سخان الماء في دورة المياه كان معطل التحكم في مكيفات الغرفة كان صعب

All the staff were friendly and helpful, and even the security team was very respectful and cooperative. The hotel was spotlessly clean, well-organized, and the rooms were always fresh and comfortable ✨ Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuwait 🤍🇰🇼

It was VERY cold. When I entered the room, A/C was set to 16°. Turned it off immediately but the room did not warm up properly. Especially the bathroom with a lot of tiles was very cold.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026Very clean hotel and all staff are very cooperative and punctual. Breakfast has a lot of variety and is not the same every day. Special thanks to the chefs at breakfast for making the balaaleet for our kids. Indeed, I will definitely stay again in Grand Majestic
