The location was perfect for us and what we wanted to do without being fully near the center of bundoran as we wanted to relax and enjoy the scenic walks

I wouldn’t change a thing, was really happy with the Accomadation so much so that I wonder what mattress we were even on as it was very comfortable and was a nice break from work

Room was very comfortable, loved having a coffee machine. Easy to check in.

The bed was uncomfortable. This is one of the main things for a stay. It's a shame as this was our main reason for a low score. Although the check in was also a problem. this was partly my own fault, so didn't affect the score too much. There was confusion over checking in, as I didn't see the message with the codes. There was a pin number on the Booking.com page, which I had printed out... I thought this was the number I needed! So a confusing check in but I got there in the end, with the help of another guest. If there could be an instruction to look out for a message and an email, with the codes on them.

Breakfast was good but small portion.

I liked the garden and how quiet the room was. The rooms are small but comfortable. The bed is comfy and the duvet lovely and soft. The breakfast hit the spot. There was a variety of cereals available and a cooked breakfast. The owner had time for a chat.

The breakfast was good, but you couldn't get a choice, for example scrambled eggs instead of fried eggs. There was no fresh fruit or yoghurt available.

access codes for the gate, front door, and room. Having three separate codes is perfectly fine under normal circumstances, but it could become difficult to manage with bad eyesight or after a few drinks.

Lage in der Nähe vom Strand war ok und die Entfernung zur Stadtmitte; eigener Parkplatz mit Tor war super; die Frau vom Personal war sehr freundlich! Zimmer war ausreichend groß

Hotel wirkte eher etwas heruntergekommen. Zimmer war teilweise dreckig, Badezimmer war alt und hatte Schimmel in der Dusche. Von der Fensterbank platze die Farbe ab, die Badwände waren mit einer Plastikverkleidung überzogen (ich möchte nicht wissen, ob darunter alles voller Schimmel war), Spinnenweben in den Ecken. Der Mann vom Personal ignorierte mich einfach und ging weg, während ich mit ihm gesprochen habe beim Frühstück (geht gar nicht)!! Frühstück war nicht lecker. Wir haben alles mit Fleisch abbestellt und nicht mal mehr Bohnen und Ei dafür bekommen, was für diesen Preis gar nicht ging, komplett überteuert dafür. Frühstück hat nicht satt gemacht. Generell Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut schlecht. Für diesen Preis sollte man mehr erwarten dürfen!!

Location was central to everything and parking was very good.

The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything going on in the room beside you which made it very difficult to sleep. Also, there was no air-conditioning.

3 different codes in order to be able to enter the property, one for parking/garden one for front door and one for your room My mum who was with me, is very tech savvy but she would not have been able to manage all the codes without me - this is true as I went out one night with the kids for 2-3 hours and she didn’t feel like she could leave the room encase she got locked outside Location was not good for young kids in my opinion Seating area in the garden was not very clean, rooms were cleanish but not spotless Bundoran itself is a great place and the beach / funfair was great for little ones, I would however not stay at this property again

The room was spotless clean, with cash safety box, and private bathroom. The man owner was very friendly. The parking and private very large garden was amazing. Everything was excellent.

Family next door, noisy and the child kept rapping our door and running back to the room. The mother/granny was nasty because he had special needs, but should have been looking after him better.

Location was great as was the breakfast.

Water pressure was weak and walls very thin - we were unfortunate to experience the rowing family after midnight!

The location is brilliant, very close to the fairy bridge and the main beach. Irina is very helpful and friendly. Communication was excellent.

The road can be quoted noisy with windows open but that would be there case in most places in the area.

It was in a good location with private parking

The shower pipe was hanging off the wall and the shower door had a few big cracks in the door, the room was very dusty and at night time we closed over the window and it locked itself shut. In the morning we was woken around 9am to loud music which sounded it was being played from a phone and loud talking, sounded like the room next door was being cleaned.

Excessive use of key codes. Having to go through a key locked gate to park, then come out again to get in the front door was not pleasant. We got soaked. Bedroom was very cramped. No fridge

Owner off the place was a bit eignant,when we arrived at 2,45pm told us not aloud in till after 3 ,go look around the place very cheeky.when got into the room it was freezing no heating on all night,Sunday morning NO HOT WATER to wash are to have a shower, worst place we have stayed in and we have stayed all round bundoran WILLN'T BE BACK NEAR IT AGAIN. 3 OUT OFF 10

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’accueil par la jeune fille a été particulièrement agréable : sympathique et très arrangeante, elle a accepté d’avancer l’heure de notre breakfast. La chambre était très propre, avec un plateau thé/café très appréciable. Nous avons également pu profiter d’un parking sécurisé pour nos deux motos, ce qui était un vrai plus pour notre voyage.

Le seul petit bémol concerne l’insonorisation des chambres, assez limitée : nous avons entendu notre voisin ronfler une bonne partie de la nuit ainsi qu’une ventilation extérieure

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer, das exakt aussah wie auf dem Foto. Das Bad ist etwas eng, Lösung mit der Balkontür in der Duschkabine ungewöhnlich und die Temperatureinstellung etwas fummelig - aber wir sind klar gekommen. Besonders: ich hatte noch nie so hochwertige, seidigweiche Bettwäsche 😊…und hab auf Nachfrage direkt einen Link vom Gastgeber bekommen. Sicherer Parkplatz direkt am Haus.

Das Frühstück in der Küche wirkt etwas improvisiert und ungemütlich , ist aber ok.

Host was nice and provided all the information we needed for an easy check in. The private car park was nice too.

That you had to go through the car park gate to enter through the front. It was also hard to find the keypad as we arrived in the evening and didn’t see it at first.

The location is prefect, the place its safe is so safe and secure, with your own codes etc, bed was very comfy, the facilities in the room were fabulous 👌 And a lovely breakfast the next morning and the owner is lovely.

There is no heating after 8 pm, and the room becomes very cold at night. In addition, the power socket is placed very high on the wall. When using the kettle, it becomes difficult and unsafe to handle because my hands are close to the hot kettle and there is a risk of burning.

Very congested rooms

Secure gated parking for motorbike, good selection of tea and coffee in room. Main bedroom clean and tidy, very good breakfast.

Mattress very thin and uncomfortable really needs replacing, decorative cushion on bed dirty. Bathroom in poor condition and needs renovating to be in keeping with bedroom and rest of the establishment. Sadly other guests did not abide by the quiet hours and we were woken at 1.40am by them being drunk and then leaving tv blaring until 4am! Booking.com photos did not show breakfast options, which was a shame. Nor did it show bathroom facilities-which was probably a good idea.

Everything about this place was good.. Spotless and comfortable, warm and a fantastic breakfast. We had a friendly chat with the male host and we certainly will be back again.

Comfortable beds and proximity to town

We saw zero staff. Entry to car park, front door and bedroom via a code. Room was good but cold when we arrived and again the next morning

The accommodation was exceptionally clean and clearly recently renovated. A lot of care has been put into the details, which we really appreciated. The bedrooms were excellent, with very comfortable beds and high-quality, hotel-standard mattresses. Small touches like tea, coffee, water, and a hairdryer made the stay even more pleasant. The modern PIN-code access system was also very convenient and up to date.

The main issue was the heating. The radiator in our room was broken, and we were not informed about this before arrival. When we arrived, the room was very cold, and we assumed the heating would turn on automatically. After being out for several hours, we returned to find it still extremely cold, especially as the weather was windy and stormy. The bathroom was freezing as well. Only after contacting the owner were we told that there was an electric heater available in the room. We would have used it earlier if we had known. Considering that the property did not seem fully booked, we felt that offering an alternative room could have been a reasonable solution for the price.
