambres sont joliment décorées. Cependant, la climatisation est très bruyante et l’isolation phonique insuffisante, au point que j’ai dû dormir avec des bouchons d’oreilles. L’organisation a également été une grande déception : après seulement deux nuits, on m’a insisté pour changer de chambre sous prétexte que des travaux allaient avoir lieu à l’étage. Aucune réelle explication ni un remerciement d'avoir accepté et finalement aucun signe de travaux constaté.

In overall all is okay

The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The view was incredible, and I especially loved the bathroom. Although it’s rated as a 3‑star property, it truly feels more like a 4‑star stay. The free shuttle to the Haram is convenient it takes about 15 minutes to reach the Qubri Bridge, followed by a 15–20 minute walk. We tried walking the whole way once, and it only took around 20 minutes.

We arrived after check in time at 4pm and the room was not ready. Had to wait.

Cleanliness was perfect. The room was soundproof. The bathroom was also good.

Reception staff was toooo slow. It took more than one hour to check in. No one was picking up phn when i used to dial 0 as told by reception staff. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable.

Location is not that good, and we were not allowed to park into parking area, and that was not clarified. So to consider no parking area or you will suffer.
