Mooi appartement in een prachtige fiets-wandelomgeving

De locatie en het uitzicht waren goed

Als je bij een accomodatie aankomt en er staat een vieze asbak met sigarettenpeuken op de tuintafel en naast de deur op de grond nog een dan is dat geen goed begin. Als je dan buiten wilt zitten en de sigarettenpeuken liggen in de stoelen dan is dat niet goed. Binnen zag het er op het eerste oog netjes uit, badkamer netjes. In de kamer lagen wat dode vliegen op de grond, het leek niet recent schoon gemaakt. Als je dan de salontafel bekijkt met alle kruimels van de afgelopen weken tussen het frame en de planken dan haak ik af.

Het is een fijn appartement in een mooie, rustige omgeving. Het contact met de host is prima.

Casa molto calda in quanto il sole batteva tutto il giorno con le finestre che non si potevano chiudere. Essendo una fila di appartamenti c'era il passaggio di persone avanti casa che aveva la parete finestrata. Letti non comodi. Bagno con tetto in pendenza quindi difficoltoso per le persone alte. WIFI con segnale praticamente assente!!

Very cosy, comfortable, clean. Beautiful place. We are a family of 4, size was perfect for us. Outside yard was lovely.

Nothing at all. Only observation is that if you have no car, it takes quite sometime to reach by bus + 15 min - beautiful - walk. It was perfect for us but you should be aware of this.

De ruimte en het terras

Binnenkomst ontzettend warm en de airco die het niet deed. De volgende dag is er wel een nieuwe airco gebracht. Ontzettend veel vliegen maar dat is wel te begrijpen bij een boerderij. Sommige zaken mochten wel een keer wat beter worden schoongemaakt, het koffiezetapparaat, de wasbak in de keuken bruine aanslag.

Рекомендую эти апартаменты для отдыха и поездок в Амстердам! Рядом с апартаментами есть парковка для гостей. Жилье оснащено хорошей кухней, есть терраса, где можно провести время. Имейте в виду, что это дуплекс и в спальню нужно подниматься по короткой, но крутой лесенке (не подходит для маленьких детей и пожилых людей). Очень интересно наблюдать за жизнью фермы.

Sehr schöne Lage, etwas abgelegenen, aber mit dem Auto war die nächste Metrostation in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig.

Das WLAN hatte eine schwache Leistung. (unter 10 MBits/sec). Die Treppe in das Obergeschoss war sehr steil und für ältere Personen evtl. ungeeignet. Da wäre ein zusätzliches Bild im Angebot hilfreich. Schade war, dass wir den Gastgeber nicht getroffen haben.

Cozy part of the outskirts of Amsterdam. Property surrounded by nature, big fields and farm animals. Location is peaceful and has good links to public transport. The Host, Daisy, greeted us on the 2nd day. Had good communication. Handy guidebook with lots of tips (nearby restaurants, supermarkets, public transport). Comfy sofa and beds. Modern bathroom, plenty of toilet roll and variety of towel sizes. Plenty of sockets. Secure front door locking mechanism. Good parking, had at least 8 spaces. Laundry room available to use at the back of property (separate door entrance).

Some of the utensils are a bit old and there's a knife that has a blade that comes out which is quite dangerous. Not enough variety of pan sizes. Issue with a missing smoke alarm that took a day or two to be fixed but Daisy was quick to respond when we noticed this. Blind too short, was quite bright in the bedroom in the early morning. Lack of hand soap, the one in the bathroom was watered down. Property lighting was dim in the evenings. Lack of AC, was a bit hot. No tissue boxes. Stairs were quite steep so you need to be careful going up.

Really a beautiful place to stay. Very clean and well made rooms. Surroundings are great and picturesque.

The location was a bit far and accessibility by public transport can be a challenge.

Appartamento molto bello e curato, posizione perfetta per raggiungere le principali località dei Paesi Bassi. Situato in una zona tranquilla, immersa nel verde. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili.

Die Unterkunft war niedlich und schön. Im ländlichen ruhig. Schnelle Verbindung zur Autobahn und zu paar Großstädte.

Wir hatten leider Pech mit Nachbarn in der Unterkunft, aber das weiß man vorher nicht.

Super schöne Lage. Tolles, kleines Häuschen mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

El entorno muy tranquilo y muy bonito. El alojamiento era comodo y se veia cuidado.

Esta un poco apartado, y el unico bus que te deja cerca termina sobre las 7 de la tarde. Asi que si te piensas mover y volver un poco tarde recomiendo ir con coche o bici.

Appartamento immerso nel verde e ideale per rilassarti e allontanarsi dalla caoticità delle città grandi, ma anche molto comodo per visitare il centro di Amsterdam perché a soli 5 minuti di auto dalla fermata della metro con parcheggio gratuito. Cucina fornita, appartamento pulitissimo e staff gentile e accogliente.

Kleine (onderhoud) dingetjes die aandacht verdienen. Deurklink buitendeur, afvoer badkamermeubel liep niet vlot door. Geen vaatwaspoeder.

Tout. Pour quelqu'un sui habite une île du Pacifique, c' est immense et différent. Merci aux propriétaire.

Peut être les mouches mais bon c'est juste parce qu'il faut écrire quelque chose.

Pros: • Convenient Location: The property is situated close to the metro, making it easy to get to downtown Amsterdam. • Clean Bedding: While guests are required to make their own bed upon arrival, it was reassuring to know the bedding was freshly laundered.

Cons: • Dark and Poorly Lit Interior: The inside of the property was very dark, with inadequate lighting that made it feel unwelcoming. • Excessive Noise: Constant noise from wind and road traffic above made it difficult to relax or get restful sleep. • Lack of Amenities Information: • While there was an old “things to do” book left on the table, it did not include any helpful information about using appliances or features in the property. • Shower Issues: • No hot water in the shower upon arrival, which was fixed after contacting the owner, but the issue reoccurred the following day. • Heating Problems: • The heater stopped working during our stay. After contacting the owner, we were told to use a small space heater instead, which was not adequate for the cold weather. • Cleanliness Issues: • The property appeared clean on the surface but had overlooked areas, such as dirty drawers and leftover food in the freezer. • DIY Chores: • Guests are required to make their own bed upon arrival, and before check-out, you must remove the bedding, clean the property, and take the trash outside. This is a surprising amount of work, especially given the cleaning fee charged at booking.

We've stayed here on a number of occasions. Car is essential. It is a great location for visiting Amsterdam (via the train or underground - about 10 mins drive away). We like being in the countryside and the accomodation itself is fine for self-catering. Good value for money.

Perfect location, nice and peaceful. Everything you needed and a very comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again.

The house is actually nice, its quite spacious and there is what you need for spending good time there. It's situated in a beautiful place along the river.

The problem is that the house is very far from the center. You have to walk 12 min to the nearest bus station, then 10 min of bus + 25 min of metro. At the end you need one hour, but that's during the week. On the week end there is no bus, so the nearest station is at 50 minutes by walk or if you take an uber would cold you 20€ (most of the driver didnt pick me up, I had to walk) During the day, the bus work only until 6pm... The host, didnt reply my question about the bus and bout renting a bike. I had to find all the answers by myself. I think it's not acceptable. The bed is too soft and not comfortable, the house has very low light, you barely see a thing at night. I wouldnt recommend you to stay there if you want to visit amsterdam because you will lose so much time and will need to do a gymnastic with your brain to be able to go back at night. Yes it's cheaper than other places in the center, but the waste of time, cost me more...

Everything was great. The location was rural and peaceful but no buses weekend or after 7pm.

Very cozy apartment. Perfect for staying close to Amsterdam and having a quiet place to rest. Everything was tidy and neat :)

Two beds had a topper mattress and were very comfortable but the other two didn't and unfortunately were uncomfortable in comparison. Other than that everything was fine!

Everything was perfect, from the moment we arrived. Daisy met us upon our arrival, and immediately showed us around the accommodation. What a stunning location to stay, and an amazing welcome by absolutely "perfect" hosts. 🤗

As we had our windows open in the bedroom at night, we could occasionally hear tractors on the nearby road (as it is quite close).
