J'ai réservé une chambre double vie mer et la description mentionnait qu'il y avait un balcon avec ameublement extérieur et ce n'était pas le cas Juste une grande fenêtre à 4' du sol jusqu'au plafond. Il fallait rester debout pour voir la mer Donc, description incorrect. Spécifiez que vous voulez avec un balcon face à la mer.

Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι με την καθαριότητα του δωματίου μας καθώς και με την ευγένεια του προσωπικού.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν απογοητευτικά μικρό. Η συνολική επιφάνεια, μαζί με το μπάνιο, είναι μόλις περίπου 16 τ.μ., κάτι που δεν είχα προσέξει κατά την κράτηση. Για δύο άτομα ο χώρος είναι ιδιαίτερα περιορισμένος και δεν ανταποκρίνεται, κατά τη γνώμη μου, στην τιμή που καταβάλαμε. Ακόμη πιο απογοητευτικό είναι το «παράθυρο»: ανοίγοντάς το, αντικρίζει κανείς έναν τοίχο του διπλανού κτιρίου σε ελάχιστη απόσταση. Ουσιαστικά, είναι σαν να μην υπάρχει παράθυρο, καθώς δεν προσφέρει ούτε θέα ούτε ουσιαστικό φυσικό φως. Σίγουρα δεν θα επέλεγα ξανά το συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο, ιδιαίτερα σε αυτή την τιμή.

Das Zimmer war viel zu klein, aber für eine kleine Reisedauer von 3 Nächten wäre es in Ordnung.

We had room 101. The room was cramped and the view was a dismal light well with pigeon droppings. Wish we had paid more for a better room but was ok for a couple of nights.

La vue, l’emplacement (aéroport, le centre et le parking à côté pour 11 euros les 24h avec un gérant très sympa), la chambre était très propre et grande, le petit déjeuner et le professionnalisme du personnel. Parfait, merci beaucoup !

Die Ausstattung war wirklich sehr gut. Sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Tolles Bett und gute Kissen. Eine minibar stand zur Verfügung und ein Safe. Eine Nespresso war auch da. Tolle Beleuchtung.

Obwohl in der Buchung Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick stand... war das alles andere als ein Balkon. Der Balkon war eher eine Balkontür mit Austritt von 50cm und Bloch auf das nachbargebäude das 2 Meter entfernt war und seitlich konnte man das Meer sehen. Von Bett aus konnte man durch das Fenster auf das Meer sehen aber die Fenster waren so beschlagen das man nicht so schön raussehen konnte. Ein Spiegel hat im Zimmer gefehlt man konnte sich nach dem Fertigmachem nicht anschauen

Le petit déjeuner : pas de choix de thé (pas de thé vert), les œufs brouillés étaient pas bons du tout, etc. Le chocolat chaud est payant en supplément du prix du petit dej.

The location is exceptionally great, right in the centre of Heraklion. The sea view from the hotel is simply amazing! The hotel is brand new and the bedrooms as well as the bed are wonderful and extra comfortable, everything in the entire hotel is well thought-out and perfect. The greatest asset of this beautiful hotel however is its stuff, polite, friendly, welcoming, helpful and all accommodating.

We waren met een gezin, de slaapbank is stukken minder comfortabel dan het bed. Terwijl ik voor die slaapplaatsen hetzelfde tarief betaalde.

We very much enjoyed the small and cozy hotel. We had a luxery room with additional sofa bed. The room was very spacious including three balconies :) The breaktfast, even though the room is very small and part of the reception, was excellent with local food (feta cheese, olives, cheese pie etc.). We enjoyed it every day. Outside are tables too, where you can easily have a good start into the morning sitting in the middle of the action. The hotel staff is very friendly and courteous. Our arrival close to midnight was well prepared. The area close to the city is brilliant to walk. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely return when we are back in Heraklion. Thank you.

The only recommendation we have is to add a small storageshelf or similar to the shower to put some personal belongings into. Also a few more possibilities to hang towels would be great when travelling with two.

The room was alleged to be deluxe double room with sea view. But it was too small for two people, there was not enough space for us to move around let alone for our suitcase. There was a big window that overlooked the sea but it only opened a bit from the top. Because the room was too small and had a strange orientation behind another building, it only made me feel pressed and uncomfortable.

Mi è piaciuta molto la stanza, la vista sul mare è stata bellissima, ottima la possibilità di avere un frigo in stanza per rinfrescare le bevande, il letto era molto comodo ed il bagno pulito. La cordialità dello staff, soprattutto della receptionist è stato davvero un punto in più, cordiale e calorosa ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio fin dal primo momento, la colazione era abbastanza abbondante e la scelta variegata, la vicinanza con il centro a pochi minuti a piedi è stata molto utile e ci ha permesso di visitare il centro di Heraklion nel migliore dei modi.

L'unica pecca è il poco parcheggio in zona per l'auto, ma in tutta la zona di Heraklion è cosi purtroppo, i posti riservati sono risicati.

Neues Hotel mit hervorragender und geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Modern und schick. Sehr sauber. Auf Allergien wird eingegangen. Die Betten sind top in Qualität und Bequemlichkeit!

Der Meerblick ist zwar direkt aus dem Hotelzimmer (Zimmer 201) in vollen Zügen zu genießen aber leider nicht vom seitlich gelegenen französischen Balkon. Auf dem Balkon stehend schaut man frontal auf eine Hauswand. Leider war der Balkon so in keinster Weise nutzbar. Frühstück war ausreichend. Filterkaffee war inklusive. Weitere Kaffeesorten nur mit Zuzahlung.

Very small room you can barely move. Poor breakfast with limited options and tiny seating area. No parking space.

Paulina and the girls were wonderful couldn't help me enough. Very local on the front 2 minutes from Mare cafe bar which is a nice place and 10 minute stroll to the old port.

The pigeons but they are everywhere you go in lifel lol

Чистий красивий просторий номер! Зручне розташування - старе місто в 10хв ходи. Вид з вікна неймовірний! Поруч шумна дорога, але завдяки шумоізоляціі - в номері було тихо і затишно! Кава та вода безкоштовні прямо в номері! Окремий вхід зі спіральними сходами під мармур - наче ти попадаєш в старий аристократичний будинок) Враження від готелю лише позитивні 🙂

The room was not clean, the balcony with a view of the wall of the second building was additionally very dirty, and the bathroom was not clean. Very weak breakfast, not much choice. The hotel cooperates with the very expensive taxi company, so I paid quite large sums for short-distance journeys. Additionally, the person served at the reception ordered my taxi to the airport for my request to be at the airport after 7:15 in the morning for 6:00 with the info that an hour before is enough. Not knowing about the real distance, I agreed. In reality, it took 10 minutes to get to the airport

5 minutes walk to the center and all restaurants and shops

Good location

When I booked for hotel, they said free parking. That was one of the main reasons I booked at hotel. However when I arrived they only have one parking spot and we then had to park at a parking garage which charged 15€ for 24 hour parking.

A great location with our room, as requested, overlooking the Mediterranean. A very comfortable and large room. Friendly staff and a great breakfast.

The rooms were spacious, adorable, and sparkling clean! The staff was absolutely lovely. The location was excellent, we had 3 balconies with both city and sea view.

Nice and clean room with a sea view. Great location for exploring the city; close to the museums and minute walks to the restaurants. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, and the breakfast was excellent.

1/Chambre très petite, « balcon » ridicule donnant face à un mur… ce qui n’est pas forcément gênant mais c’est un argument qui est mis en avant dans la description, avec la vue mer. Limite mensonger. 2/ le signal lumineux de l’issue de secours au dessus de la porte était tellement fort qu’il nous a gêné la nuit. C’est la première fois que que vous ça (et nous ne sommes pas compliqués ou regardant habituellement) … pour 118 euros la nuit, ce n’est pas correct

The balcony we got was on the lowest point and it was pigeons nesting beside it so they made a lot of noises in the morning.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist optimal. Direkt im Zentrum, trotzdem etwas ruhiger gelegen und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick aus dem Fenster aufs Meer. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker, liebevoll vorbereitet und mit regionalen Produkten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

La prima sera la stanza non ci è piaciuta, vista su un muro. Abbiamo chiesto il cambio, c'è l'hanno fatto, poi è stato tutto bellissimo.

Wir hatten für eine Nacht ein kleines Zimmer mit Blick gegen die Wand. Es war relativ laut, besonders morgens ab 6:30 Uhr wo das Frühstück zubereitet wurde.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und schön. Es verfügte über 3 Balkone. Die Hauptstraße liegt zwischen dem Hotel und dem Meer. Bei geschlossenen Fenster ist der Straßenverkehr aber nicht zu hören.

Manchmal fehlte es an dem einen oder anderen, wurde aber nach Anfrage nachgebessert. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr eng.

Amazing hotel near everything. Staff is super friendly. Special thanks to morning staff. Coffee is ready and lunchbox availability is extra. Breakfast is totally fine. View from the room to the sea is a bonus.

This was my second stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, it will be my last. Having visited previously with my family and had an excellent experience, I was shocked by the decline in quality over the last two years. This time, traveling with my daughter, we were assigned an extremely small room with no balcony, facing a dirty lightwell filled with pigeon droppings. Because the hotel is enclosed by adjacent buildings, this level felt like a basement. After complaining, we were moved to another small room with a window and a tiny balcony—still facing the same lightwell just 1.5 meters from the next building—but we were charged an additional €15 per night for this 'upgrade'. The breakfast was also a letdown, offering very limited choices more typical of a 3-star property. To make matters worse, there was an extra charge for any coffee other than basic filter coffee (e.g., cappuccino). On a positive note, the staff was polite and helpful, and the room was kept clean. However, these points were not enough to save the experience. It is a real shame to see such a high-potential hotel lose its standards so rapidly

Jestem zadowolony z pobytu. Dostałem duży pokój z balkonem i widokiem na morze. Hotel znajduje się bardzo blisko centrum starego miasta bardzo blisko portu spacerkiem 5 minut.. W Hotelu jest winda. Pierwszy Parking podziemny znajduje się przy Hotelu po drugiej stronie drogi w cenie 15 euro za 24h.. i auto parkuje obsługa parkingu . Drugi podziemny parking znajduje się 90 m od Hotelu za małym rondem w cenie 11euro za dobę i ten parking polecam bo tam parkowałem samochód, duże szerokie miejsca parkujesz samochód sam i spacerkiem 3 minuty do Hotelu. Przy drodze nie polecam parkować nawet jeśli by były wolne miejsca przed Hotelem ze względu na bezpieczeństwo twojego samochodu z wypożyczalni. Zapłać te parę euro i śpij spokojnie. Obsługa miła Hotel czysty.. Hotel dla ludzi którzy czas spędzają na mieście. Jest klimatyzacja. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie czyste. Jeśli będziesz spał przy otwartym oknie lub balkonie może być głośno w nocy bo jednak Hotel znajduje się przy głównej drodze w centrum a za drogą jest morze.

Mało miejsca na śniadaniu. Ale tego nie przeskoczymy taka architektura Hotelu. Kawa Cappuccino czy Late Machciato jest za dopłatą 2 euro Kawa w dzbanku filtrowana jest gratis.

Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που μένουμε στο ίδιο ξενοδοχείο και σίγουρα δεν θα ναι η τελευταία, η τοποθεσία του είναι εξαιρετική δίπλα σε παρκινγκ και στο κέντρο της πόλης του Ηρακλείου, το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και το πρωινό μια χαρά!

Kleine Zimmer ,aber sehr feine Zimmer und schöne Deko und sehr gute Matratzen. Neue Bäder und alles top sauber. .Das Personal super nett.Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen.

Wir hatten zwei verschiedene Zimmer gebucht.Das Zimmer ohne Meerblick hatte nur ein Fenster zu einer Mauer. Es gab keine Aussicht. Für uns, für eine Übernachtung,nicht schlimm.
