Établissement situé non loin du centre, il faut marcher un peu mais on passe devant plusieurs restaurants et boutiques donc le trajet se fait vite. Lina est aux petits soins et vous aide avec le sourire. Elle vous propose également plusieurs activités afin de vous aider lors de votre séjour. Non loin de là, à 1km +-, il y’a un Food Court où on mange avec des prix locaux et c’est incroyablement bon. Des jus frais de mangue aux préparation indonésienne, c’est un endroit où aller si on veut bien manger à un prix abordable.

The location is okay. Rooms look okay from the outside. A lot of potential wasted.

Where to begin... I've been around Indonesia 7 times, giving a total of about 60 different hotels (cheaper and more expensive ones) and never have I seen such low value for money. The photos on booking.com are misleading: The pool is way smaller than presented, in real life it looks more like a glorified bath tub and at first I tought it was a second pool. The restaurant is next to the pool and the staff will sit there, instead of working, and will keep gazing at you while scrolling on their phones. If you're planning on swimming, go to the sea because chlorine levels are so high they turned the bathing suits of my small kids yellow. I can imagine swallowing this water can't be healthy so my kids were forbidden to swim in it a second time. The rooms are barren with no tv or even a fridge. They are way too big for what's inside, they had potential but lacked coziness, there wasn't even a nightlight on the bedside table. The shower only drips instead spraying, the water pressure in the toilet was higher. The beds had sheets on them that were thinner than a tissue, without a second, warmer sheet on top. We were there for 3 nights and not once were the bedsheets or towels replaced. No coffee or water refill after the first night. No sweeping of the floor or bugspray, no wonder we found live cockroaches in the room after the second night... These are standard services and I refused to beg for it. I can only imagine what the situation would have been if we stayed for a whole week. When arriving, instead of the owner giving us info about the breakfast or WIFI, she immediately stated that she knew a captain that could take us snorkling for a good price. She pretends to be working hard but will try to sell a boat trip or massage whenever she can. The morning we left, the owner must have felt the incomming storm because she was apologizing while I did not even mention anything.

Eine sehr schöne und bequeme Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war riesig und gut ausgestattet. Wir mussten zum Arzt und bekamen eine perfekte Empfehlung zu welchem Krankenhaus wir müssen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. Auch eine spontane Verlängerung war kein Problem. Danke für alles <3

L'accueil de la gérante Nina qui comme beaucoup d'Indonésiens sont bienveillants et ont pleins de choses à nous apprendre sur leur culture merveilleuse.. Prenez du temps pour discuter et vous ouvrir l'esprit à leur façon de concevoir la vie, vous ne le regretterez pas. La piscine est propre et entretenue. Les chambres de l'hôtel sont propres. La climatisation à l'étage fonctionne très bien. Les pancakes du petit déjeuner sont copieux. Les chambres et l'hôtel sont très beaux Les scooters louer par le sous traitant de Nina sont en bon état ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas partout. Vous pouvez y séjourner sans craintes

La même chose que quasiment partout en Indonésie : les coqs qui chantent et les chiens qui aboient à n'importe quelle heure..On entend aussi un peu la circulation de la route principale mais on s'y habitue vite et le confort et le joli cadre de l'hôtel en valent le coup

Ich habe 3 Nächte in der Villa Jepun verbracht und war sehr zufrieden. Die Gastgeberin, ihre Familie und das Personal waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage war in einem sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Das Zimmer war schön groß und das Bett sehr bequem.

Siamo rimasti due notti ma la stanza non è stata rifatta e il secondo giorno non avevamo più carta igienica. C'era un gallo che ha cantato tutte le notti a tutte le ore. Consigliati fortemente i tappi per chi ha il sonno leggero.

Our stay at Villa Jepun was simply perfect! We stayed for 14 days and felt genuinely welcomed from the very beginning. Lina and her family are incredibly kind and always willing to help. Every morning you can choose your breakfast from the menu, and whatever you need, laundry service, scooter rental, or local recommendations, they are happy to arrange it. The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. Their hospitality made us feel at home. We highly recommend Villa Jepun and would gladly stay here again. Thank you so much!

Les activités proposées par l’hôte sont des circuits touristiques. Nous voulions quelque chose de plus authentique et hors des sentiers classiques mais on a senti une pression pour passer par ses contacts, ce qui nous a un peu dérangé.

Schone kamer, fijn bed.

The location of the hotel was great, not far from where you gonna take the boat to watch dolphins (if you do so), staffs were also very friendly and accommodating. The pool was an extra touch too especially if you just had a long trip to reach it.

The windows are wooden windows, so literally have to open the window to get some lights coming in. Shower drainage could've been better as the flow of the water left some water ponds after shower.

Everything. The manager and her family are beautiful and everything was so clean and well maimtained . Breakfast was so good and all-around i highly recommend this homestay. Excellent.

LOVELY & Helpful staff, helped us also book tour & massage. Large, clean room with Ac, tidy bathroom, pool. Very new looking villa's, complementary breakfast was included in our booking. Would definitely stay again.

Ac was a bit small for the room so didnt get to cold, and shower was a but temperamental..

Vriendelijke host, doet haar best om je het naar je zin te maken. Denkt mee en houdt alles schoon, wil het graag goed doen. Bij aankomst ontvingen we een heerlijk welkomstdrankje. Er worden ‘s morgens heerlijke bananenpannenkoeken gebakken en er waren ook genoeg andere opties. Het zwembad was ook heerlijk!

De douche had nauwelijks waterdruk en was koud. De buurman heeft hanen die beginnen vroeg. Hier werden we door onze gastvrouw over gewaarschuwd bij aankomst. Zij vindt het zelf ook erg vervelend, omdat ze graag positieve reviews wil. Onze derde en laatste nacht hoorden we ook gebedsgeluiden van de moskee. Ondanks bovenstaande echt een prima verblijf gehad!

Nous avions pris deux nuits au dernier moment et franchement nous y étions vraiment bien. Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses et bien équipées, un peu sombre en journée mais vu qu'on était à se balader ça n'avait pas d'importance. Lina est vraiment aux petits soins pour nous aider à planifier nos activités. Niveau situation géographique vous êtes à 20 min à pied de la plage, ce qui fait qu'on a surtout gravité en marchant tout autour de la guesthouse. Et le plus la piscine le matin avant de partir, quel plaisir !

Nos quedamos dos noches más de las previstas. La dueña nos ayudó muchísimo, super simpática. Estuve con la 'Bali Belly' y se portó de 10. Repetiría.

Ontbijt is basic maar goed en lekker. Het is vers bereid en de gastvrouw is heel vriendelijk. Het verblijf en zwembad zijn heel netjes en je kan er gemakkelijk je scooter parkeren. prima verblijf voor een leuke tijd in Lovina.

Het water van de douche is koud, het stoorde ons niet meteen omdat het er vrij warm is.

Fijne, ruime en schone kamers in een mooie groene tuin. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en via de eigenaresse kun je vanaf alles regelen, van vervoer tot excursies. Het ontbijt is bijzonder goed.

Paar puntjes van aandacht: een nachtlampje zou fijn zijn. Ook waren er geen haakjes om handdoeken op te hangen. De badkamer stinkt en er is geen waterdruk of warm water helaas.

Close to city area.

When we got into the room, the first thing we heard was a very loud rooster. Fair enough that it is surrounded with animals, but ear plugs were conveniently placed with the coffee and tea. As id they are used to complaints. My friend and I didn’t sleep for two days because of that. Next to that the shower didn’t work properly. Sometimes the left side was for warm water, sometimes the right and sometimes none of those worked. All in all, wouldn’t stay here again even though the staff was nice.

Keine tägliche Reinigung In den Tropen sollte es selbstverständlich sein, dass der Boden , sowohl im Badezimmer als auch auf dem Balkon täglich einmal feucht gewischt wird. Sehr spartanische Einrichtung. Man konnte vom Bett aus nicht das Licht ausmachen sondern musste dazu aufstehen. Nur 2 Handtücher pro Zimmer, sehr niedriger kleiner Schrank

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, à proximité de tout (location de scooter, plage, dolphin tour, restaurants etc). Gentillesse du personnel. Petit déjeuner plutôt bon.

Salle de bain pas très propre, les pommeaux de douche laissent à désirer. Pleins de calcaire qui bouche les sorties d'eau donc pas de pression, vous avec 4 petit jets pour vous lavez. Fourmis dans la chambre. Emplacement plutôt bien mais du coup extrêmement bruyant, pas bien isolé. Ils fournissent des boules quies ce qui est plutôt bien. Je n'ai pas aimé l'emplacement de la piscine qui est face à l'accueil de l'hôtel et du parking, c'est beaucoup moins intimiste car il y a toujours du personnel présent à l'accueil.

Das Frühstück wird frisch zubereitet ist aus unserer Sicht etwas wenig für eine Erwachsene Person.

L’accueil, la gentillesse de notre hôte qui a eu la gentillesse infinie de m’accompagner quand je me trouvais dans un mauvais pas. Petit déjeuner inclus, chambre propre et grande, piscine à disposition, non loin du port (10min à pied). Je recommande vivement !

Pada saat masuk tidak terlalu dingin dan pada saat malam hari suhu sudah paling minimal cukup nyaman, akan tetapi tidak terlalu dingin juga. Mungkin karena kamarnya terlalu besar jadi acnya tidak mencakup keseluruhan ruangan.

Everything we booked through her was running smoothly and uncomplicated. We had an unforgettable dolphin trip, plankton swim and smooth transportation....

Charmant petit hôtel, la déco extérieur des petits bungalow est très belle. Propre. La chambre est simple et très correcte. La dame qui nous accueille est très gentille ! On a même pu prendre notre petit dej au retour de notre excursion à 11h ! Vaut largement le prix !

Accueil un peu froid au début qui s'est arrangé ensuite. Désagréable impression de la propriétaire de forcer à vendre des prestations... Prix de location du scooter élevé pour Bali (150k/j). Nous avons négocié 120 en direct avec la société de location qui est venue sur place. L'ensemble de la propriété qui est récente avec de jolies villas mériterait un entretien plus approfondi.

Accueil chaleureux, la propriétaire a été très prévenante et a l’écoute. L’hôtel est charmant. Les chambres sont bien équipées et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux.

Een hele grote kamer en badkamer, de handdoeken roken lekker een goed ontbijt met veel keus mom kon alles voor je regelen, taxi, dagje scooters had fijne suggesties voor restaurants en ze had onze 7kg was gedaan

Alles was dik in orde maar als ik dan iets moet noemen, er is geen koelkast in de kamer De foto’s bij boeking zijn slecht, het is veel mooier en groter als dat het op de foto’s eruit ziet

The owner was in general nice, she let us do the check-in a bit earlier and she gave us a recommendation of a restaurant very closeby, which was great. We liked a lot the breakfast (fruit and banana pancakes were delicious). She did our laundry and it was a very good service.

Room was lacking cleaning Toilet was not incredible and quite smelly Pool was small and there was not so much privacy It felt strange when many people are in the house (I understand that all family is living there) but almost anyone says hello when you enter or bye when you leave) I understand that they have options to try to sell (excursions, taxis, etc.), but it felt very invasive when she started the conversation as: I will send you there and then there...(first they should ask if we want help or if we want to organize things ourselves). Roosters are making noise 24 hours and it's quite annoying (I know this last thing isn't under the control of the owner but for noise-sensitive persons it is good to know).
