Pre-visit communication was excellent and informative. Great location and lovely roof terrace.

L emplacement à la fois ds la Medina et pres d une route principale , accès facile. L appartement est joli, la terrasse agréable je pense qd il fait beau. N en avons pas profité , il pleuvait souvent, et l accès était fermé.

Le manque d hygiène par rapport au linge, au changement de draps de lit qui ne s est jamais fait sur 9 nuits! Il ne faut pas rester plus de 3 jours je pense car pas de nettoyage de sol ou de balai et l on est à Marrakech! Eau au sol qd il pleut.le propriétaire de lui même ne nous a jamais proposé le changement des draps ou même un petit nettoyage de fond pendant le séjour. Première fois où nous essayons un appartement indépendant au Maroc, c est une expérience a bien reflechir.

The apartment was very tastefully presented and very comfortable. Everything you need was provided and Anne and Jacques went out of their way to help make my stay successful providing local knowledge and recommending activities restaurants etc.

Nothing to dislike.

Amazing place, wondeful and well decorated, very clean. Good location easy to find! Rooftop to relax. Everything near. Absolutely amazing host and he’s lovely dog. For sure I will choose it again !

Het bed kon wat zachter en de douche had een heel klein straaltje.

Super nice place, even more beautiful in real life than on the pictures. great location in the Madina. Super easy communication on Whatsapp beforehand on how and when to collect the keys. Very clean, beautifully decorated. Amazing terrace to chill. Really loved it there!

De locatie was in de Medina. Maar het appartement was heel rustig, heerlijk om daar uit alle drukte even bij te komen op het dakterras.

La terrazza

I had the most wonderful stay with Jacques and Anne at their beautiful riad in Marrakech. Tucked away in the heart of the Medina, the location is perfect—right in the middle of everything, but so peaceful and quiet you’d never guess it. The apartment is cosy, stylish, and so thoughtfully decorated — it immediately felt like home. The rooftop is stunning and the perfect place to relax after a day in the city. The Wi-Fi was excellent too, which made things super easy. Jacques and Anne went out of their way to help me with various requests and local tips — my stay simply wouldn’t have been as perfect without their care and kindness. I’ve stayed in a few riads in Marrakech, but I’ve found my home away from home with these two. Thank you, guys! Hope to see you again very soon.

Nice fridge

Restrictions on aircon use were unacceptable (not allowed between 08:00-15:00) Which was not stated prior to booking. reasons stated were. That condensation pipe ran water into the street below and the other reason stated was that it was banned under medina rules during these hours for private rental properties?? Security is extremely poor with open access from roof terrace into apartment, and no way of closing the open staircase from potential intruders or weather. Staircase is dangerous with low handrails around the top.. Apartment was advertised (when we booked) with flat screen tv. No tv was there nor offered when i asked the manager. Bathroom needs more shelving for toiletries, toothbrushes, soap, shampoo and shower gel etc.had to leave soap on the floor while showering. Terrace was really dirty, looking like the floor had not been swept or mopped for months. Electrics are a danger with sockets and light switches not working or hanging loose from the wall with cables everywhere. Generally the property is poorly maintained and in need of some investment. Location is excellent but most local riads offer so much better with breakfast included. Not at all what we were expecting and overall very disappointing.
