The position of the camp is beautiful and the staff is very friendly, both the ride with the quad and the return with the dromedairies where very nice.

The bath proposed as fully functioning was in effect good to have because of the toilet but not so good in terms of water available in the sink and the shower

We spent one night in a luxury camp in the middle of the desert, and it was an amazing experience. The location is perfect, surrounded by dunes and total silence. The food was delicious, and the tent was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with a private toilet and shower. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a unique desert experience.

Our time in the Merzouga desert was full of great moments. The Jeep tour was a nice introduction to the Sahara, but the quad biking was the real highlight, riding over the high dunes and trying sandboarding was an unforgettable experience. We truly recommend this activity to anyone visiting the area. In the evening, we relaxed in a comfortable luxury tent, enjoyed a tasty dinner, and spent the night in a calm desert atmosphere with a helpful and friendly guide. A perfect balance between adventure and relaxation.

The desert itself was beautiful, and the camel experience was wonderful too. However, the camp had nothing to do with the photos. It was extremely poor, with no heating at all, even though I had specifically read previous guest reviews mentioning there was heating. I believe we were placed in a completely different camp. One of the tents we had booked had no hot water in the bathroom, and the toilet flush didn’t work. There was no clear schedule for dinner, breakfast, or any planned activities — we had to ask about everything ourselves. I definitely would not recommend Global Luxury Camp.

Este sitio es una oferta engañosa. No aceptan tarjeta de crédito y además el precio que da booking no incluye el traslado hasta la tienda (un trayecto de 10 minutos en camioneta 4x4) entonces luego que haces la reserva de booking, te escriben un mensaje con los precios del traslado que resultan más costosos que la reserva de Booking y además solo aceptan efectivo. Cancelé la reserva y me escribieron un mensaje con otras tarifas menores que incluía el traslado. Al final me quedé en otro sitio, con el señor Hassam que lo conocimos en el restaurante Dar Mama, nos dio mejor precio y aceptaba tarjeta de crédito.

It was very cold, but that is something out of the property’s control, as we went during the cold time of year. There were no heaters, but I understand heaters may not be feasible. Perhaps in the future, this could change.

Uns hat die Einrichtung sowie das Camp an sich sehr gut gefallen. Besonders die gute Lage mit einer riesigen Düne vor dem Camp war schön. Auch hat uns das Essen total gemundet.

Leider wurde in der Zimmerbeschreibung deklariert, dass eine Heizung verfügbar sein sollte. Aber die Heizung haben wir leider nicht vorgefunden und somit die ganze Nacht mehr oder weniger gefroren.

Dit notre arrivée ils nos propose un prix trop cher 60 eur par personne pour ne déposer au cump même pas 10 mn de route ( vrai arnaque) Sur place des gens qui ont rien avoir avec l hospitalité marocaine nos traite d’une façon bizarre et impolie Qualité des tentes mauvaise - le dîner et petit déjeuner catastrophique impossible de le proposer ni de le servir Et vraiment ce que j’ai pas supporter ces personnes impolies et qui veulent juste profiter Ils ont annulé notre réservation juste pour prendre l argent liquide ( en espèce ) et ne pas permettre au service boking de prendre leur commission ces des choses que je peux pas accepter 😡

Everything about this place was absolutely top notch,the location, the accommodations, the staff, and the unforgettable activities! Ali, the owner, is an outstanding host and communicator. He answered all of our questions with care and truly goes above and beyond to create memorable experiences for his guests. I’ve been here three times with my friend, and every visit has been nothing short of spectacular. Hamid and the entire onsite team are wonderful, the delicious food, great drinks, and well-organized activities made our stay even more special. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. The Staff was the best part of our whole experience .

I only liked the activity (camel ride) to go to the camp and the music with fire.

I thought I made a great choice when booking this camp because the photos on Booking.com looked amazing compared to others. However, when I arrived, the reality was quite different. The outside didn’t match the pictures at all, it looked like they had just painted the ground to make it appear like a carpet. The inside of the room also looked nothing like the photos. The food was honestly the worst we had during our trip to Morocco. They had shown beautiful pictures of a dinner feast online, but in reality, we were served ratatouille with rice, three deep fried chicken legs, boiled macaroni, carrots, potatoes, and zucchini, all completely bland and tasteless. As for the location, the photos made it seem like the camp was in the middle of the Sahara Desert, but it’s actually outside the desert area, just like many other hotels nearby. For the same price, you could easily stay in a much nicer hotel for two nights, with better desert views and even a pool. To make things worse, they turn off all the lights at 10 pm which was actually the only nice part of the camp and also shut down the only charging area for phones. Meanwhile, the camp next to us was playing music all night, and we could clearly hear them having a great time.

The staff were warm and welcoming, and the food was excellent. Our tent was cozy and comfortable, even on a chilly night. With only eight tents, the camp feels intimate and personal compared to larger ones. The service is great, the food delicious, the tents ultra clean and comfortable, the guests were from varied countries and were very friendly. The activities offered were fun and although we didn’t participate in all of them, we noticed everything ran on time. All the group leaders were very friendly. Our camp director Ali is very attentive, he learns everybody’s name and makes sure all are comfortable. He shared a lot of background on desert life which was interesting. The evening serenade is nice, the music stimulating, and it’s a nice time to mingle with other guests. The dromedary rides were my favorite. Hamid the handler is very young but showed great skills, and he takes great pics of the experience while riding. Our tour operator’s name is Ali, he turned out to be very reliable and friendly, and was constantly checking that our experience was a positive one. We are very grateful to all our newfound friends in the desert for all their attentions to us, Thank you very much.

Global Luxury Camp gave us an incredible taste of the Sahara. The camel trek at sunset, cozy and clean desert tents, and delicious traditional meals made this trip unforgettable. Our guides (Ali and Hamid) were warm, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about their culture. Sitting under the stars, listening to Berber music by the fire—it was pure magic. The camp is also very conveniently located—there’s a car park just nearby, which made everything so easy. Highly recommend this for anyone wanting an authentic desert adventure

Great moment in a heavenly place. Ali, his brothers, and his staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and pleasant, taking great care of their guests. The tents are splendid and extremely clean, as are the restrooms, which are always spotless. They even take the time to put incense in each bathroom. The dinner was delicious and plentiful. The breakfast was complete. A wonderful evening around a fire with a traditional band. If you're looking for a typical Saharan place with a wonderful welcome, go there with your eyes closed.
