All staff at this hotel were superb but Utku needs a special mention. He was so helpful and looked after us very well The hotel is clean friendly and very well located to see the main sites. Very good value for money

There was nothing we did not like

Staff were very attentive to all our needs.

Morgenmad

The hotel is amazing, rooms are clean, staff are lovely we had a beautiful stay! Located in the heart of Istanbul!

Helpful staff

Nil

The location, and the people there very friendly

A ducha é sensacional

Tudo estava excelente.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Quick to respond to queries and got our room ready early

Only problem is that there are 3 Aprilis hotels and our taxi dropped us at Aprilis gold. However their porter showed us the way and took our luggage

The location was excellent. Close but extremely quiet. The beds were great. Air con was perfect and quiet. A full breakfast included. Plenty of fruit yoghurt pastries and hot selection. Roof top bar was great for sunset drinks. We will be back.

Localização excelente e atenção dos funcionários. Principalmente a Rubia!

Mükemmel hizmet

Comfy rooms and very hospitable staff

verry nice place

Clean and best location

All good

Wszystko ok, czystość , lokalizacja, obsługa, parking, wszystko na duży plus.

Brak.

Super friendly staff and very well presented accomodations. The location is superb, with all historic and touristic hotspots 5 to 10 minutes away from the hotel. I really recommend, specially because of the delicious breakfast and awesome restaurants on the road. It is a must!

Nothing, it was a great experience from the transfer they arranged from the Istanbul Airport to the checkout.

Remek helyen volt, könnyen megközelíthető, pár perc sétára a tömegközlekedés.

Super raccomandato

Het is onzettend leuk geweest. Aardige mensen. Personeel top. locatie is perfect. Eten is goed.gevarieerd. aan te raden. Volgende keer weer

Niks

Rasim..Selman … Utku… excepcionales personas … un + 10..

The location is amazing. Walking distance to many Istanbul attractions. The hotel is clean daily. The breakfast was delicious though the same thing everyday. Feridun in the dining area was amazing, good manner, always smiling and helpful. Very proactive member of staff.

While waiting in the lobby, some guests checking in were offered welcome drinks when we weren’t. My fridge light kept on all night, they said someone will check and they didn’t. We run out of toilet paper one day and shower gel on another despite the cleaners have been in the room. This should be checked daily.

Posizione e comfort

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and very well maintained, and the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We felt very well looked after and truly enjoyed our time here. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality — we would happily come back!

Everything was excellent

The staff is very nice and i like the rooftop

the noise in the morning in the hallway

All Was perfect

The property was clean, quiet and comfortable.

The staff were excellent. They were helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly friendly

Centrally located, very clean, comfortable rooms, great breakfast

The staff, lovely

The terrible room . I booked and paid for 2 rooms , one room was lovely the other so bad . Same price , can’t understand why

Staff

The awful room

Pulizia e posizione eccellenti.

Servizio in terrazza mai trovato. L ingresso, all esterno, andrebbe curato maggiormente.

Close proximity to all old town attractions. Staff very helpful and offered great suggestions. Multiple food options in hotel as well as surrounding areas.

NA

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our every need. The room was a nice size and very comfortable and the location was great. Would definitely stay her again.

.

Me and my family loved this hotel. Staff is very welcoming and helpful especially Rabia amd all the team. Rooms are comfortable. Location is fantastic and close to everything in sultanahmed area. Fully recommended and definitely will cme again ....

Super big room, the upgraded us for free and super nice staff

Excellent location with lots of restaurants around and one can also walk to all main attractions by foot.

1. Washroom had some smell but it was mainly because of ventilation and hardcore cleaning. 2. Breakfast could have been better by adding more variety such as more fruits, more proteins, Turkish local breakfast, fresh bread, etc

Sauberkeit und Höflichkeit.

Great

Great

Albergo centralissimo e personale disponibile.

Atendimento do Staff! 5 estrelas! Tudo limpo e organizado

Gostei de tudo

Ubicación

The hotel staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. Ms. Rabia presented us with many options for sightseeing in Istanbul and suggested good deals. Everything went great. Mr. Selman organized activities in Cappadocia for us. We felt great in their company throughout our stay and were satisfied with the services. The breakfast was very tasty. We were especially pleased that the hotel has a garage where our motorbike was safe.

Everything was o.k.

Rendkívüli elhelyezkedés, kedves személyzet. Köszönjük! Csak ajánlani tudom!

Kedvesség, tisztaság, elhelyezkedés és a segítőkészség.

La atención del personal. La ubicación

Todo estuvo bien

Academia poderia ser um pouco melhor

So nice and clean

.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were modern, spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with recommendations and transportation. The location was perfect—within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar, and public transportation. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and we would definitely return.

Honestly, there was very little to dislike. Everything was well maintained, and the service was excellent. If I had to mention something, it would be that the hallways doesn’t have air conditioning it was a bit hot.

Excelente hotel.
