Personalul a fost respectuos si gata sa sara in ajutor pentru orice. Am apreciat platoul cu fructe primit din partea acestora si faptul ca zilnic ne au intrebat daca este totul in regula si daca avem nevoie de ceva.Minusurile pe care le am gasit, le am expus mai jos, dar chiar si asa, per total a fost ok.

Ar mai fi loc de imbunatatiri legate de presiunea apei, faptul ca ventilatorul nu functiona, schimbarea lenjeriei mai des si nu doar aranjarea patului, asa cum am vazut, in schimb prosoapele ne au fost schimbate tot timpul si cel mai important , mucegaiul de la ferestre care era destul de evident.

Habitación muy amplia, cómoda. El personal un 10. Zona cerca de sitios turísticos, cerca de restaurantes, tiendas, etc. El mejor hotel relación calidad precio.

Nada, todo fue perfecto.

La habitacion muy comoda, limpia y moderna. Bien insonorizada.El personal, muy amable y atentos, nos han agasajado con un plato de frutas riquisimo.La zona llena de bares, reataurates, markets, de todo!

La habitación era espaciosa y Amir (el recepcionista del turno de noche), era el único que sabía inglés y fue el que más se preocupó en nuestro bienestar. Encantados con él y su trabajo.

Cuando llegamos no habían recogido la basura de la habitación. Si quieres que te limpien la habitación hay que solicitarlo. No lo hacen diariamente. No sé si es una costumbre en Turquía, ya que nos ocurrió en otros hoteles.

Este hotel no es de 4 estrellas. Está ubicado en un barrio que da miedo. Están todos los edificios en muy mal estado. La habitación estaba sucia y en muy malas condiciones. Todas las toallas estabas sucias, y las sábanas estaban sucias también, además de tener pelos de los antiguos huéspedes. La pica del lavabo fue lo peor, se puede ver en la foto que he adjuntado. El personal es un desastre, no son profesionales ni amables, fui a pedir información y me encontré al chico de recepción durmiendo. Ni se te ocurra contratar el servicio de taxi para el aeropuerto. El taxi nunca apareció después de esperar más de 20 minutos.

Es war etwas eng und die anstatt Decken waren nur Bettlaken zum Abdecken, wobei das Schlafen mit Klimaanlage sehr kühl war.

Tutto perfetto, staff cordiale e disponibilissimo per qualsiasi esigenza. In camera c'era tutto il necessario e la stanza era completamente insonorizzata, abbiamo dormito benissimo.

Staff were kind and very helpful! Stayed with 2 of my friends and it was a comfortable stay. Room is a little small but was really clean which I preferred / shower was great (cold water perfect for the hot weather)

Located close to major attractions, the street is quiet at night, excellent value for money, air conditioning in the room, and standard amenities. The description of the offer is accurate. The friendly staff always asks if they can help with something.

The hotel offers good value for money, but those with high expectations may be disappointed. For example, it's not a full-board hotel (which suited me perfectly). The Wi-Fi is weak, with a uploading speed of around 0.18MB/s, making it impossible to send vacation photos to friends. If the guests in the next room are noisy, you can still hear them. I missed a comfortable table/desk with a chair to sit at with my laptop or make sandwiches. The metro station is about a 10-minute walk away.

Not much. A bit of a walk to the main tourist attractions but we didn't find it too far out that we need to use taxis or public transport. Somewhere to hang towels in the bathroom would be good.

Hotel placut, aproape de principalele atractii turistice (20 de munute de mers pe jos de Moscheea Albastra, Hagia Sofia si Cisterna Basilica). Receptionerul foarte amabil, ne-a dus toate bagajele in camera. Desi camera nu era gata pentru preluare, am putut lasa bagajele la receptie si am explorat imprejurimile aproape o ora.

Doar faptul ca nu are parcare, dar la distanta de 300 de metri de hotel exista Karaduman Otopark, unde am.lasat masina pentru 10 euro pe zi. Parcarea era supravegheata video, cu bariera si personal foarte prietenos.

Posizione ottima, poco distante da molti punti di interesse. Abbiamo visitato la città a piedi senza mai utilizzare i mezzi pubblici per la maggior parte del nostro soggiorno. Personale molto gentile e cordiale. Hotel pulito e carino

Amazing staff. They are extremely nice, friendly, and they will help you if you need something. They also helped with transportation to the airport. The building is nice, good thing is that it has elevator. The location is nice, and it's close to local shops, bakeries and some good restaurants. Overall, it was worthy of the amount we paid.

There is not much to say here except for one thing and that's lack of hangers in the bathroom. Some may say that the location is not good, but to be fair, it's close to public transportation by walking approximately 10-15 min and the only downside about it is that the streets are a bit steep, but that didn't bother us.

Sve je bilo super,soba je udobna,,ima sce sto je potrebno.Sve je bilo cisto i uredno,lokacija je nama savrseno odgovarala zbog blizine prevoza koji su nam bili potrebni .Okolina u delu Kumkapi mozda nije za one koji prvi put dolaze u Istanbul ali za putnike koji su bili vec nekoliko puta lokacija je odlicna.Osoblje je vrlo ljubazno i spremni su da odgovore na sve zahteve.Olaksali su nam prevoz do aerodroma predlozivsi da uzmemo taksi i bas je bilo povoljno i mnogo nam je znacilo.Hvala vam za ugodan boravak

Everything was great. Really clean, quiet, no bad smells and location is very good. The host was really helpful and attentive. I recommended it.

Mucegai peste tot în baie, robinetul era plin de mucegai, miros urat în cameră și în baie, locație zgomotoasă cu mulți comercianți la parter. Facilități reduse.

The property is very close to all the main attractions, that being Sultanahmet square and the Grand bazaar. Its all within walking distance. Public transport is very good, the hotel is 5 minutes from the Kumkapi metro station that gets you to the main metro connection in 2 stops. Nearby are many small fruit markets and restaurants so you won't be hungry. The room is very clean and the furniture looks like it is new. We have been staying for 10 nights and the stay was pleasant, AC worked good and there is an elevator. You also have access to common terrace with a good view over the neighborhood. Emir was incredibly nice and helpful during our stay, he showed us everything we needed in the surrounding area and helped us with everything we needed in the room. He was extremely polite and made everything so much easier. I highly reccomend it to anyone first timing Istanbul as the location is sublime.

Some people might find it it gets a bit loud as the street outside is busy, but it did not present a problem for us at all.

Staff was welcoming and always asked whether there was anything they can do for us. They message you on WhatsApp to confirm your booking, and if you need it, they respond promptly. The room was clean and accurate to the pictures. Towels , slippers and shampoo were provided. The WiFi was reliable. Good location for getting to nearby public transport and destinations such as The Grand Bazaar and Sultanahmet.

The bathroom was well built, however, it was unclear whether the switch for the fan was working, and the fan's filter was covered in dust. The ceiling of the bathroom had some hints of mold starting, but nothing alarming at the time of the stay.

Персонал был очень отзывчивый и внимательный) Уборку делали, помогали с различной информацией о городе)Номер хороший.

Нам понравилось все, вернулись во 2 раз. Все чисто, номера комфортные. Сотрудники очень вежливые, особенно владелец. Стараются помочь во всем.

Très bon accueil ! L'établissement était fidèle à nos attentes. Chambre très spacieuse et climatisée. Le personnel était aux petits oignons.

Peut-être l'isolation sur les bruits extérieurs sinon RAS.

Отличное местоположение, очень удобно добираться до центра и основных мест. Комната была чистой, кровати/подушки удобными, все функционально. Особенно порадовали ребята на ресепшен (Али и Амир), приятные, вежливые и отлично говорили по-русски

El sitio donde está es una zona muy alegre y con mucha vida, y no está lejos de todo lo que hay que ver. Además el personal es muy amable y atento.

Отдыхала с мамой и с дочкой 3 лет. Сняли трехместный номер, все как на фото - просторно как и хотела👍 Еще главное чисто, убирались через день, меняли белье, полотенце, мне даже очеь понравились подушки, очень удобные), чай кофе, чайник все есть, и еще важно - было отопление, в номере было очень тепло❤️, так как в конце апреля начало мая когда были в Стамбуле было прохладно. Хочу поблагодарить хозяина отеля, который угощал нас фруктами🙌🏻 а также работников ресепшна - Амир и Али, всегда подсказывали, помогали 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 огромная им благодарность за приветливость! И местоположение в принципе хорошее, такси пожьезжает прям к входу, рядом в 10 шагах местные столовые, где вкусно готовят, в 20 шагах всякие рестораны рыбные - на любой вкус, рядом вообще все есть начиная супермаркета заканчивая обменником🙌🏻 Цена качество соответствует полностью. Уезжали радостными и довольными и городом и отелем😊🤗

Un petit hôtel très sympa, calme, à taille humaine, idéalement situé pour visiter Istanbul, le quartier est local, vivant et animé le soir grâce à ses nombreux restaurants et groupes de musiciens. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très accueillant, chaleureux et de très bons conseils; toujours prêt à rendre service. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.

Personalul este foarte politicos și gata să te ajute mereu, mereu ne-au întrebat dacă avem nevoie de ceva și dacă totul este în regulă. Fumatul este permis pe terasă, toate atracțiile sunt în apropiere cam 10 minute de mers pe jos bazarul, 20 hagia Sofia. Transportul în comun tot așa este aproape. Noi am avut zborul mai spre seară și am putut lăsa bagajele pe timpul zilei la ei până să plecăm. Mulțumim frumos, a fost totul super

We found a friendly atmosphere at the hotel, the staff were attentive and friendly, the owner was very kind. Clean and pleasant atmosphere in our room, most importantly there is an elevator and you don't have to carry your suitcase up the stairs by hand. The location is very good, we mostly walked, except for very long distances. I recommend it to everyone

Don’t hesitate. Host is incredible and always there when needed. Location is exceptional, 15 min walk from Sultanahmet which was perfect. Go for it !

Доброжелательный персонал. Есть все удобства, хороший фен, шампунь мыло, чай кофе и т.п.. уборка через день. Расположение очень хорошее, рядом несколько магазинов, лалели базар, метро.

Отличное расположение, в самом центре старого города. Все достопримечательности находятся относительно недалеко, так же недалеко до транспорта, чтобы посмотреть всё что хочется. Персонал восхитительный, очень внимательные, принесли фрукты когда мы заселились и были очень обходительны и внимательны.

Отличный отель для короткой туристической поездки. Близко к общественному транспорту. Очень приветливый персонал. Рекомендуем!

A környék autentikus, biztonságos, barátságos, jó helyen van!

A szállás rendelkezik tetőterasszal. Ezt kéne még fejleszteni (nap, és esővédelemmel, (több asztallal, székkel). Mivel nem minden alkalommal mentünk reggelizni, vacsorázni. A tetőterasz viszont baráti társaság közös étkezésére, beszélgetésre kiválóan alkalmas!😊

El cuarto era muy cómodo y silencioso. La ducha funcionaba bien y también el inodoro (que incluye bidet, lo cual es muy bueno). El barrio tiene una zona aledaña para turistas que es muy cara, pero yendo a la avenida principal (a dos cuadras) se encuentran lugares para comer y comprar souvenirs y dulces más baratos que en las zonas de turismo como Sultanhamet y Karikoy. A dos cuadras tiene una estación de tren (Kumkapi) que te deja en Sirkeci, a pocas cuadras del puente de galata y de dónde se toman los ferry para cruzar a Asia. Es fácil de llegar desde el aeropuerto, tomando el Havaist hasta Aksaray Metro y luego caminar 15 cuadras.

Nada, estuvo todo muy bien. El barrio asusta un poco de noche al llegar, pero a los días uno se da cuenta que es un barrio muy tranquilo y seguro, pero un poco venido a menos en cuanto a infraestructura.

Chambre très propre, personnel soignant, arrangeant et toujours à l’écoute. Très bon emplacement proche de tout et quartier animé avec des restaurants et magasins qui sont moins chers. Très bon rapport qualité prix… Nous le recommandons 💯
