Sura Concept Hotel

Hotel nowoczesny, bardzo blisko centrum, bardzo miła obsługa. Dziękujemy za śniadanie na wynos (nie mieliśmy czasu zjeść w hotelu)!

We stayed for a week, they switched our hotel from concept to Lux and in doing that Eran was very helpful, and during checkout Emre öztürk was very helpful and kept our luggages safe until our departure time.

Lage, Lage Lage!!! Alles war sehr sauber und das Personal war freundlich Es ist nett sich im Pool abzukühlen Das Frühstück war vielfältig

Wir haben zuerst nicht das Zimmer bekommen, was wir gebucht haben und bekamen erstmal das kleinere Low Budget Zimmer. Eine Nacht blieben wir dort, da die Rezeptionistin meinte, der Manager sei nicht mehr da und wir sollen am nächsten Morgen wiederkommen. Das taten wir dann auch. Daraufhin wurde uns gesagt es sei alles ausgebucht und ein Hotelzimmer im Sura Hagia Sophia für 30 Euro die Nacht Aufpreis angeboten. Wir lehnten ab und teilten mit, dass wir das so nicht in Ordnung finden. Plötzlich war dann unser Zimmer doch frei, die Gäste seien gerade eben abgereist.. Keine Sonnenschirme am Pool, entweder Schatten oder Sonne Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht selbst im Zimmer ein- und ausschalten

Meget fint placering, og super fedt man fik adgang til poolen. Værelset var super fint, og sengen var virkelig god.

Vi undrede os meget over, at man troede, at man skulle bo på det helt store hotel med poolen, men det viser sig så, at de ejer 3 forskellige lokationer på samme gade. Under sengen var der ikke blevet gjort rent i meget land tid desværre.

Le petit-déjeuner, riche et varié, seul point à la hauteur pendant notre séjour

Séjour du 18 au 24 août 2026, chambres 203 et 103. Aucune des prestations réservées n'a été fournie. Nous avions réservé une chambre Deluxe et une chambre Confort avec vue sur la cour intérieure. Nous avons reçu deux chambres standard, avec vue sur la route. La piscine et la salle de sport, présentées dans l'annonce comme des équipements de l'hôtel, se trouvent en réalité dans un autre hôtel, de l'autre côté de la rue. La climatisation de notre chambre ne pouvait pas être arrêtée : chambre glaciale pendant les six nuits. L'équipe technique est intervenue et nous a confirmé par écrit que la panne était irréparable. Aucun changement de chambre ne nous a été proposé — pas même la couette supplémentaire demandée. S'ajoutent une eau chaude à peine tiède, des peignoirs absents et des rebords de fenêtres poussiéreux. Le plus décevant reste la gestion : réclamation écrite dès le 19 août, réponse composée uniquement d'excuses générales, sans aucune action concrète pendant tout le séjour. Réclamation également déposée auprès de Booking, restée sans réponse. Vérifiez précisément ce que vous réservez : l'annonce ne correspond pas à la réalité de l'établissement

Great location and breakfast. Nice to have access to pool at larger hotel down the road. Staff were all nice.

No desk in room. AC initially not on, then when addressed freezing cold with no ability to adjust from the room. Shower: low placement (waist level) of hand held faucet (the only one that worked); water not hot enough; slow drain. No one at desk - need to phone or walk to other hotel. Very limited lodges and chairs at pool, closely packed together so if you are lucky enough to get a lounger you have to crawl up from the foot of it.

Incredibly central location beside blue mosque. The staff are really attentive and check in with you every morning at breakfast to see if there are any issues. I’d some AC problems and they fixed it quickly (though it then broken again). Beds are really comfortable and you’re walking distance to main sites and beside the tram.

Sura concept is separate to the other sura hotels on this street and does not have its own reception. This would be ok but entrance door is also always propped open so without someone there it feels like a security risk.

Location is great, rooms are clean and new

Rooms a pretty small, one of the rooms did not have shower gel, shampoo even if we ask twice to refill. The breakfast and pool are în the Sura design, not Sura Concept.

Ik raad ten zeerste af om in Sura Concept Hotel te verblijven. Deze accommodatie kan nauwelijks een hotel genoemd worden, aangezien het vrijwel geen eigen faciliteiten heeft. Wat niet duidelijk wordt vermeld bij het boeken, is dat het ontbijt, het zwembad en andere voorzieningen zich niet in het hotel zelf bevinden. Je moet naar een ander hotel verderop in de straat lopen om hiervan gebruik te maken. Dit was zeer misleidend en niet wat ik verwachtte toen ik boekte. Toen ik dit ontdekte, was het hotel niet bereid mijn reservering aan te passen of in te korten, ondanks dat de beschrijving een verkeerde indruk wekte van wat er wel en niet inbegrepen was. Er is ook geen receptie in het hotel zelf. Als je hulp nodig hebt, moet je de receptie van het naastgelegen hotel bellen, waardoor het hotel meer aanvoelt als een bijgebouw dan als een echt hotel. De kamers zijn erg klein en slecht geluiddicht. De kamer was schoon en netjes, maar dit woog niet op tegen het vreselijke lawaai. Ik verbleef op de begane grond en kon de hele dag en nacht duidelijk het verkeer, de muziek en het straatgeluid horen. Het hotel ligt direct boven een restaurant, wat het lawaai nog verder verhoogt. De ramen kijken uit op een drukke straat, dus voetgangers kunnen gemakkelijk in je kamer kijken, tenzij je de gordijnen dicht houdt. Ook de veiligheid laat ernstig te wensen over. De voordeur staat de hele nacht open, er is geen receptie of beveiliging en de toegang tot de kamers op de bovenverdieping is vrij, je hebt geen toegangskaart nodig voor de trap of de lift. De locatie is dicht bij de belangrijkste toeristische attracties, het is een veilige en schone buurt. De straat zelf zit vol met toeristische restaurants waarvan het personeel je probeert over te halen om bij hen te komen eten. Het is oké, maar het wordt wel een beetje irritant. De schoonmaakdienst heeft een shirt weggegooid dat veel voor me betekende. Al met al is dit hotel de prijs absoluut niet waard.

Wonderful location, cool pool, perfect for a few hours relax before sightseeing. All kinds of shops, restaurants, and bazaars nearby. Wonderful breakfast.

Denk dat ze mooi innovatief techniek willen gebruiken zoals bij de deur, gordijnen automatisch e.d. maar het liet werkte niet altijd optimaal. Je hebt geen zin om maar telken iemand bij te roepen.

Wirklich super Lage, man ist quasi direkt bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Fatih. Schick eingerichtetes Zimmer, bequemes Bett. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gefallen. Eine sehr vielfältige Auswahl an Allerlei türkischen Lebensmitteln.

Man sollte wissen, dass das Frühstück in einem benachbarten Hotel serviert wird. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Leider ging das Frühstück nur bis 10:30, was für uns als Langschläfer etwas kurz war;) außerdem wurde dort eine ziemlich stressige Stimmung vermittelt, weil das Personal sehr hektisch die Lebensmittel aufgefüllt hat. Drumherum um das Hotel sind viele Restaurants und die Inhaber bedrängen einen teilweise sehr stark das Restaurant zu besuchen. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts. Die Dusche ist eher weniger gut, da das Wasser sehr schlecht abfließt. Toilettenpapier gab es immer nur auf Nachfrage mehr.

Rien ne va, la chambre ne correspdait pas du tout à celle que j'avais payée. Elle etait microscopique je ne pouvais meme pas ouvrir ma valise. La piscine se trouve dans l'hôtel en face et idem pour le petit déj il faut changer d'hôtel mais ça ils ne le précisent pas sur booking. Bon courage piur trouver quelqu'un à la réception, ils sont les 3/4 du temps dans l'autre hotel... j'ai annulé ma réservation le jour même, ce ne sont pas les hôtels qui manquent à istanbul!

Der Aufenthalt war super, sehr freundliche s Personal zuvorkommend. Unteranderem hilfsbereit kompetent. Personaldame Ajnura konnte alle Abschlüss Fragen vor Abreise beantworten. Zentrale Lage schöner Innenhof mit Schwimmbad. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Böden im Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen.

La ubicación es buena y las habitaciones son nuevas, la cama es muy confortable

Es una estafa, ofrecen servicios que no tienen, tanto para desayunar como para ir a la piscina hay que salir a la calle e ir al hotel principal a 100m, por no tener no tienen ni recepcionista. Un día fallaba la puerta de la habitación y tardaron más de una hora en arreglarlo y teniendo que desplazarnos a los demás hoteles, porque tienen tres en la misma calle y este es el más nuevo pero el más abandonado. La tecnología de la habitación es compleja, con botones para encender las luces y correr las cortinas, los cuales nadie te explica y tienes que adivinar. Cualquier hotel con las mismas características y ubicación que este sale por la mitad de precio, ya que no tienen los servicios que ofertan. La puntuación esta manipulada, ya que incluso a nosotros tras nuestras quejas nos presionaron a poner una reseña delante de ellos de al menos 8 estrellas y nos hacían un descuento y nos invitaban a comer. Booking está al tanto de todo esto pero ha ignorado totalmente el tema. Están denunciados por fraude y publicidad engañosa

Great location and very comfortable. We chose to have breakfast at the fair quieter Sura Design Hotel. We were looked after brilliantly by Sezgin, Zeynep & Ezgi.

No breakfast in our hotel and the breakfast at Hagia Sofia was far too busy.

Работники отеля помогли при заселении, и что очень важно организовали трансфер на гольф каре до такси при выезде, очень вежливый, внимательный и чуткий персонал, предугадывают желания клиента работая на опережение! Особенно мне понравился завтрак с видом на город. Отдельно хочется отметить качество матраса, подушек и постельного белья, я наконец-то выспалась! Спасибо! Также хочу отметить место расположения отеля, очень удобно дойти до основных достопримечательностей за 3 минуты. Ресторан для ужина с прекрасным сервисом и кухней. Однозначно рекомендую отель для отдыха и путешествий!

Местоположение - лучше не придумаешь. Бесплатная парковка - отличная вещь в самом центре города.

Бассейн маленький. 8-10 шезлонгов на два отеля. Завтрак ужасно скромный. Точно не пять звезд. Персонал не реагирует на просьбы. Вызывали техника, просили поменять полотенца - обещали, но никто не пришел. Уборка в номере поверхностная. На полках куча пыли. В душевой вода не уходит…

The location of the hotel, the decor of the rooms, pool area and the breakfasts were 10/10. The cafe/bar that lead off from the pool was stunning.You couldn’t have been closer to Sultanhamet/Blue mosque if you tried! The street had a great vibe with 4 amazing restaurants in it.

Management was useless. In the end I stopped talking and figured this review will be louder. 1. They put us in a superior room instead of the comfort (higher spec/larger) room that I had booked. When I queried it, they said there were no available rooms for the remainder of my stay. The next day, I had to force move number 1. 2. After checking in, we had to wait 1 hour for someone to click the fuse in so that the air con would turn on in a stifling room at 11pm. All while being told the air con was working.(luckily I had read a review informing me of this). By the way, I had to go down to the lobby twice as the phone was disconnected. 3. After moving rooms, we discovered there was no cold water-yes just scalding hot water so we moved rooms again. 4. In room 3 , the air con panel didn’t not work so the air con was stuck on sub zero temps. After calling 3 times and waiting 3 hours for an extra blanket we realised they were enjoying this. Oh and yes, this room had intermittent cold water as well, so you had to take your chances with not getting burnt. 5. Amenities were not refilled -eg toilet paper, conditioner and water 6. All of this was relayed to management on the 4 th day who did absolutely nothing!

Fatima was extremely nice and helpful! The cleaning staff forgot to add water and coffee twice and she brought them to us very late in the evening. The hotel is very well located and the breakfast in the hotel next door was delicious.

Как и писали ниже в отзывах, номера очень небольшие, для кого-то это может стать неудобством. И да, с водой в душе проблема, она вытекает в коридорчик номера даже при крайне скромном использовании душа, если забыть -можно залить и номер и общий коридор )) приходилось решать проблему с помощью полотенец на полу и включать воду с интервалами для того, чтобы она хоть как-то успевала уходить

Закуската беше разнообразна и вкусна. Кафето не беше добро. Аз лично не обичам нескафе, но и турското кафе не беше приготвено добре. Като цяло персонала се старае много и е много любезен.

Трябва да знаете, че стаята е много нова и модерна, но и много малка. Ако сте двама души и пътувате с два куфара трудно ще се съберете. Но за сметка на това е в идеалният център.

Lokalita priamo v centre, 2 minúty k električke, všetko ako pamiatky, bazár, prístav, aj obchody dostupné pešo. Raňajky v hoteli Sura boli chutné , veľa zeleniny aj ovocia. Personál veľmi milý a ochotný. Izba je síce menšia, ale pekná, čistá a nová. Na pár dní postačuje aj úložný priestor. Posteľ je trochu mäkká.

Nemám čo vytknúť, všetko bolo výborné, ďakujeme.

The location was first class, the room was very clean. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

The room was small. The early breakfast on the last day was prepared by the night staff was very poor, 2 slices of dried bread with a lettuce leaf and something that resembled meat. Very poor for the money that we paid.

Emplacement parfait et calme. Le jeune garçon qui nettoie les chambres est toppissime ! La piscine et le Spa sont un plus appréciable.

Nous avons eu un problème de douche mais Ata le Duty Manager nous a changé de chambre dès que le problème a été constaté.

Отличное расположение . Можно планировать размещение в этом отеле на 2-3 дня для удобства посещения старого города. Все супер рядом. В отеле все новое и качественное.

Тесные номера. Отсутствует ресепшн. То есть этот отель как будто работает удаленно. Через 50м стоит основной отель Sura Hagia Sofia. Туда и на завтрак ходить надо.

1. Check-in time is 2 PM. We arrived at 3 PM, but the room still wasn’t ready. They told us to wait and said they’d come get us — they never did. However, when I asked to extend my check-out by just one hour because I wasn’t feeling well, they flat-out denied it. 2. The reception here is useless. Three hotels share one front desk, and there’s basically no one there. They’re not willing to help at all — just read the other negative reviews and you’ll see the same complaints. There’s a big guy working there who is completely unhelpful. I called four times just to ask for bottles of water — four times! — and no one deliver them 3. The room is small. It looks new, but everything feels cheap and poorly made. 4. No safety at all. Anyone can walk up to your room — no key card needed for access.

Location Rooms design Restaurant Stuff at the main Sura 5* is very kind and nice

In our room, we had issues with A/C not functioning correctly. I have called main reception desk at Sura 5* with requests to check it, but after that nothing happened for several days, so I needed to go to main building and wait there until they sent technician. After 1 day same issue happened. So I would need to rate the reception stuff at Concept and Main 5* as insufficient. Also the young lady from so called guest relations is just walking and asking guests to leave positive reviews, the negative ones are not allowed. After asking her what happens with negative issues (and I've heard several) she was pretending to not understand me.

Good location Design of the rooms

Some facilities are not functioning correctly (windows) Stuff was unpleasant at main Hotel Sura 5* who tried to move us to the main hotel under reason of "technical issues" to the smallest ever room without even a normal window, with small toilet and shower together. After we rejected such "upgrade to 5*" we than magically were allowed to stay in the initially booked room.

Notre chambre était moderne, calme avec une literie très confortable et tout le nécessaire, produits d’hygiène de qualité. L’emplacement est vraiment idéal, pas loin de la mosquée bleue et dans un quartier où Il y a plein de restaurants, à deux pas du tram pour rejoindre d’autres quartiers touristiques, juste à côté d’un café où ils servent des cafés de spécialité très bons. Bon rapport qualité prix, accès à la piscine mais de l’autre hôtel (C’est en fait un groupe de 3 hôtels situés dans la même rue et on peut naviguer de l’un à l’autre des hôtels mais attention comme ils ne sont pas exactement à côté il faut passer par la rue, il n’y a pas d’accès intérieur aux 3 hôtels). La localisation joue énormément sur la qualité du séjour. Surtout quand on vient passer un week-end, c’est vraiment proche de tout et dans un quartier agréable. Et la chambre en elle-même et son confort nous ont satisfait.

Le petit-déj’ mais de manière générale, je pense que ce n’est pas le fort des hôtels à Istanbul comparé à d’autres destinations. Il est bon et relativement varié mais beaucoup de viennoiseries/gâteaux et selon vos préférences, cela peut ne pas forcément convenir. Aussi je pense que c’est pas mal de produits industriels mais encore une fois ça fait l’affaire pour un court séjour. Il faut sortir de l’ hôtel pour aller prendre le petit déjeuner dans l’un des deux autres hôtels et c’est exactement la même chose pour le spa et la piscine donc pas très pratique quand on a voulu descendre en maillot de bain avec le peignoir par-dessus, il fallait traverser la rue. On a trouvé le spa, relativement vieillissant pour un hôtel de ce standing. Pas très propre pour l’avoir comparé. Il manque d’accroche dans la chambre notamment quand on est deux personnes, il faut avouer quand même que la chambre est très petite (on le savait c’est bien précisé), mais ça convient pour quelques nuits. Le personnel en tout cas dans cette hôtel n’est pas très visible, et parfois le personnel du petit déjeuner n’est pas très souriant.

Localização inacreditável! A alguns passos da Hagia Sofia, da Mesquita Azul, da Cisterna e do palácio do sultão. Café da manhã maravilhoso, fator importante numa cidade com preços altos de alimentação. Quarto não muito grande mas com tudo novo e funcionando. Inúmeros artigos de higiene e conforto

This hotel was in a great location, convenient to all the attractions. The staff were very friendly, and the room was immaculately cleaned and comfortable. Since my flight back to Japan was late at night, they even stored my luggage safely after I checked out. Thank you so much to all the staff!

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel.

Centrally located being a stones throw from the historic heart of Istanbul and the main tourist sights. Comfy beds and lovely linen. Breakfast offered an abundance of choice and was wonderfully prepared. Great shower in the ensuite and handy things like USB charging points located by the bed. Friendly, knowledgeable and engaging staff.

The aircon wasn't as efficient as I would have liked only going down to 19 degrees with a low fan speed. The room never had that wonderful chill when you walked into it after a day of sightseeing in the heat. The ensuite doesn't offer much privacy with the loo being visible from the main bedroom and the flimsy folding door affording little sound proofing. If it wasn't for the ensuite, I would have given an extra star overall.

L’emplacement, le quartier est agréable et pas loin de tout.

Il y a un gros souci qui malheureusement ne dépend pas de l’hôtel. C’est l’établissement juste à côté avec son rooftop. Musique jusqu’à 2 h du matin le week end.
