I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the entire restaurant staff. Due to a health condition, they went above and beyond by preparing special meals specifically for me. Every time I arrived for both breakfast and dinner, they thoughtfully brought these meals directly to my table. The housekeeping team was equally wonderful; they were incredibly attentive and did an absolutely flawless job.

A quick tip for future guests: Pay close attention to the room's view and window orientation when booking!

Third time I have stayed here and will definitely be booking Al Ebaa if I have the opportunity to come to Makkah. Very pleasant staff and good facility. Decently close to the mosque and very affordable

The location and staff are great, especially Ridwan was very cordial.

The washroom was a bit small and congested, compared to the room. Shower enclosure could have a glass door or a curtain to prevent the washroom floor from being flooded during showers!

You should improve your services more especially when it comes to providing tea items you don’t provide variety of tea items.

Proximity to the Haram: Only about a 7-minute walk via a shortcut through the Anjum Hotel. Professional Staff: All hotel staff are extremely professional, friendly, and welcoming—from reception and housekeeping to the luggage handlers and restaurant staff. Delicious Food: The food was great, diverse, and very delicious. Throughout my one-week stay, I found nothing to criticize.

What I didn't like was seeing some guests overfilling their plates with large amounts of food just to avoid getting up again, only to leave unfinished food behind. I hope future guests try to avoid this behavior.

je me suis présenté à la réception avec ma réservation confirmé et une preuve de paiement, malgré tout ca le personnel de l accueil ne trouve pas ma réservation dans son système chose qui m a énervé et m a fait perdre beaucoup de temp après une heure d attente il a trouvé la réservation et il s est même pas excusé je trouve ca inadmissible

Otelden Mescid-i Haram'ın bahçesine 7-8 dk. Fakat, doğrudan Kabe'nin bulunduğu kata açılan 79 nolu kapıya 15 - 20 dk civarı sürüyor. Bence konumu en büyük avantajı. Otel genel olarak iyi ve temiz. Çalışanları yardımsever ve güler yüzlü. Yemekleri çeşitli ve güzel.

Oda servisi sıkıntılı. Bir hafta kaldık elimizi yüzümüzü silmek için havlu vermediler. Banyo havlusu var fakat baş havlusu vermediler. Defalarca istedik ama olmadığını söylediler. Günde sadece bir tane küçücük su veriyorlar. Biz 4 oda tutmuştuk. Odalardan birinin kliması arızalıydı, birinin banyo gideri tıkandı. Görevlilere söylediğimizde kliması arızalı olan odayı değiştirdiler, kalan gideri de açtılar. Bunların dışında bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

L emplacement lorsque tu sors de l hôtel. On monte une petite côte en dessous du pont puis en passant par le parking du bâtiment ENJUM tu sors directement à côté de l esplanade de la mosquée

Alhamdhulilah, Al Eba hotel met all our expectations. The staff were superb and a call out to Mohammed Miraj on the 17th floor for making it feel like a home. Was eager to help when ever I needed something. The property was clean and in very good condition. It takes you around 15 minutes from the hotel to Fahd gate 79. There is a incline of around 3minutes when you go to the Mosque. Breakfast was amazing definitely worth the money. We stayed 12 nights in total with family. Thank you Al Eba. InshaAllah will come again.

The hotel is on top of the hill but it's manageable especially if you go through Anjum hotel, there's escalator/ lift to take you through. They could do with more healthy breakfast food options

Just ok. Location is almost 8-10 minutes away from gate 114 in Abdullah extension.

The street doesnt have too many options for food. Also you have to climb down for restaurants. No baqala (grocery store near by). I our experience, Room service kept reducing number of towels every day. And even after requesting on reception. They didnt respond. Our Wash room didnt have sheild door for shower. The water kept coming in rest of wasroom.. The dryer wire is so small that it couldn't be plugged to use. The hotel doesnt give glass for tooth brushes and paste. Parking spots are less . They charge 115 SR per day.

8 mins walk from the holy mosque, and very close to shops and other amenities. Good quality rooms, with a decent amount of space. Reception was able to ensure that both of our rooms were connected, however this was not confirmed until we arrived, despite making requests at least a month before. There is no reason why our rooms could not have been confirmed weeks ago. There is a cafe on the ground floor.

In one of the rooms, only 1 bath towel was provided despite repeated requests for more. Luckily we were able to use towels from our second room. Whilst there is a cafe, the service is very slow. The breakfast is too expensive for a family, so of limited use.

Otel, Kâbe'ye yürüme mesafesinde ve oldukça yakın bir konumda. Burada 5 gece konakladık. Otel personeliyle çok fazla iletişimimiz olmadı ancak 15. katta görev yapan Faisal bizimle yakından ilgilendi. Karşılaştıkça sohbet ettik. Kendisi 6 dil bilen, çok donanımlı, güler yüzlü ve son derece nazik genç bir arkadaş. Bence otel içinde daha farklı görevlerde de değerlendirilmeyi hak ediyor. Bize karşı her zaman ilgili ve misafirperver davrandı. Kendisine ve otele teşekkür ederim.

Otelin konumu gayet yakındı. Bu fiyat için gayet iyi.. temizliği de idare eder..

2 kişik odaya 4 yatak sığdırmaya çalışmışlar valiz açacak yer yoktu.. geniş olur diye aldığımız oda aksine çok dardı. Dolaplarda hakesa 2 kişikti.

Tesis çok iyi çalışanlar yemekhanede olsun oda temizliği yapan arkadaş özellikle çok iyidi adı MD. Moman sürekli devamlı ilgilendi bizimle ona çok teşekkür ederiz işi gereği olsa bile iyi davrandı güler yüzlü davrandı.

Here's a concise, balanced review you could post: We had a very pleasant stay at El Eba Hotel. It is a modern, high-end 3-star hotel with excellent value for money. We had two connected family rooms, which were spacious, comfortable and ideal for a family. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, the lobby is welcoming, the restaurant is very good, and housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout our stay. The hotel is about a 6–8 minute walk from Masjid al-Haram, close to the Third Saudi Expansion. The only downside is that the route is uphill on the return journey, with no shuttle bus or golf cart service, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or those with limited mobility. The only other minor issue was the bathroom design: the shower glass partition only partially covers the shower area, so water easily spills onto the bathroom floor. Overall, an excellent stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean and reasonably priced hotel close to the Haram.

Hôtel excellent qualité/prix. Très bien situé pour le prix et propre. En marchant normalement pour aller au haram et se mettre dans l extension (la 3ème) et en passant par l'hôtel anjum il faut compter 10 minutes tranquille... Le personnel qui s'occupe du nettoyage de la chambre a été très serviable tout le long du séjour. Le petit déjeuner propose ce qui est suffisant.

Pas facile pour les enfants et personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer car il faut marcher le long de la route et c'est en pente. L'isolation des fenêtres est malheureusement insuffisante ont entends beaucoup les klaxons.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Rate Al Ebaa Hotel. The location was great for visiting Makkah, the staff were very welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. Perfect for couples. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it

Odalar temiz. İhtiyacınız olan herşey var. Kabe kapılarına 1 km yürüme mesafesinde. Yaklaşık 15dk içerisinde yürüyerek kabe içerisine ulaşıyorsunuz. Çok hafif yol eğimi var. Çok yorulmadan gölgeden ulaşabiliyorsunuz.

Location is not that far, in the walking distance and takes about 8-10 min to Masjidi Al-Haram.

What I disliked most about the property was the attendance check during breakfast and dinner. Being asked to confirm my presence before each meal made me feel somewhat uncomfortable, as it gave the impression that guests might be expected to return for a second meal. A more discreet or guest-friendly approach would provide a more welcoming dining experience.

Otelin konumu ve ulaşımı kolaydı. Temizlik görevlileri çok kibar ve naziklerdi. Ayrıca temizlik her gün yapılıyordu. İlk defa bir otelde koridorlarında süpürüldüğünü gördüm.

Otelde bir çamaşır makinesinin olmaması kötü oldu kirli elbiseleri yıkamak için başka bir bulmak zorunda kaldım. Kapı giriş kartlarının sık sık şifrelerin değişmesi beni zor durumda bıraktı.

The closeness to the Haram, the restaurant was so exceptional for me with a tasty meals and a good variety of food. I would like to compliment also the professionalism of the staff.

I suggest to give more towels, at least 2 of it for 1 person. And also to manage the glass shower’s so the floor will not get wet after each time the guest will do his bath (that if he is not very careful he could slips)
