After staying at Villa Nautica just once, I’ve already decided that this is going to be my birthday destination from now on. This was honestly one of the best holidays I’ve had in a very long time (both on my own and with others). The location is incredibly peaceful and relaxing. No one bothers you, and you can simply enjoy your stay and disconnect from everything. The resort has everything you could possibly need: the gym is in great condition, there’s a wide variety of food, and there are plenty of activities and entertainment options, including movie nights, snorkeling, kayaking, and more. A special thank you to the wonderful staff who made my stay even more enjoyable. Rahul, thank you for always being there during meal times and for your warm service. Sujan, thank you for keeping my room spotless and cleaning it twice a day. And Manu, thank you for greeting me with a smile every day at the restaurant. And a very special, huge thank you to Akmo for being the best host I’ve ever had. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and always made sure I had everything I needed. She truly made my stay so much more enjoyable, and I would honestly be sad if she wasn’t my host during my next visit.

The only small issue I experienced was the sound insulation in my villa. The building consisted of two villas connected by an internal door, and during the first few days of my stay, my neighbours were quite loud, so I could hear them talking and occasionally shouting. The soundproofing between the two villas wasn’t the best, so it was noticeable at times. That said, this is more of a structural/layout issue than anything the resort did wrong.

Es un lugar mágico, las zonas ajardinadas y del resort están muy bonitas y bien cuidadas, el personal es muy amable y servicial, coger la pensión completa fué un acierto la comida es variada y de calidad. Mencionar también conocer el Spa es muy bonito el lugar y los masajes realmente buenos, las zonas de playa son excelentes y seguras para bañarse y hacer algo de snorkel.

Los pequeños inconvenientes se atendieron de forma correcta

Me gustó mucho la comida, el trato de personal en general fue muy bueno, las habitaciones con piscina privada y que como nuestro vuelo salía a las 22h, nos dejaron una habitación de las antiguas de cortesía hasta nuestra salida.

No me gustó el afán que tienen por sacarte dinero por todo. Cuando llegué tenía que pagar la lancha rápida de ida y vuelta, ya que el hotel ya estaba pagado vía Booking, y tuve un problema que no me funcionaba la tarjeta y con malas caras no nos dejaron irnos hasta haber solucionado eso , cuando en cualquier caso, podía haberlo pagado unas horas más tarde al solucionarlo con el banco y tampoco me hubiese podido iir de la isla sin pagar. Me pasaron la factura de los extras 24 horas antes de nuestra salida, y con cargos que tampoco correspondían ya que tenía todo incluido. Me la podían pasar a la hora de hacer el check out como se hace siempre en todos los hoteles. Son detalles que un 5 estrellas debe tener más cuidado

The staff at Villa Nautica were absolutely amazing — incredibly friendly, professional and always so accommodating. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after. The Lagoon Buffet Restaurant was a real highlight for us. The food was excellent, with a great variety and consistently high quality. A very special thank you to our host, Riya, who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. She was incredibly helpful, accommodating and always available whenever we needed assistance. The wonderful service and warmth of the staff really made our stay memorable. The main disappointment for us was the buffet at the main restaurant, which unfortunately did not feel like 5-star quality. The overall atmosphere and presentation reminded us more of a school canteen than a luxury resort. Some of the salads were warm, the fish and chicken were disappointing, and several of the cakes tasted stale. For a property marketed as 5-star, we expected a much higher standard of food quality and presentation. After raising our concerns with our host, we were kindly upgraded to dine at the Lagoon Buffet Restaurant. This was very much appreciated, and the difference in quality was significant. We were extremely happy with the food there and felt that it was much more in line with the standard we had expected. We were also a little disappointed with the sea around the resort. The water was not as clear as we had hoped, and there was quite a lot of coral and natural debris floating in certain areas, which made swimming less appealing. Overall, the staff and service were excellent, but the main buffet and swimming conditions did not quite match the 5-star experience we were expecting.

It has an exceptional house reef with a great variety of reef fish. Everything is so green, peaceful, and beautiful. We absolutely loved our stay. The spa was also amazing, and my therapist, Wadiya, gave me an unforgettable spa experience. And our Villa Host, Ibrahim, was very warm, friendly, and helpful.

Waiting for the buggy was sometimes annoying. Their buffet mostly featured South Indian and other Indian dishes.

It was our first time in Maldives, we went with 2 kids and staff were very nice with kids especially mister Kamal🥰😍 generally all staff were very kind and welcoming. Professional service from mister Kamal, ms K•K and ms Rahul. You are the best guys! Rooms were cleaned super clean they cleaned 2 times a day. It was a wonderful holiday! Also special thanks to chef for special dinners and Saya for guiding us🌸

Professional and friendly staff. Service was exceptional and the location is just gorgeous. The main infinity pool is amazing and always at a great temperature too. We got an upgrade with our very own pool so that was a bonus. Our host Lai was fantastic always there to help if we needed to ask any questions. Italian restaurant has great food and incredible water views. Rooms were cleaned twice a day which was a bonus. The buggy service is excellent to help get around the resort.

Lunch and dinner could have had more more options.

O resort na globalidade é ótimo. Os funcionários são incríveis, a comida é diversificada e muito boa, Muito perto de Malé, ligação através de speedboat.

Ficámos as duas primeiras noites da nossa estadia em villa de praia, parecia diferente nas fotografias. A villa era bem antiga e a “praia” com muito coral na areia, dificultando o acesso à água, que era mais lagoa do que propriamente praia. Para além disso, a zona em que ficámos, está a passar por uma fase de manutenção (da qual não fomos informados), então o ruído das obras, os veículos de obras constantemente a passar não foi muito positivo!

Our first time traveling with our 2 month old baby and Villa Nautica was amazing. It was a great location for us, as it’s only a 20 min speed boat trip from Male airport. The resort did everything to make sure our stay with our baby was as easy and comfortable as possible. The Sunset Deluxe Beach Villa is spacious with a private pool and leads onto the beach, great for swims and watching the sunset. There’s a great main pool area, as well as a nice kids club, with daily activities. I would definitely recommend this resort if you are traveling with our family. A special mention to Mariyam our host for looking after us during our stay.

I liked everything from making the arrangements of transfers from airport to the resort to the time they dropped us off at the airport. Professional hospitality team and spirit all over the property.

We don’t pay when we buy stuff during our stay; all was settled at the checkout. That’s only because it might misses your budget up if you don’t keep an eye on your spending.

Beautiful private island resort with stunning beaches, crystal-clear water, excellent service and a perfect atmosphere for a romantic getaway. The Sunset Deluxe Beach Pool Villa was especially beautiful and offered amazing privacy.

Very little to dislike — the only downside was that some restaurants and facilities were quite spread out around the island, although the buggy service made getting around easy and convenient.

La chambre était au delà de nos attentes, très bien aménagée, très spacieuse. Equipe de ménage très bien, efficace et attentive au renouvellement des boissons et gâteaux. Très bien située par rapport au complexe. Plage très bien entretenue, sable fin, plage protégée par une barrière de rochers pour permettre de se baigner et pratiquer des activités aquatiques en toute sécurité.

La salle des repas est couverte sans aucun endroit à découvert. Il pourrait y avoir quelques tables en extérieur. La nourriture était bonne mais pas très variée. Les thèmes n'étaient pas très bien définis, toujours "international" très généraliste.

Notre séjour à Villa Nautica a été exceptionnel. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse, la disponibilité et l’amabilité de l’ensemble du personnel. Tout était magnifique et nous avons passé un séjour des plus agréables. Nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement Dillon, qui a été d’une gentillesse remarquable, ainsi que la dame du restaurant, qui s’est montrée très agréable, attentionnée et toujours souriante. Plus généralement, l’ensemble du personnel a été formidable et a largement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour.

Nous avons simplement une petite suggestion concernant le choix des menus. Nous souhaiterions qu’à l’avenir, celui-ci puisse être davantage diversifié. Étant donné que nous sommes sur une île, nous aurions notamment apprécié de découvrir une plus grande variété de poissons et de fruits de mer, plutôt que d’avoir principalement du thon au quotidien. Ce serait, à notre avis, un point intéressant à améliorer afin de rendre l’expérience culinaire encore plus riche et variée.

We booked the all-Inclusive Sunset Beach Pool Villa for seven nights for our family of four, including two children (7 and 4). The 20-minute speedboat transfer from the airport was very convenient, especially for my pregnant wife. Boat transfer cost us 189 usd per adult + 98 usd per child. Our host, Ms. Glory, made check-in seamless and arranged a villa close to the main facilities. We also appreciated that the resort did not charge extra for our additional child, reflecting a genuinely guest-focused approach. The food was good overall, with a nice variety of Indian and continental options, and the staff were consistently friendly and courteous. Housekeeping kept the villa clean and tidy throughout our stay. The complimentary three-course dinner at Al Tramonto Restaurant was excellent, thanks to Phoo and Dilan for their outstanding service. The excursions were the highlight of our trip. Although pricing was comparable to other resorts, the resort allowed my 7-year-old son to join the snorkeling excursions free of charge. This encouraged us to experience manta rays, sharks, stingrays, and turtles. It was my son's first snorkeling experience, and it was truly magical. Our 4-year-old also loved the Kids Zone, where friendly staff organized engaging daily activities, giving the children a great time while allowing Mom and Dad some much-appreciated relaxation. Overall, a wonderful family-friendly resort that exceeded our expectations. We would happily return.

There is some room for improvement in the Wi-Fi coverage, particularly around the main Bagheecha Restaurant. Also, the aerial photos of the Sunset Beach Pool Villa on Booking.com make it appear as though the villa and pool open directly onto the beach; in reality, there are shrubs and trees between the villa and the shoreline. While this did not significantly impact our stay, clearer representation in the photos would be helpful.

Θέλει περισσότερα θαλασσινά το μενού όπως γαριδες πχ λόγω του ότι είσαι στις Μαλδίβες.Επισης κάποια συντήρηση στις σκάλες και στα ξύλινα τραπεζάκια στις water villa που χαλάνε την εικόνα.

The location

The resort itself has a beautiful atmosphere and a stunning location, but unfortunately, the poor service and management completely ruined the experience for us. First, our flight was delayed and we informed the hotel in advance that we would lose our first night and arrive the following day. Despite notifying them, they refused to refund the missed night or offer us an alternative night. This was extremely disappointing and showed very little consideration for their guests. Second, upon arrival, our luggage was mistakenly placed in the wrong room, mixed up with the children’s luggage in our second room. We spent two full hours repeatedly contacting reception, being told “okay, we’re coming” or “we’ll take care of it now,” but nothing actually happened. Our luggage was only sorted out after two hours. Third, the food selection was extremely limited and disappointing. For a resort in the Maldives, surrounded by some of the world’s best seafood, it was shocking that the restaurant offered almost no seafood options — literally just tuna. No proper selection of fresh fish, shrimp, or other seafood. The restaurant staff are extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. We booked two rooms: one All-Inclusive and one Full Board for the children. When we asked for Coca-Cola with our meal, which was included in our All-Inclusive package, the staff questioned why the children were drinking from it and actually came to confront us while we were eating. This was completely unnecessary and uncomfortable. Instead of allowing us to enjoy our meal, they made us feel like we were doing something wrong. We also had food for our young daughter and wanted to take it outside so she could eat by the beach. We were told that taking food outside was strictly prohibited. Considering that we were traveling with a small child, the lack of flexibility and understanding was very disappointing.

Nuestra estancia en las beach vilas fue muy buena pero es verdad que necesitan un poco de renovación. La comida del bufet es buena pero un poco repetitiva.

Çok rahat ve çok keyifli bir tatil yaptık. Ben Villa Nautica otelini hem ailelere hem de yeni evli çiftlere öneririm. Özellikle Dillon bizimle her konuda çok ilgilendi. Ayrıca tüm otel çalışanları güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Gönül rahatlığıyla tatile gidilecek bir otel.

Villa Nautica has a beautiful ocean, and we were able to see many fish and really enjoy the wonderful marine environment that the Maldives is famous for. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay. We stayed in **Water Villa 707**, which was conveniently located relatively close to the reception. We were satisfied with the villa itself. However, during our stay, construction work was taking place at the beach villas along the shore, and **the construction noise was quite noticeable throughout the day**. We had expected a quiet and relaxing atmosphere at the resort, so this was a significant negative point for us. Our package included meals, but we basically ate at **THE Lagoon every day**, and the selection did not change very much from day to day. After several days, we became quite tired of the food. In terms of taste, many of the dishes used local spices, and personally, I did not feel that the flavors were particularly suited to Japanese tastes. Of course, this is a matter of personal preference, but eating similar flavors every day became difficult for us. When we made our reservation, we had expected that a meal-inclusive package would allow us to dine at several different restaurants within the resort. Therefore, we were a little disappointed that our meals were mainly limited to THE Lagoon. Having more restaurant choices included in the package would have made the dining experience much more enjoyable. On the positive side, **the service at THE Lagoon was excellent**. In particular, **ONKAR took very good care of us. He was extremely attentive, always polite, and provided outstanding service.** The other staff members at THE Lagoon were also very professional and made our meals pleasant. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the service provided by **Laisha**, who was assigned to assist us during our stay. On the day after our arrival, Laisha offered to show us around the island, and we arranged to meet after breakfast. However, she later told us tha

Nothing can go wrong in Maldives. Villa Nautica is a magical place. Romance is in the air, relaxation and calm everywhere. We had a magnificent time there. We stayed in a water villa. The whole island is a wonderful place. Nice waters, amazing villas, sharks to play with, excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner and a spa that you must definitely visit. We have to say though that the real treasure of thus resort is the staff. Everyone is very polite, willing to help you and satisfy your needs and always with a smile coming from the heart. We have travelled three times in Maldives and many other places in the world, but this is a place we shall always cherish. We would like to thank from the bottom of our hearts, our host Dilan, who really made our stay there an unforgettable experience. Always there to assist us and satisfy all our needs, and with a lot of pleasant surprises. We also like to thank the housekeeping for being so helpful and very kind, especially Naveen and Selva. Also the staff at the Lagoon restaurant who we loved ao much. Especially Salman and Tharun. We apologize for not remembering all the names but all the people there are so wonderful. Die Freundlichkeit der Menschen war unglaublich. Sie waren alle sehr aufmerksam und waren sehr bemüht, dass es einem gut ging.Ich habe mehrere Unverträglichkeiten und es wurde versucht soweit wie möglich darauf einzugehen. Leider hieß das bei mir Reis mit Hühnchen. Schade, dass es keinen laktosenfreien Joghurt, Haferflocken und Bananen gab. Wir waren nur übers Wochenende dort. Daher ging es. Ein längerer Aufenthalt hätte es für mich schwierig gemacht. Aber das Resort, Sauberkeit,Freundlichkeit waren top. Habe,Stachelrochen und mehrere verschiedene Fische konnte man am Hausriff sehen auch vom Steg aus.

Für Menschen mit Glutenunverträglichkeit, Laktoseintoleranz ist es schwierig etwas zu finden. Wer es verträgt hat aber einen Auswahl an Salaten.

El servicio és de 10, sobre todo Ibrahim que estuvo pendiente en todo momento, nos ayudó en todo y nos puso muy fácil la estancia. La comida muy buena, en general todo de 10! El lugar es precioso y la ubicación perfecta para estar unos días de relax antes de irte.

Delayed service. And food variety is ok however I expected better taste- the Japanese restaurant the food was not good. The Italian was amazing.

The weather was nice. Got to enjoy both the rain and the sun. The staff was very friendly and kept pampering us. We stayed at the water villa, which was nice and big. In terms of logistics, it's close to the airport, so it takes around 20 minutes with the speed boat.

The food was average at the buffet. We have visited the Maldives 3 times, and this is the first resort we stayed at where the all-inclusive plan didn't include à la carte. Apparently there is a separate package, so be mindful if you book with Booking.com; they only show you the standard plan. The main reason we always go for the water villa is so that we can enjoy the ocean waves, but at this one, it was just too calm. Plus, the floor bed was full of coral, so we couldn't really go into the water. It wasn't clear.

Tout etait parfait du début jusqu'à la fin. Merci a TOUT le personnels pour l'accueil et la bienveillance avec une mention special a Laisha qui nous a accompagné tout au long du séjour et qui a même parler un peu français pour nous ! Le restaurant etait au top avec énormément de choix et un personnel au petit soins a chaque moment des repas ! La chambre (villa sur l'eau) etait magnifique et très propre ! Nous avons eu la chambre d'observer de magnifique poissons ainsi que des requins qui venaient au bord de la villa !! Tout etait parfait !

The staff was supper friendly, never had been in an hotel with so welcome and friendly staff. They have s lot of activities to ensure the guests are active. I enjoyed particularly the aqua Zumba.

When we arrive, the room that we stayed was very far away and the finishes was very outdated. Fortunately, after we complained, they gave us a better room.

Maldives an amazing place… lovely nature… the villa I staid was very dissent. But

The food quality and variety is really not good. The tuna steak had a rotten smell. Even some steamed baked bread had a bed smell. Baggi takes way too long .. and attentive of some drives that they make you a favor to come.
