Smell of humidity and something else while getting to the room.

Mandy was super responsive to messages. Check in was seamless. Apartments are very big and clean. Any minor issues with apartment were rectified immediately. Location is very central and walking distance to the jetty. Will definitely recommend this property.

Creo que la realidad del piso no coincide con las fotos ni con los comentarios. El apartamento está en condiciones regulares: olía a cerrado, la limpieza era bastante deficiente y había arañas en el baño. Además, los baños están separados y la distribución resulta un poco extraña, ya que no hay duchas independientes. El salón es antiguo y los sofás no son cómodos. Por último, lo de “Hard Rock VIP” es solo un nombre; no tiene nada que ver con el estilo Hard Rock ni transmite una experiencia VIP.

Great location, clean floors, spacious.

There were 2 shared toilet/shower rooms, and only 1 of them has a seated toilet. No separation between shower area meant slippery toilet floors. Towels were thin.

Location was good as it was a 9 mins walk away from Mersing Jetty and there were plenty of restaurants and a 7-11 located within mins of the accomodation. Would recommend for groups of travellers as it may be pricey for 2 pax or less.

I'm not used to squatting toilets.

The place was large and clean.

However two of the rooms had no windows. There was not a single piece of furniture to put away clothes. Considering that the price was twice that of the other alternatives i regret my choice.

Great location and perfect for our overnight stay to get the ferry the following day. Easy parking outside the flat on the road.

Location was excellent close to jetty, the beach, and a lot of commodities around Communication with the staff was excellent, they even helped us find back a bag we forgot in the 1945 coffee bar Check in and check out was super smooth, appartement was clean with enough space for 11. Good value for money too

The red lever that switches on the warm water in the shower room should have a sign.

Location was perfect. Easy to walk around the area for food or groceries. Very close to the Mersing jetty. The space was also great - there was plenty of room for a big or small group - 5 bedrooms! Our kids enjoyed the foosball table. Our stay was short but we would definitely book here again and bring our friends. The contacts were very helpful - communication was excellent - easy check in/check out process. And they even went above and beyond our expectations -- my daughter left a small item in the bedroom -- the property contacts found the item and sent it back to us. Wow!!

The front room/dining area was a bit warm -- there was a fan but no AC. There is not a lift so you have to take the stairs. It was not a problem for us as we had a minimal amount of things to bring up for our short stay.

Big apartment in the middle of the city of Mersing.

The unit was vast. Extremely comfortable for two friends travelling together. Two huge bedrooms each. Very good location, although make sure you know which entrance to use before you get there.

Bathrooms/Toilets were a fair walk from the main bedrooms. Internet was not strong in bedrooms, but good in living area.

Very responsive and helpful host, went above and beyond when our trip plans changed, and was extremely professional. Thank you so much for all of your help!

The room is clean. Also provided enough towels and water bottles. The service of Mandy is excellent. She keep on following before check in and also after checked in. She help us to contact some local agent for our island hop in. When the recommended agent is fully booked we went to get some external agent. She also help to verify for genuine of the agent to avoid any scams. When we back from trip she met us downstairs and asked for how is the trip etc.

There is nothing. But one suggestion. Covert the Asian type toilet to western too.

This was a great spacious place to stay. Beds were comfortable, air-con was much appreciated and it was easy to find and check in

Beautiful spacious and clean apartment in a great location. The communication with Mandy was very efficient and friendly.

The pillows were a bit too high and not super comfortable. Not absolutely necessary but small bedside lights would be great to add.

Leaving the apartment very early because of the ferry , staying a bit longer would have been nice.

The apartment was really spacious, clean with ample beds (can fit up to 10 pax with the 4 rooms). My relatives and I were super impressed with what the apartment offers. It was also quite near to Mersing Jetty and town area. Mandy was super helpful throughout and readily available during our stay. Instructions given for ‘checking in’ / codes were very clear. Just bear in mind there wasn’t any lift (not that I know of) but otherwise stay was very pleasant.

The owner, Mandy, was extremely nice and helpful. She took the initiative of writing to me after I made the booking to give us the welcome and offer her help for any inquiry we should have. She helped us with information about transportation and arranged a transfer for us. She took the time to search for an item I forgot at the apartment after we left so that I could get it back. The apartment is huge and comfortable. The check_in instructions are simple and easy to follow.

A suggestion could be to add a washing machine and dryer for the clothes, since there is plenty of space for it and it could be useful.

Easy check in & check out procedure. Mandy (the host) was very responsive & helpful. We love the prpperty ❤️

A clean & comfortable hotel rooms for a stay of 20 pax for 2d1n. Expected big living rooms & dining rooms. The bathrooms/ washrooms were clean!

Feedback. Having only 2 keys for the 2 apartments, is a bit inconvenience for 20 pax, where we were friends, not a family member. But this is a small issue.

Good location near harbour of Mersing for ferry to the islands. Right in the middle of the city centre. Very friendly host.

It’s not much more then a bunch of beds. There’s nothing to store your luggage or anything else. It does not feel homely at all and misses basic equipment such as knives. There’s no airco in the kitchen area. Dishes were dirty upon arrival. Overall it was not very clean. Toilet got clogged twice in one day. Furniture is broken. The shower is right next to the toilet without curtain or drain so toilet area is completely wet.

Great place to stay before heading to Tioman. We were so well looked after; the owner took us to the ferry terminal and even helped us to check in. This was not prearranged, so a lovely surprise making our trip much easier. Thanks!

Très grand appartement très propre avec in service remarquable. Mandy et son mari sont venus nous chercher au terminal de bus à notre arrivée et le lendemain matin à 5h15 ils nous attendaient pour nous accompagner jusqu'a la jetée. Ils sont vraiment adorables!! Merci à eux et pour ceux qui cherchent un logement à Mersing, n'hésitez pas une seconde.

Excellent, super clean accommodation! Very very kind hosts. Highly recommended if you want modern, clean accommodation in Mersing.

We stayed here before and after our trip to Tioman and I can’t rate it highly enough. It’s a well equipped four bedroom apartment which was perfect for us as a family of five. Mandy, the owner, helped us with our ferry ticket reservation and on our return picked us up from the ferry terminal. The following day she drove us at 7am to the bus station and helped us get tickets back to Johor. The level of service was excellent.

Great Place, will definitely come back again, will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Our stay was outstanding. Communication before was really great and fast in perfect English. During our stay Eric and Mandy were so caring they even organised transport to the nearby ferry terminal (we went to Tioman afterwards) and organised the ferry tickets for us. The place was very clean, high quality air conditioning, free coffee and wifi and had the necessary amenities for European cultures, if we come back to Mersing we'll make sure to come again. Thanks again Mandy and Eric!
