Nous avons tout apprécié ! L’architecture, le design, le confort, le délicieux petit-déjeuner préparé à la demande et la gentillesse de toute l’équipe. Une mention spéciale à Abderrahim, qui a été d’une grande attention. Il nous a aidés à organiser notre itinéraire et nous a donné d’excellents conseils, toujours avec le sourire. Tout était parfait, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Enorm veel rust! Alles is mogelijk als je het vraagt. De Riad wordt gerund door 4 personen die enorm hard werken. Ondanks het feit dat niet iedereen Engels of Frans spreekt, proberen ze om een gesprekje aan te gaan. Super! Er zijn 5 kamers beschikbaar, dus erg kleinschalig waardoor je nog meer tot rust komt.

De kussens zijn iets te hard

De ligging is top, dichtbij de souks en verschillende bezienswaardigheden, vriendelijk ontvangst en behulpzame mensen, heerlijk ontbijt en prachtig verblijf, echt een aanrader!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The riad is in a perfect location, making it easy to explore Marrakech while still feeling like a peaceful oasis. Everything was spotlessly clean, the breakfast was delicious every morning, and the rooftop was simply amazing. What made this place truly special, though, was the people. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. They were always happy to help us with anything we needed and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. This was honestly one of the most beautiful and memorable places I have ever stayed in, and I am so grateful that I found it. If I ever return to Marrakech, I would not hesitate to book here again. Thank you for everything and for making our trip so special! ❤️

Todas as minhas expectativas foram superadas com tamanha hospitalidade ♥️ Ficamos no quarto do piso da piscina que esteve sempre fresco nos primeiros dias e nos últimos 3 dias ligamos o ar condicionado um pouco cada dia. Estava sempre tudo limpinho e as nossas toalhas eram trocadas todos os dias. A nossa cozinheira, Fatima Zahra, é execelente e por isso recomendo a todos que queiram lá ficar que experimentem os cozinhados dela 👌 O alojamento está numa boa localização, a vizinhança é tranquila e passando lá uns dias já as pessoas que tinham os seus negócios à nossa volta já nos conheciam. É uma zona tranquila e perto um pouco de tudo o que se possa querer visitar. Também fomos andar de balão, uma atividade sugerida pelo Abderrahim e que nos encheu o coração 🥰

The property, the management and the staff were exceptional! We were fortunate to be the only guests - thank you for hosting us, especially during the time of Eid al-Adha. Despite the festivities everyone was extremely accommodating. Staying in this wonderful Riad was the icing on the cake: perfect location for exploring the Medina (3-minute walk) as well as the other sights (up to 25 minutes). We wouldn“t want to stay anywhere else! Neither should you!

Uitstekende ligging! Geen moment onveilig gevoeld. De riad ligt ideaal in een rustige buurt, maar op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Ook het personeel was heel erg behulpzaam. De riad is prachtig om te zien en de kamer was heel schoon en prachtig.

Um oásis no coração da confusão. Entrar no Riad ao fim de um dia de caminhada intensa entre os ruídos e cheiros da medina, é como entrar num paraíso. Muito limpo, com um cheirinho muito agradável. Um atendimento 5 estrelas pelos funcionários. E um pequeno almoço excelente. Com opção de ovos diversa, sumo de laranja acabado de espremer e pães feitos na hora. E ainda um doce diferente todas as manhãs: panquecas, crepes, bolo e até rabanadas ☺️

The staff were very wonderful, and the room was cozy and clean. The place has a beautiful aesthetic just like the pictures online and is a calming escape from the chaos of the Medina! The breakfast is really good. The pool is small but crisp and cold and a dunk will cool you off on a hot day. The terrace is really lovely with a breeze and shade. The place felt very high end!

The shag rugs in our room felt a little unclean and could be replaced. The slow jazz music that plays in the courtyard was not my favorite vibe!

Er werd elke ochtend een vers ontbijt voor je gemaakt, de ene keer waren er wentelteefjes en de andere keer was er taart of een pannenkoekje. Altijd een glaasje met vers sap en een bordje gesneden fruit. Dag en nacht konden we een beroep doen op het personeel, er was altijd iemand aanwezig en dit was erg fijn. Er werd midden in de nacht om 4 uur met je mee gelopen naar de taxi voor de veiligheid van mijzelf en mijn 2 dochters. Er werd veel uitleg gegeven over de toeristische attracties en ook kregen we de nodige tips. Veilige taxi met Engels sprekende chauffeur werd voor ons geregeld voor onze doorreis naar de kust.

Persoonlijk vonden wij dat de matrassen ondanks de extra topper hard waren. Ook hoor je in een Riad elk geluid van de andere gasten, dit waren er gelukkig niet heel veel.

Un lugar maravilloso. Si ya es bonito en las fotos, espera a verlo en persona: supera cualquier expectativa. Cada rincón tiene un encanto especial y está cuidado con mucho gusto. El personal es increíblemente amable y atento, siempre pendiente de cada detalle para que la estancia sea perfecta. Todo transmite una paz y una armonía únicas, haciendo que la experiencia sea realmente especial e inolvidable.

The property is centrally located in the medina and accessible to lot of places by walking. There are only 4 rooms in the property so not lots of noise. Rooms are outfitted with AC and the staff are friendly.

It was a difficult to find and it’s not listed on the notice board with other medinas so needed to ask for directions. The room doesn’t have a lot of natural lighting.

All the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The riad was beautiful, comfortable and very relaxing place to stay. Breakfast was great and staff were very welcoming.

Le petit déjeuner était top avec une équipe à nos petits soins et d'une grande gentillesse. Le Riad était dans un quartier très calme et très central.

Il manque peut être un peu de rangement pour un séjour d‘une semaine.

Great location, amazing breakfast

Dies ist ein sehr charmantes, hübsches kleines Riad mit hervorragendem Service, freundlichen, hilfsbereiten und herzlichen Menschen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt hier! Tolle Lage an sehr authentischem kleinen Souk, der vor allem Einheimischen zum Einkaufen dient. Die innere Medina mit den grossen Souks und Sehenswürdigkeiten ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreicht.

This was a beautiful little Riad that surpassed our expectations. We loved its location, very close to all the attractions but blissfully quiet and peaceful, a real sanctuary to escape the heat and busyness of the medina. Breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious and every inch of the accommodation was spotlessly clean. Staff were helpful and friendly too. Would definitely recommend.

This place is an absolute gem. The accommodation is beautiful, pristinely clean and a lovely calm oasis in the middle of a hectic city. Abderrahim and the team were the perfect hosts. Helping us navigate our way around the city with recommendations, ideas and bookings. The local area felt very safe and had a lovely vibe and only a few minutes walk from all the main attractions of Marrakesh. The breakfast was amazing, plenty to eat and drink. We ate one night in the Riad too and the food was amazing. You have to order it in the morning and we were able to bring our own wine as the Riad is not licensed. A perfect holiday 😊

El personal es lo mejor, super atentos y amables. Mención especial para Mehdi, realmente majisimo. El riad es precioso, no le falta detalle y el desayuno riquisimo y casero. Ubicación genial.

Lo único malo es que desde la habitación se escuchaba todo, al estar cerca de la zona de desayuno y la entrada del riad. Nos pusimos tapones para dormir pero aun así se oye ruido.

Estuvimos alojados 5 días. El personal es fantástico y siempre intenta ayudar. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de la medina a pie, pero a la vez tranquilo para poder descansar. Hay varias tiendas muy cerca para comprar lo básico. El desayuno muy rico y variado. El riad en general está muy limpio, las camas y almohadas son muy cómodas. Si volviera a Marrakesh, volvería a alojarme aquí

It was in a very nice in safe neighborhood and calm place but in the same time not faraway from all famous locations. Very friendly and supportive stuff, they helped to book Hammam despite it was fully booked, manage for us the city guide, the place itself has traditional, but at the same time but modern chick, and, most importantly had a quite good noice cancellation.

Location has security which makes you feel at ease through the busy centre. Newly renovated building with relaxed music and atmosphere. Rooftop chill area is a great addition. Facilities are amazing the shower and AC with breakfast served between 8-10:30. Staff will accommodate your plans you just drop them a message and will help you with what you need Overall top experience 👍

The decor is stunning. I loved it. The location is so quiet compared to the rest of the medina. The staff are exceptionally helpful. Abderrahim (hopefully spelt correctly) booked us a fab restaurant in the New Town called Azar. We also messed up our tour dates and this was sorted out so efficiently. The breakfast was delicious and we had dinner upon arrival and it was the nicest tagline we had in Morocco.

The shower took a while to get to the right temperature but no big drama.

Der Aufenthalt im Riad Chic war vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment ganz wundervoll. Die Mitarbeiter des Riads waren so hilfsbereit und liebenswürdig, sie machten unseren Aufenthalt zu einer großartigen Erinnerung. Das Frühstück, welches jeden Tag frisch von Fatimzahra zubereitet wurde, war köstlich, ebenso das von ihr zubereitete Abendessen, welches wir 1x im Riad genossen haben (sehr empfehlenswert). Stefan und Abderrahim haben uns tolle Tipps gegeben und unseren Ballonflug und den Ausflug zum Anima Garden organisiert. Das Riad hat nur 4 Zimmer und liegt in einer kleinen, sehr ruhigen Gasse. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Medina sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und wunderschön gestaltet. Da passt einfach alles, vom Zierpolster bis zur Badewanne. Wenn wir alles in einem Wort zusammen fassen müssten: Herzensempfehlung! Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

The Riad was in a great location, extremely quiet. It was close to restaurants and places you can purchase bottled water etc. The staff were very friendly and we felt at home. The breakfast was fantastic and very filling. Extremely clean throughout.

The shower temperature was sometimes intermittent.

SUPERB STAY! Abdul and Fatima couldn’t have done more for us. A truly enjoyable stay with lovely staff and a beautiful setting. Couldn’t recommend more!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr ästhetisch eingerichtet und hat sehr nettes Personal. Das Frühstück dort ist auch wirklich lecker!

Das Badezimmer war etwas „oll“. Zwar schön eingerichtet, aber man hätte es besser pflegen können. Klopapier und Kosmetiktücher wurden nicht aufgefüllt und der Föhn ging auch nicht mehr richtig. Leider mussten wir für unseren Flughafentransfer 25€ zahlen, obwohl eigentlich 10-15€ normal sind. Das fanden wir sehr schade und haben es als „Abzocke“ wahrgenommen.

Wspaniały Riad. Bardzo gustownie urządzony. Bardzo cichy. Bardzo dobre dojście bez błądzenia po ciemnych uliczkach. Obsługa pierwsza klasa! Podczas naszego pobytu opiekowali się nami wszyscy trzej Panowie. Pozdrawiamy! No i jedzenie. Polecam zamawiać kolację w Riadzie. To prawdziwa uczta. Zamowienie Tajine, sałatki i deseru to wyzwanie 😋 Ale warto stawić mu czoła. Śniadanie oczywiście też na 5.

Laa personas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables. El diseño es muy prolijo y acogedor.

Sehr liebe Mitarbeiter und zuvorkommender Service. Immer verfügbar und daran interessiert, eine Lösung zu finden oder bei der Tagesplanung zu unterstützen. Großzügiges Zimmer und Bad mit tollem Dekor. Alles neu und sauber. Das Frühstück wurde persönlich zubereitet, es gab jeden Tag eine Abwandlung mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft, Tee, Kaffee und war sehr großzügig. Wir durften es auf dem Balkon in der Sonne einnehmen. Zentrale Lage in der Medina und eine Oase der Ruhe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Kleine Details wie ein Nachttischchen würden helfen. Die Badezimmertür ging nicht richtig zu (vermutlich etwas verzogen, die wirklich schöne Holztür). Es gibt keine riesengroße Auswahl beim Frühstück, aber dafür ist es persönlich und frisch. Es ist ein Riad für alle, die es lieber klein und persönlich schätzen, als groß und unpersönlich.

I want to thank and give best regards to the staff specially Najiz from receiving us to departure he made sure we felt comfortable and safe. And big thanks to the young and smart boy during night shift Youssef you took care of us . And also want to thank to the owner of the property. Thank inshallah will come back soon and stay here .

Had a wonderful stay with my two kids. Location was central and very close the medina. The riad was beautiful inside and clean. All the staff were really welcoming and helpful especially yousef who looked after me and my kids and helped with anything we asked. Breakfast was amazing and very filling.

Internet went down for a day, but the manager was really understanding and helpful and came down to the riad himself to have the problem sorted.

Personnel très Agréable, le Riad a très peu de logements mais cela permet de garder son authenticité. Il est à 8 minutes de la koutoubia, la déco est top et il est dans un quartier calme

Tot el personal encantador, amable i atent. Ajudant en qualsevol moment que els hi ho demanis. El riad es precios i ben situar dins la medina, dins una zona tranquila i a 15-20minuts dels principals atractius de la ciutat. Molt recomanble l'esmorzar i el tracte dins un espai molt bonic.

L'unic a millorar és la senyalització o explicacions per arribar-hi, realment dificil de trobar pero Mehdi molt amablament va venir a buscar-nos a la ubicació on li varem indicar per acompanyar-nos personalment a la porta. Varem arribar de nit i plovent, feia fred, i de seguida ens va confortar amb uns datils i llet calenta.

Riad molto carino e confortevole. Lo staff è stato sempre gentile e a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa. Colazione ricca. Il primo giorno ci siamo accorti di un problema al condizionatore ed il giorno dopo era già stato risolto! Posizione comoda per raggiungere tutti i siti e vicino a dove passano tanti taxi.

Al nostro arrivo è stato difficile trovare il riad, in quanto è in una stradina appartata senza indicazioni di alcun tipo. Consiglierei allo staff di dare preventivamente qualche indicazione in piu a chi deve arrivare.

Riad Chic!!! Amazing property in the Medina of Marrakech. Close enough to all the key attractions whilst also set a little out of the main square for some peace and quiet in the evening. The Riad itself was very well presented with Breakfast included each morning. The staff could not do enough for us, Mehdi looked after us for the week serving our breakfast each morning and very accommodating throughout. Mehdi met us from our taxi on the first night and regularly offered advice and help throughout our stay. Mohamed also welcomed us and again very hospitable throughout our stay. Very impressed with staff and breakfast. Would highly recommend the Riad and would return when we go back to Marrakech! They also have their own Cafe - Cafe Chic a short walk from the Riad which deliver exceptional Frappuccino’s!

The Riad was a little cold at night but no fault of the guys themselves just to note take some extra layers for the evening as temperatures can drop.

I did not give a 10 just because of 3 things that could have made the stay a 10...1. the room was cold, the AC did not have enough power to make a comfortable temp in winter temperatures. 2. eating breakfast in the patio is very nice, but at 3 degrees its not very comfortable...in Spring it will be great! 3. shower had a problem with the temp, water came out or freezing or boiling. The rest was fantastic!!

Struttura meravigliosa. In un luogo centralissimo al cuore della città ma allo stesso tempo silenzioso e riservato. Il punto forte della struttura, oltre l’impeccabile pulizia, è lo staff. Persone che rispecchiano le caratteristiche di questo popolo stupendo: cordiali, educati, sorridenti e pronti a venire incontro a qualsiasi tipo di esigenza. Se trascorrete una vacanza in questa incredibile città il Riad Chic è sicuramente la scelta migliore per soggiornare.
