清潔感がありスタッフの応対も親切で分かりやすかった。

駐車場の充実を望むのは欲ですかね。そばに駐車場はたくさんあるが土曜日で満車、火山灰と雨と重なり大変でした。今後の参考にしていただければ。

窗外看到到櫻島，環境空間都很好，有兩個洗面台，房間就有洗衣機很棒。可以簡易料理但是就沒有提供調味料，這點有點美中不足。 到店付現只接受刷卡

Brand new hotel. Very comfortable and very spacious rooms. Good breakfast included. Very close to the busy streets.

場所が天文館中心でよい。部屋も広くきれいで快適でした。

部屋の匂い。アメニティが無いこと。館内は良い香りでしたが、部屋が前の客の焼肉の匂いなのか、変な匂いがして気分が悪くなりそうでした。窓も開けられず、空気清浄機も無かったので苦慮しました。アメニティも、化粧水やメイク落としなどはなかったです。

掃除が行き届いていた。

夜、近隣のカラオケがうるさく眠れなかった。アメニティに耳栓が置いてあったのを思い出し取りに行ったが、そういうことだったんですね。冷房が寒かったので温度を上げたら今度は暖房になってしまうなど、よくわからない機能のエアコンだった。

Room was spacious for a family of 6. Washing machine and kitchenette very useful.

No lounge area in reception

We stayed here with our 1 year old toddler and it is the perfect accommodation! We chose a room with two large queen/king size beds that could technically sleep up to six (though I think that’d be a pretty tight squeeze), and it was perfect for our family of 3. The tatami mat living space was clutch for my 1 year old who crawls and walks around a lot, so I was deliberate in choosing places that don’t have carpeted floors. Having the beds on an elevated platform helped keep the space feel big and airy. The kitchenette was perfect so we could cook our own meals and the washer/dryer combo was so handy. Location is ideal and you can easily walk to Tenmonkan, to the ekimae, or hail taxis. The red coffee truck out front is so cute. Loved being able to get new towels on the daily and choose pajamas when needed. I HIGHLY recommended for anyone and everyone and we’ll definitely stay here again when we return to Kagoshima!

The sensor light in the room entrance area is helpful though at night, when someone needed to use the bathroom, it’d light up the dark space and easily wake others. If there was a translated simple manual for the minisplit and the washer/dryer, that’d be helpful. Lastly, every time we told a taxi driver our address, the 7-30 would not show up on their maps (just 7-29 or 7-31) but it was simple enough to tell them where the hotel was as we approached. Perhaps a sign in the driveway would be helpful for drivers.

小学生1人未就学児3人の5人で泊まりました。 清潔感がありとても快適に過ごすことができました。 お部屋に洗濯機も設置されていて当日着ていた服も洗濯して帰ることが出来ました。帰ってからの片付け洗濯が大変なので、そのひと手間が省ける事が大変ありがたかったです。

子供用のハンガーが少しでも置いてあると助かりました。

Goede locatie. Op loopafstand van de ferry naar de vulkaan. Heerlijk bed. Brandschoon. Fijne douche en douchegel etc. Het ligt in leuke levendige buurt Tenmonkan . Maar de straat zelf is rustig. We keken uit op lelijke binnenplaats maar who cares. Leuke rooftop/restaurant al vonden we ontbijt wat matig.

Dat je sauna moest reserveren en betalen. Ontbijt was ook niet heel bijzonder. Jammer dat ze geen Japans ontbijt serveren

Hôtel moderne, propre et confortable. Le personnel est très accueillant et très professionnel. Merci beaucoup pour l’aide apportée. Le restaurant (Roof Top) est également très bien.

Les chambres des niveaux inférieurs n’ont malheureusement pas de vue.

Liked room size, washer, beds were comfy, there were ice dispensers and water dispensers on multiple floors and there was luggage locks to secure the luggage if you arrive before your check in time or leave after your checkout time. Lots of nice amenities overall, big fan of this hotel would gladly stay again.

値段が安いのに部屋は広く清潔でおしゃれでした。

専用の無料駐車場があれば嬉しかったですが、近くに安い駐車場はたくさんあるので問題はありません。

The incredible view of Sakurajima was the highlight of our stay. The room was spacious, modern, and very quiet, which made everything feel relaxing and comfortable. Great selection of amenities and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and easy.

ホテルを見つけづらい

Amazing location, right above Tenmonkan street! Has easy access to transportation (by few minutes of walking). The sauna in the room is really good and relaxing after long days of traveling. The staff were nice and helpful all the time.

The room was a bit small for 2 people. Some of the lights and our safe didn't work well even when the staff tried to fix them. Except for that nothing bad to say.

屋上の見晴らしが最高。桜島がドーンと全部見える。そこの半屋外のレストランで朝食。美味しかった。案内係のおばちゃんも気が利く。

チェックインでタブレットに入力させられるのが面倒。なぜ客にやらせるのか。 エレベーターや入室はいちいち暗証番号が必要で非常に面倒。受付時のおねーちゃんが、歯ブラシなどのアメニティーの案内を忘れて入室して何も無いことにきがついた。

Dieses Hotel kann ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das Zimmer das ich gebucht hatte, war wunderbar. Sehr groß, bestens ausgestattet, sehr sauber und das Personal war wirklich überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles ist modern gestaltet aber gut verständlich und wer Probleme beim self check in hat, bekommt sofort Hilfe. Die Lage des Hotels empfand ich als perfekt weil Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut zu Fuss zu erreichen sind. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Le sauna dans la chambre était agréable mais avant de proposer un service premium il faudrait s’assurer que le basic soit présent . Belle terrasse avec vue sur le volcan mais accessible aussi de l’extérieur avec un bar Rooftop . Personnel gentil mais souvent absent. Esthétique moderne très agréable.

Les basiques manquent : chambre petite, prix très élevé par rapport aux autres hôtels de Kagoshima et par rapport au service, la moquette du couloir était assez sale, la clime très bruyante et le personnel presque jamais la. Café pour une seule nuit, pas de thé. Pas de place dans la chambre pour ouvrir les valises, sous le lit il y a un emplacement mais trop petit pour une valise de soute. Attention il n’y a pas de possibilité d’envoyer ses bagages avec Yamato, service présent dans la plupart des hôtels. Les serviettes sont données tous les jours mais la chambre pas rangée et la poubelle pas retirée, ce que pour le prix payé est assez désagréable.

Amazong rook with plenty of space, power sockefs, a grest view (5th floor) and really good comfortable beds. The Hotel staff were gratt altbough apart from check in we didnt see them as we were out and about, but the chexk in experience was very good and easy. Having washing/drying machine was great as we are 2 bikers (man/wife) on the road round Japan so 2 days here was just fantastic from all perspectives and it was one of the best hotel stsys we had here. Big bike parking is only a 5 min walk away but you will need to remove panniers to get bike into space as usual. ¥300 for 48 hours secure parking, bargain. Will definately be leeping an eye oit for FAV hotels from now on as it was excellent value for money, clean, modern and just ideal, thsnks FAV Lux Kagoshima team..

Hotel advertises as having a spa and wellness centre. They only have a Sauna, which costs 9000 Yen for 2 hours and was already fully booked by the time we arrived. Disappointing.

出張にはちょうどいい感じがしました ルームキーの渡し方が大変珍しいかたちでした（今後のスタイルになるのですかね？？）

サウナがありますが、宿泊者はだれでも利用できると思っておりました ２名以上の利用で有料なのでその辺が残念でした

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage, Zimmer ausreichend groß. Sogar Tisch und zwei Stühle sind vorhanden. Waschmaschine im Waschraum und auch Wasser, Eismaschine und Getränkeautomat.

Betten etwas zu weich. Unangenehm, dass die Kllma-Anlage direktaufs Bett bläst, egal wie man sie einstellt. Derr Kühlschrank brummte auch sehr laut. Man musste zur Nacht den Stecker ziehen, um Ruhe zu haben

We had a sauna in our room, it was very cool, clean comfortable room, great views from rooftop restaurant and bar and in a great location.

You can’t message or call them if you need anything , you have to go up to the 13th floor and they don’t fill the coffee up daily.

We got kicked out of the empty patio during a rainy day when no one else was present. We told them we were just sitting outside to enjoy the view with some baked goods. They must have misunderstood, as soon after they led us outside, we started snacking and lounging and then they kicked us out for not ordering anything

The Roof was really a exzellente location with a great view. But the room was small and the bed extremly low.

Size of bed and 2 pillows and good shower and location

No amenities bar, unhelpful too young staff “too cool for school” - parking was advised by staff at 1400 per day and was in fact 2400 per day. We stayed in many 3 star hotels in Japan that were much better than this 4 star - they had free onsen whereas this was 7000 yen for private use. Staff need a big wake up call on customer service - whole check in was chaotic, our room door wouldn’t work with code and no wi-fi till a techno guy with a laptop figured it all out.

Room was amazing with views of Sakurajima. Also was great to have a washing machine in our room.

Room was fabulous, the low floor, non-existant view and quiet music from the next door club less so. Location was great, super nice with the park near and right next to the more nightlife and shopping area, bit far from ocean. Shower itself was nice and big, as was bathroom.

Shower doesnt run very cold, but does very hot.
