対応も良く、お部屋もとても綺麗で眺めも良くホテルの場所も最高でした。

特にないですがホテルからの景色がとても綺麗でそれも一つのポイントだと思うので窓をもう少し綺麗にしてもらえるととても良いと思います！

値段高くないのに高級感があり立地もベスト、いままでとまったホテルで一番よかった

これはどの高級ホテルにも言えることかもしれないですが、アメニティの歯ブラシが少し柔らかすぎるとかんじました

ロケーションとコスパが特に良かった

備え付けのアメニティの１つの中身が少なく、出しづらかったのが残念でした

福井駅西口に近くロケーション抜群でした。 建物や部屋はキレイで清潔だと感じました。 部屋に置かれていたネスプレッソのコーヒーは美味しかった。

フロントに至る動線が分かりづらく、経路をもう少しわかりやすく、大きめに表示してあると良かった。 チェックイン時の説明が最低限のもので、日本人のお年寄りは案内不足と感じると思います。海外のホテルでは一般的なレベルだと思いますが。

朝食が美味しい。清潔で過ごしやすい。 チェックアウトの時のフロントスタッフの方が優しく、気持ち良く帰ることができました。

チェックインの時お盆時期で忙しい時間だったと思いますが、フロント担当のスタッフの方の説明と態度が雑だったように感じます。少し気持ちが重くなりました。笑顔があると良かったと思います。

2日目にホテルに戻ったら部屋が掃除されてて綺麗だなって思ったけど、持参したヘアアイロンを洗面所に置いてたのに部屋の隙間に置かれてたのが気になりました。

清潔感、ロケーション、朝食が美味しかった

お祭りがあったようで、通行止めがあり駐車場がわからなかった。

ベットが大きく部屋も掃除が行き届いていた。アメニティにも満足

バスタブが無かったのが残念。 ネスプレッソの設定が狂っていて抽出量が少なかった。家にもあるので使い方に問題はないと思う。10ミリくらいしかでなかった。 これは絶対改善してほしいところだが、シャワーを出すハンドルの引っかかりが小さく、泡の手で持つと滑って回すことができない。頭や身体を洗っている間、シャワーを出しっぱなしにする人には関係ないが、都度止める人は滑って回せず、泡だらけのままシャワー室を出て洗面所で手の泡を落としてからタオルを使って回した。違う部屋に泊まっていた家族も同じことを言っていた。出しっぱなしにしない人が割を食う設計は間違っている。

ライブの時に宿泊しましたが、清潔で駅近でとても良かったです！ チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらえて駅のロッカーはいっぱいになってたので快適でした。

マリオットの無料会員？にならないとWi-Fiが繋げられないので少しだけ面倒に感じましたがそれだけです。

匂いがよく、ベットが良かった

綺麗で過ごしやすかった 清掃のスタッフさんと遭遇すると明るく挨拶してくださり 良かったです。

高層階でもすぐエレベーターが来たりと 良くないところがなかったです。

We had to take 3 elevators (or 2 elevators and escalator) to get to the room. It was okay but slightly inconvinnent.

静寂。今まで宿泊したどのホテルより静か。

湯船があればもっと良かった。

館内のディフューザーの香りが良かった。 ベッドの硬さも大きさも良かった。 パジャマの着心地も良かった。 山側の朝日や景色が気持ち良かった。 喫煙所が24H使えて助かった。

駐車場からホテルへの乗り継ぎが慣れるまで大変だった。 バスタブがないとは思わなかった。

立地が良いのはさることながら、とても心地よい空間，美味しい朝食をいただき、良い思い出になりました。

一つあげるとすれば、客室の前がタワーマンションで生活が丸見えだったのが、申し訳なかったです。

アクセスと清潔感がよかった。

駅前という立地と、ベッドが最高でした。遮光カーテンも良くて、朝までよく眠れた。部屋の掃除も行き届いていて、清潔感があった。

あんな高い場所から福井市街を眺めることができてすごいと思った。 コーヒーマシーンがあり、飲み物が充実していた。 お水も沢山使えて便利だった。

浴室がベッドサイドにガラス窓？トイレからも丸見え。 意味がわからない。ラブホテルじゃないんだから、リラックスは感じられなかった。ブラインドもあるけど、普通に壁で良い。あと、洗面所に脱衣カゴが欲しいです。

眺望がよかった。 ホテル内の和食のレストラン「福い」が味、内装、環境、おもてなし、ホスピラリティなどすべてが最高でした。特に福井の他の飲食店は接客が全般に悪いが、こちらは他地域に比べても引けを取らない対応でした。

チェックイン時の事務対応が形式的で冷たい感じがしました。

Fancy hotel near the Fukui train station. Hotel has many restaurants and the rooms are at the higher floor providing incredible view. The kids are very nicely treated in this hotel.

駅前と言う立地条件もあり、のんびり快適に過ごす事ができました。

洗面所のダストボックスが、ダストボックスなのか、使用済みタオル入れなのかわかりにくかった。 ウェルカムスイーツをチェックインの際にいただいたが、近隣もしくはホテルで買い求める事ができず残念でした。

Really nice hotel within walking distance from the train station. Excellent, modern room with a view of the mountains.

It's a little hard to find the reception desk from the street since it's several floors up. This is minor though.

Top Lage direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof, auch wenn der Zugang zum Hotel nur indirekt ist. Sehr freundliches Personal. Schöne, geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung. Super Blick (180Grad) über die Stadt!

誕生日を祝う旨を伝えたところ、丁寧に対応してくださった。

部屋のベットが大きくて枕や布団も快適だった。

駐車場も7階で停めましたが、わかりにくかった事。そこからエレベーターを3回乗り換えないと部屋へ行けないからややこしかって事。迷いそうでした。

The agreed price was different once I reached the property. They never sorted it out, just ignored it.

This is an exceptional hotel located on 15th to 28th floor next to the station of Fukui. We booked a junior Swede, which means two separate rooms, a huge bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe, and lots of space which is unusual in Japan. Total USP was the view from our bedroom overlooking the whole region up to the misty mountains. Indulge in a luxurious breakfast, you want regretted it. One of our best stays in Japan.

We had breakfast at Starbucks in the Fukui train station. It was great!

At first had difficulty finding entrance to the Hotel's lobby. Once we settled in it was okay.

We loved the amazing view and the size/design of the room. The staff was very accommodating and held our luggage before check in.

Everything was great. There was nothing I didn't like.

The location is perfect- right in front of Fukui station so it's easy accessible. The hotel interior design is very beautiful and stylish, and the view is stunning from every window. The room was spacious and clean and had all the amenities we needed. Staff were very kind and helpful and spoke decent English. Overall it was a wonderful stay. It would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Fukui City.

Luxuriously furnished and spacious room with an incredibly beautiful view over the city. Spotlessly clean. The staff are highly professional, friendly, and service-oriented. For access, first go to the reception on the third floor. After that, you can proceed to the 16th floor for check-in. The guest rooms are located on the higher floors. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, but don't miss the shops underneath the station. They offer an amazing selection of food and delicacies, beautifully presented and sold at surprisingly reasonable prices.

The hotel is conveniiently located near Fukui Station and the area has multitudes of eating options which is great. Eating at the hotel is expensive so we didn't even try. The rooms are much roomier than other Japanese hotels and the staff are outstanding.

The hotel is simply hard to access. We tried entering from the parking garage side and luckily found an attendant who guided us to the hotel elevator. This takes you to the 3rd floor where you can submit your luggage for storage before check-in. We came back to check-in at the 3rd floor but they directed us to another elevator to the 16th floor. After checking in there was a 3rd elevator to take us to our room which are on the upper floors. 3 separately located elevators to enter and exit the hotel. Also no coin laundry.
