Apart City Rentals - City Center - Free Parking

Super beliggenhet, rent og ordentlig.

Vi måtte sende bilde av pass og fikk først beskjeden om det et døgn før vi skulle komme. Det ble litt travelt med å få gjort dette, men de var tålmodige og hjelpsomme og vi fikk løst det.

Locatie (dichtbij OV, pretpark, supermarkt), netheid van het appartement.

Die Lage der Wohnung war verkehrsgünstig und es stand ein Parkplatz in der Nähe zur Verfügung.

Die Wohnung war im Souterrain gelegen, wovon keine Rede war. Ansonsten war sie recht kahl eingerichtet. Ebenfalls stand in der Beschreibung, dass es im Schlafzimmer einen Kleiderschrank geben soll. Den haben wir vermisst und somit statt dessen die recht leeren Küchenschränke dafür benutzt.

Fanns allt man behövde i lägenheten för att bo några dagar. Ligger nära Liaseberg och Universeum, mataffär samt spårvagnshållplats.

Fick ingen riktig spjälsäng till barn utan en hage utan täcke och kudde.

Positioned in a very quiet road not far from a tram stop and all the main laisure parks. Nice garden with table and chairs to eat outside.

There was no bbq when we were there and some renovation works were ongoing on the top floors from quite early in the morning.

Die Möglichkeit sein Auto in der nähe zu parken sowie die Lage des Apartments zum Stadt Zentrum. Der Garten war schön und das Bett war sehr gemütlich.

Das wlan ist immer wieder ausgefallen bzw war verbunden ohne Internet. Die Ausstattung der Küche war mager es haben essenziell wichtige sachen gefehlt wie z.b. eine Wage, Messbecher und Deckel für die töpfe. Wenn das Bett auf wahr war es relativ eng.

De locatie was top, en het appartement ruim en licht. De toegang was erg makkelijk met een deurcode.

Een gordijn tussen de woonkamer en gang, zodat slaapbank-slapers niet wakker worden van het licht in de gang. Een extra handdoek per persoon was ook fijn geweest.

Ligger centralt, gång avstånd till det mesta. Tyst boende, köket är inrett med allt man behöver. Väldigt rent och fräscht. Perfekt för liten familj även då soffan är bäddsoffa, även den bekväm. Även fördel med gratis parkering, däremot behövdes inte då parkeringen mot gatan är friparkering och de fanns gott om platser.

Grei beliggenhet. Kort vei (gangavstand) til Liseberg og sentrum. Litt langt å gå til Haga.

Sint, sur og vanskelig nabo. Lett å misforstå at parkeringsplassen ikke var rett utenfor huset vi bodde i. Den lå ca 100 meter lenger opp i gata. Hadde vært fint om verten hadde tatt seg tid til å møte oss ved ankomst for å informere litt om stedet og leiligheten. Manglet info om bruk av tv osv. Det burde ligget en perm som informerte om «ditt og datt», et lite kart osv.

Izba bola v suterene domu co v popise nie je uvedene ,vchod bol stare pivnicne dvere co netesnili a potom bolo velmi zima v izbe a hlavne v kupelni .V spalni bolo okno pivnicne pri strope ziadne denne svetlo ,okolie domu neupravene ,susedia nad nami celu noc boli hlucní zaco sa majitel prisiel ospravednit .

Vi fick samtal hela tiden om att vi var för högljudda och vågade knappt prata med varandra för att inte ljudnivån skulle ”störa” grannarna, vilket gjorde att vi knappt kunde slappna av

Majoitus oli tosi siisti ja sijainti oli hyvä. Lyhyt matka ratikoille ja kauppaan. Keittiö oli iso.

Iso peili eteisessä olisi ollut hyvä. Majoituksessa oli hieman kylmä. Lattiapyyhe suihkussa olisi ollut hyvä.

The style is very nice

La ubicación y el silencio y la paz que había en la estancia y en el barrio. El apartamento en general estaba muy bien

Las camas eran demasiado blandas y en el baño, en la ducha se salía todo el agua. No está bien sellada la mámpara.

Maison spacieuse et très confortable, bien située ,quartier calme, commerces à proximité , avec place de parking privé à proximité. Check-in facile avec digicode . Tout était parfait.

Fräscht, som nytt! Välutrustat. Mycket bekväma sängar!!! Fin duschkabin. Området väldigt nära centrum faktiskt, närmare än vi hade trott. Ankomstmail var lite försenade, fick efterlysa nyckelkod och WiFi-kod.

Det saknades vissa husgeråd som tesil, äggskivare, salladsbestick. Bottenvåning på villa, det kändes lite råkallt såhär i månadsskiftet augusti/september, trots golvvärmen.

Modernt, bra kök, bra badrum, jättebra läge.

Ingen byrå, inga hyllor, inte så många krokar, bara två sittplatser till 3-4 personer, obekväm bäddsoffa, insyn från andra hus, ingen mörkläggning.

Trevlig lgh med mycket bra läge.

The location, close to town and to Liseberg. Very clean and modern. Very functional. The landlord is very easily accesible. He made our stay wonderful.

The host was great and the communication was excellent. Everything was very neat and the apartment is perfectly located for Liseberg visit. 10/10 all the way :)

I sent a picture of the kitchen to my family. A family member responded that it looked like IKEA. I reopened that is because IKEA looks like Sweden. The WiFi was very convenient.

One minor thing. I was fortunate to have brought a plug in device with USB and USB-C ports to keep my devices charged. Other guests might appreciate have the ability to to charge devices but lack the device.

The only thing that was good was the location of the property which we never got to experience.

The host was not prepared for our stay. The door code was not sent before arrival. We have still not been sent the code. Therefore we never even accessed the property and were forced to book an alternative. Owner seemed confused to when our stay was to begin. They claimed free parking in their listings. There is NO FREE PARKING as part of the property. It is only street parking which is rarely available in Gothenburg. This statement is highly misleading. The property on the outside had debris from building work and rubbish. Not what we wanted on holiday. There were steep steps from the street to the property without handrails that made the property inaccessible to anyone with mobility issues. This should have been listed in the listing description or with photographs. This makes the outside of the property a health and safety issue.

Only one thing it needed a door on one bedroom

This place is great! Nice neighborhood. Clean newly remodeled apartment. It’s big, nice and comfortable. The host is very easy to work with; detailed rules and good ideas of things to do in the area.
