New View Hikkaduwa

We absolutely loved our stay at New View. The host was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was spacious, and facilities were excellent (pool was really well maintained and outdoor balcony kitchen area with large fridge was very useful). We enjoyed the 20 minute walk down to Narigama Beach, and saw lots of kingfishers and peacocks on the way. Would definitely recommend.

Мне понравилось, что я попала в рай. Тишина, покой, умиротворение. Чисто,уютно,атмосферно. В отеле есть все необходимое для комфортного проживанния.

It is my second visit this year. Nishan is so kind, the breakfasts are amazing and served overlooking the pool. Rooms are very spacious and very clean, there is a fridge and cooking facilitues to share. It was a nice walk into the hustle and bustle of Hikkaduwa with all the restraunts and bars but only a 4 min ride back by tuk tuk. Nishan offered to drop me off in town (but I enjoyed the walk), he also gave me a packed lunch and a lift to the train station. Not to mention I accidently booked an extra night and he returned my money in full, even though it was completely my fault. I can definately recomend this quiet oasis 😍

I really enjoyed the uniqueness and comfort of New View Hikkaduwa . Yes, I can definitely recommend it.

Радушное отношение хозяина виллы к нам, вкусные и красивые завтраки, заинтересованность Лишана в благополучии постояльцев, простор комнаты, душевой, бассейна и двора. Красиво, чисто и уютно. Вилла пропитана положительной энергией и находиться на ней было очень приятно!

The property is amazing! Huge apartment and a big pool. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful…he provided me with everything I asked for and he also let me stay more on my check out day. I really suggest to stay here if you want to relax and be away from the noise of the city.

The best place in all Hikkaduwa! It is my second time here and I can not say anything else except for…just book it! It worths every money spent. The villa is amazing, quiet, super clean, fully equipped…just perfect ! An extra value is Sanath and his family. They are the best family I ever met since I am here in Sri Lanka. Very helpful, honest, kind and lovely people…they will always be for you Thank you again for being part of my journey! You always will be part of my heart 💚

Бронировали апартаменты с двумя спальнями и кухней - это на первом этаже виллы, и апартаменты с балконом - это на втором этаже этой же виллы. На втором этаже всего три номера. Для них общая хорошо оборудованная кухня, холодильник, стиральная машина, утюг. Семейные апартаменты с двумя спальнями и своей кухней тоже хорошо обставлены, уютная домашняя обстановка, как своя отдельная квартира на вилле. Везде очень чисто: бассейн, двор, постели, ванная комната - все чисто. Стильный дизайн, новый ремонт. Рядом с рисовым полем, по которому гуляют на свободе павлины! Однозначно рекомендую!!!

Локация - 2 км от Наригама бич, магазинов и кафе. Но мы на байках, для нас это не проблема. И кроме того, Хозяин Нишан всегда подвозил нас на своем тук-туке, если нам нужно было: до моря, магазина или кафе.

What a fantastic place to spend 4 nights. The accommodation is a few kilometres from the main town, but in our opinion that was a good thing. At night it was beautifully peaceful and cool. The place is modern and new and the pictures are accurate. The room is a really good size and the balcony enough for 2 chairs. The upstairs kitchen and dining area were really useful and we also made good use of the washing machine. The pool, like the rest of the accommodation, was cleaned regularly and a real bonus to have at the end of a hot day. The host was super friendly and gave us good information on local places to visit. A great find at a really good price. One of the best we stayed at in the 2 months we were in Sri Lanka. Very happy customers

Saw the photos and thought it was too good to be true. The host is an absolute legend so have a chat when you get there. The property is beautiful, facilities are clean and new. Highly recommend to anyone wanting stay a bit out of the hustle and bustle of Hikkaduwa, while maintaining a packed schedule of surfing.
