I was surprised by the rules of not allowing my visiting guest to come up to my room the has two chairs but they allow outside guest. When time for sleep I pull back the comforter to find stain white sheet, WiFi was not working have the time. Television was very limited to options of channels. Hotel in the middle of a construction zone dirt ever where When you walk outside. They only good thing is a beautiful Masjid in walking distance. You are charged for coffee with your free not so great free breakfast. Will not go back. Make sure you book right Hotel in this area Royal Day Plaza looks much friendlier and better maintain Hotel.

Nothing shower drain clogging hard to turn shower on had to call maintenance to repair shower

All the staff were friendly, especially Mr. Ahmed at reception; he was respectful and friendly.

The restaurant is very small and lacks air conditioning, in addition to the absence of fresh drinks at breakfast. I hope they will pay more attention to the food and drinks, even if it costs extra; the important thing is variety and high quality, like at the other hotel, Royal Day Plaza.

Il soggiorno è stato semplicemente eccezionale, superiore a ogni aspettativa. Non è la prima volta che soggiorno in questa struttura e sicuramente non sarà l’ultima: ogni volta l’esperienza è ancora più piacevole della precedente. La posizione è ottima, tranquilla e silenziosa, ideale per rilassarsi. La camera era splendida, curata nei minimi dettagli e molto confortevole. Un ringraziamento speciale al signore alla reception che mi ha seguito sia al check-in che al check-out: è stato estremamente gentile, professionale e disponibile.

Nulla da segnalare, tutto perfetto come sempre.

المره الثالثة الي اسكن فيها وان شاء الله مو اخر مره

شفاط الهواء بالحمام مو شغال بغرفتي وغرفة صاحبي والمره الي قبلها كان مو شغال ايضاً

مكان مميز جدا كموقع بالقرب من الجامعه وكافه الخدمات من مطاعم وكافيهات وبنوك وقريب من وسط اكتوبر وزايد بضع دقائق السكن كتير مريح وطاقم الاستقبال اكتر من رائع وإفطار متنوع ومميز وطاقم المطعم اكتر من ممتاز وبشوشين جدا دي تاني مره بنزل هناك وان شاء الله بتتكرر مرات ومرات

هذه المرة الثانية الي اسكن فيها فندق جميل جداً بصراحة والموظفين اجمل شكراً لهم جميعاً والموقع ممتاز حوله خدمات

The proximity to the university and the fast food restaurants. Easy to find a taxi. Attentive personnel.

Bathroom towels are old and have dirt

Clean. Spacious. Accommodating and friendly staff. Excellent hotel. Good location.

The place is amazing cafes are all around the place. Facilities are great. Hotel staff can do anything you want, they can get you anything from the street shops.

Everything is awesome, the internet was little on/off, the staff was good, Abdul Rahman and Ismat are the best.

The noise of cleaning outside the room. The size and colors of furniture is too dark for the room size.

Low quality breakfast The staff were so friendly and helpful,Trying to satisfy customers especially Esmast was very helpful All workers were good

Small rooms, it doesn’t worth the price

It was totally strange, you have to choose between Egyptian or English breakfast at check-in and the breakfast corner (can’t call it restaurant) is so tiny, extra charge for room breakfast.

The internet is weak everywhere and the Wi-Fi doesn’t even work anymore in the room. There is no bathtub in the room and no ironing kits.

Bad Internet, Bed to sleep was not comfortable, Breakfast taste was not good. Very Old style Hotel. Cannot consider it as 3 Star even.
