The staff was inexperienced to handle a property , the overall property was good but the rooms were poorly maintained, bad pillows and beddings , lizards in the room , washroom fittings were falling off

I liked the room space and is near to the north cliff

Toilet flush was not working. Washbasin was clogged. Bad smell coming from outside or toilet. Towel they provided is washed but an old one

The location is very close to beach. There are various ways to reach the location, tryinf to find the location is tricky. The room is decent and no frills stuff. AJJU from the staff is very polite and gives you informatuon about the places to visit. He is kind and approchable, available.

The office reception & room cleanliness is handled by venga boys kind of guys, the bedspread was not chnaged and had stains, the pillow covers had human hair indicating it had not been cleaned or changed. The A/C is not functional most of the time and keeps tripping. The bathroom is always wet and doesnot dry even if you keep the exhaust fan running 24/7. The lights in the bathroom above washbasin is non functional. The water tap in the washbasin outside the bathroom is leaking always and complaints to get it rectified goes unattended leading to huge water wastage. The doormats are not dusted daily or cleaned and dusting is done on the walls leading to tbe dust & dirt settling on the guys in the lower balcony, common sense is absent. No hot water and the geyser light shows powered on but no hot water foe bathing.

Additionally, the pathway to the beach is uneven, not wheelchair-friendly, and may be difficult for senior citizens to navigate. The route can feel slightly isolated and unsafe at night. The hotel does not offer in-house food service, and cutlery is not provided for guests ordering outside food to their rooms.

One of the worst places I have ever stayed in. The room we were given was completely dirty. The sheets clearly had hair on them and had obviously been used by someone else. We had to ask them to change the bedding because it was unacceptable. THE WORST PART OF THIS PLACE IS THE PEOPLE WHO RUN IT. They are extremely disrespectful. The same people who manage the accommodation spend the entire night outside talking loudly, shouting, and making noise right next to the rooms, making it impossible to sleep. Throughout the night they also start their vehicles and aggressively rev the engines. When my girlfriend politely went outside to ask them to please lower the noise and avoid starting the vehicles because we couldn’t sleep, one of them — who appeared to be the owner or the person in charge — invited her to get into his vehicle. This behavior was completely inappropriate and made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. If you are a woman or traveling as a couple, I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Extremely Disappointing – Not as Presented We booked four nights at Aronic Hotel expecting a comfortable, restful stay near the sea. Unfortunately, the accommodation fell well below reasonable expectations. The room provided was separate from the main building and felt more like a converted storage space than guest accommodation. Floors were visibly dirty, walls were scuffed and cracked, and there was a heavily soiled concrete ledge above the bed. Barred, obscured windows created a dark and confined atmosphere. Furniture was minimal and inadequate for a four-night stay. We also noted maintenance and safety concerns, including exposed electrical contacts in a light fitting, flickering lights, and protruding screws at head height. The bathroom was poorly maintained, with grime around the extractor fan, dirty window slats, an ill-fitting door, and no functioning hot water despite the system being switched on. We raised these issues promptly and requested either a suitable alternative room or a refund for the remaining nights. A considerable portion of our stay was spent documenting the condition of the room and seeking resolution. We do not leave negative reviews lightly. However, due to the cleanliness, maintenance, and safety concerns encountered, we would advise future guests to clarify the exact room type and condition before booking.

I liked the location on helipad hidden behind the north cliff just a 30 second walk through the back lanes. Away from all the main restaurants , cafes, shops and steps down to the main beach. I had a short stay , so very convenient for my requirements. My room was a good size, clean, comfortable and quiet . Very easy to walk along the beach to the south side for a quieter experience if required, which I did do . Very much enjoyed the walk at sunset 🌅 along the clean beach which went on for a few km . Water beautiful and warm

El colchón era muy cómodo. El lugar era tranquilo, a pesar de que los días en los que estuve había obras en el edificio de al lado y había ruido desde temprano, lo que hizo que el descanso se interrumpiera por las mañanas.

Hubieron varios cortes de agua durante mi estancia, habian desechos de anteriores clientes en el baño y hormigas en la habitación atraidas por un cubo de basura sucio. La atención del personal fue pésima. Además, hubo un malentendido con mi reserva, se liaron con las fechas y querían que saliera antes de lo reservado, la actitud del personal en ese momento no fue la correcta. En el check out fueron desagradables.

Everything was perfect!

Great hotel set back from the cliff. About a 5 minute walk to the restaurants on the North Cliff and 10 minutes to the beach max. The rooms are of good size and have all the facilities you would need. It is extremely reasonably priced. The staff are all friendly and very helpful.

Unprofessional behaviour Booking cancellation We had booked the hotel one month in advance, and the booking was confirmed by the hotel. The payment mode was set as ‘pay directly at the property.’ However, on the day of check-in, the hotel unexpectedly cancelled our booking, stating that no rooms were available. This was extremely disappointing and caused great inconvenience.

The hotel didn't provide the basic amenities like TV, Hot Water Kettle, Tissues etc. The bedsheets and pillow cover were uncleaned and there was hole in the blanket. Room was handed over to us in dirty condition. We were made to wait at the reception for checking in inspite of doing full payment and advance booking from Booking.com

We had a ground floor room and unfortunately got woken multiple times in the night by mopeds. The area is prone to power cuts (not the hotel's fault) and the sound of things turning on and off in the night can be disruptive. Also we chose to pay at property and there were no card facilities so had to find an atm to pay, this would have been useful to know in advance.

The only good part about the stay was its proximity to the beach. The outdoors were pretty. That's about it.

To begin with, the staff seemed quite unwelcoming and unhelpful. There was no concept of room service, not even a phone in the room. The wifi didn't work properly and there was very little furniture in the room to keep our stuff. Only one light switch was functional in the room and the staff didn't seem to pay attention to anything. Really disappointed for the 13k we paid for 2 nights
